"So, how'd they drag you on this island?" Bing asked the soldier, walking through the village. He figured that the poor guy was tricked into it somehow. The cool soldier type of person doesn't just go to some random island caught totally unaware. So he was curious to hear his story, maybe he should share his. He couldn't say the whole thing though, the whole part where he was knocked out was a blur. How many people now... He thought to himself, So many I've seen... There's probably more too. Bing looked thoughtfully at the duplexes then back at the newbie.
"What's your story?"

Silvanio looked thoughtful. "Well, at the camp, I received a letter signed by the Kommandant of the Guard in Vatican City. It said I was doing exceptionally well in training, and wanted to reward me with a trip." He bared his teeth. "How could I have been so stupid?"

"Vatican City, eh?"
Bing couldn't remember where that was, but from the looks of him, that was pretty far. Stupid memory loss. He's going to have to look through his notebook when he was done hanging out.
"Don't feel bad" He said, closing in on the cafeteria, "Chris got fooled into it too, a lot of people I know have actually."
They passed his burrow, and Bing fought off the urge to finish it, he could do it later, right now, lunch.

Christopher added with a chuckle, "Yeah, I was brought here under the impression I was meeting investors for a documentary on wolves that I was set to direct."
The wolfman let out a hearty laugh as he remembered the false pretenses that lured him here. It definitely seemed like a long time ago, practically 10 years ago. Time on the island certainly passed by very slowly. Eventually they reached the cafeteria and entered. "Ok Bing, want me to hold you up so you can see the selections?"

"Yeah, I think I'll need that." Bing said. Looking at the high-up lunch counter. He approched it, and jumped for the surface with no avail. Bing tried once more. He had a paw on it before he fell back to the ground.
"Whatever it is, it smells good." He said, sniffing around the room.

"Alright, up you go," Christopher said with a chuckle as he picked the fennec fox off the floor and held him up so he could see all the selections available in the cafeteria line. "So, what tickles your fancy oh hyper one?"

Silvanio chuckled. "Well, whatever you do, do NOT let him at one of those sodas." He said as he put an unusually rare steak on his plate.

"I think I'll try one of the steaks." Bing said, looking at them longingly. Been a while since he had actual beef. But one can't live on rodents and stuff forever.
He looked at the soda and said, "Gave that stuff up a while ago, don't need it anymore." He smiled.

Christopher obliged to Bing's request and plopped a steak onto a plate and tray. He continued down the lunch line until he reached the holy grail he was craving, chinese food. The wolfman piled his plate with orange chicken, fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls as his tail wagged contently. After he finished making his selections, Chris set the fennec fox back on the ground and carried the trays over to a table.
He once again picked up Bing and set him on top of the table's surface. Christopher then waited for Silvanio to have a seat before he began to shovel his meal into his muzzle with the chopsticks. He then attempted to make conversation. "So Silvanio, when did you arrive on the island?"
On a sidenote, Chris could tell Bing would probably have trouble eating that steak in one thick slab and offered, "You want me to cut that up for you?"

Silvanio looked as Christopher wolfed down (pun alert) the chinese food. A wolf eating chinese... very odd sight. "Been here for about four days."
Before even touching his steak, Silvanio bowed his head, and very softly sang grace, hoping the wolfman and the fox could not hear.
"Be present at our table Lord, Be here and everywhere adored, These mercies bless and grant that we, May feast in paradise with thee. Amen"
Hw smiled. He loved that tune.

Bing's tail wagged as he indulged in his steak.
At least, tried to.
He teethed it a little, keeping a paw on the meat. Then he tried the side of his mouth. The tough meat still wouldn't tear. Bing took a few steps back, breathing a little bit.
"I can handle it." Bing said, licking his teeth.
He slid the tray near the middle of the table with his muzzle.
"One, two..." He breathed out, taking a couple more steps behind him, looking at the steak.
"THREE!" Bing charged at the hunk of raw meat, his mouth open. He pounced on the steak with his teeth, his feet landing on the tray. The tray beneath his paws slid across the table from the force and sped to the end of the table along with his little body.
Now if you were to mix the noise of crashing silverware, the bang of a tray hitting a wall, and the sounds of sugar, salt, and various other condiments falling out of their containers, you'd just about get what happened next.
CRASH.
A hail of utensils and napkins came down on the poor fox, along with just about everything else you'd see on a cafeteria counter thing. Bing was in the fetal position the whole time, hoping none of the fork or knives skewered him.
It was over. Bing looked up and saw that most of the damage was around him more than on him. He felt a piece of steak in his mouth. He smiled, and went back to his seat.
That was fun! He made a note of trying it again whenever he had the chance.
After chomping down on his meat, he grinned, "That's one way to eat a steak!"

Christopher could only blink a few times as he saw Bing go sliding and knock over nearly everything lining the table. He was worried for a moment that the fennec fox had injured himself but was assured Bing was fine when he immediately popped up with a piece of steak in his mouth. "Ok, you my friend need a valium."
"They've already changed you and you've only been here four days?" Christopher was a little shocked to hear this. Most people had been here for a week or two before they received the second injection. It was strange indeed. Had the labs develop a faster acting serum?
Shrugging it off for now, the wolfman continued to dine on his chinese cuisine, dipping an egg roll into the sauce covering his orange chicken and taking a bite. He then asked Silvanio, "...So, what do you plan to do now?"

(I figured you could probably go more or less only four days without meeting someone who would then explain things about the island. Let's just say it was some stupid labtech who gave him two serums in such a hurry, and the health effects won't be pleasant)
Silvanio chewed on his steak thoughtfully. "Well, I dunno what i'll do. Just...I don't know. I'll think of something."

If Bing had anything to call shoulders, he would shrug them.
"Just used to pouncing on my food."
He sat down on the table, his tail reaching his nose. His head turned to Silvanio,
"Just some advice, enjoy it. We're pretty much stuck here for the rest of our lives, it's not too bad." Bing's ear twitched slightly, "The changes hurt, but they pass after a bit."
Okay, he downplayed the changes, but hey, he didn't want to go into excruciating detail. The pain of change was still fresh in Bing's memory.

The wolfman just shook his head at Bing with a snickering, using his leather black palm to ruffle the fennec fox's headfur. Honestly, Bing didn't seem to be much different in this form than he was as a human. In a way, him being this tiny little energetic fox seemed more fitting for the guy. He just hoped that Bing would continue to remember who he was and not lose himself to complete and total animal instinct. "You are quite the character, you do know this right?"
Nearly done eating his own food, Chris went ahead and began to cut up the steak for Bing so no more huge messes would result from his trying to pounce it. He directed his attention back to Silvanio as he cut the piece of bovine up, "So anyway... what kind of things do you like to do?"
