Walking down the dirt road he kept a sharp eye out, attempting to catch the site of any pokemon near them. Dark Water kept turning on his head, he could not exactly tell whether or not he was keeping a look out for pokemon or not, but he was up ontop of his head. Glancing up he spotted Wingull soaring over head, staring at the ground.

"You see anything Dark Water?" he asked the pokemon on his head. Dark Water laid down on his head, shaking his own. "How about you Wingull? See anything from up there?" he called out.

Shaking his head Deaden called out to Wingull, "Hey Wingull, com over here and pick up Dark Water, carrying him around will increase your strength, plus it will let you have two pairs of eyes up there."

Shaking his head Deaden guessed it looked like he was headed to Oldale Town. The train from there lead all the way to Celadon. Putting the map away he was already thinking about the long journey ahead of him.

As he walked through Mauville it became apparent just how lonely he really was. All the people he had spoken to in the last couple of days kept disapearing. Looking around him he became a little spooked at the thought of something abducting them before he shook it off as that they where trainers, they went off to train.

Walking along he shook his head, all he could see was forest, forest, forest, forest he was begining to get rather sick of seeing tree's really.
"Go Wingull!" he said as he threw Wingull's pokeball. "Sorry to wake you Wingull but could you fly up and see if you can see Oldale town from here?"
As Wingull took to the skies ziging and zagging his way through the branches, Deaden sat down on the stump of a dead tree and waited and rested.

Suddenly a sound broke through the silence, Wingull was returning.
"Could you see it Wingull?" he called out. After he nodded Deaden smiled, "Is it far? Do you think we could make it before nightfall?"
After another nod Deaden's smile grew wider, "Then lead the way Wingull!"
Picking up Dark Water he followed Wingull weaving his way through the tree's till he reached Oldale Town.
