Wish granted. He looks like a normal person, but because he didn't look all evil and awsome he never joined Ataksuki and would never be on the show to see what he really looks like.

Wish Granted but then the show became SHINO!! instead and since bugs tend to freak people out...The show got cancelled...lol...I'm tired so just work with me ppl!

Wish granted, but it wasn't the REAL Shikamaru, just.. the plushie came to life... like Pinnochio... and he thought being alive was too troublesome, so he just fell asleep and refuses to wake up. So... he's basically still just a plushie... sweatdrop
