Brenia had been silently stalking the both of them without their knowlege until both of them had reached the room. Out of habit, she waited a few more moments to asertian that there were no more people entering the classroom. She slipped into the room, trying to be as quiet as She had been earlier, but bumped into the door, causing a loud bang. The teacher in the front looked up disaprovingly. "Sorry." Brenia muttered, sitting in the back.

Brenia muttered, sitting in the back. Tarrin and Corbei watched the last student enter and sit down in the back of the classroom. then thier gave returned to the professor. (you want to be the teacher?)

Sorani took one of the books that were being passed, and immediately flipped through the pages. Make any sense to you? he asked Terrana.
That's why there's a teacher. He'll tell us everything, she replied, and fell back to her comatose state.

Alianae walked through the door of the classroom. She was late. Her dragon, Fira, had taken forever to wake up. Alianae moved to the empty seat beside the other new dragon riders. The professor turned around to face her.
"Miss. Calibrata, you are late. Class started ten minutes ago." He frowned when he saw where she was sitting. " Away from the students please. Take you usual seat here. We don't want any wayward magic getting to you."
Alianae opened her mouth, "Sir, I'm a new Rider. I -"
Now everybody's attention was on her.
"Stop all this fanciful notion and sit down!"
Some of the older students were hiding smiles. Others were laughing outright.
There was a loud crash outside the classroom. Moments later a head poked through the doorway.
"I'm sorry I'm late Sir. I'm replacing Miss Calibrata as the scribe until a permanent one can be found."
"That's what I was saying Sir", said Alianae, " My dragon hatched last night so I'm joining the classes." Fira chose that time to clamber up Alianae's arm and stared at the teacher.
Beforehand, Alianae had been a scribe, working for the Riders. She has been supposed to make a written copy of all that was said in the lesson.
"I'm sorry Alianae. It seems I was mistaken. Take a seat."
((Sorry have to go, you may not hear from me for a few days on end because it's nearing the end of Semester 1, we have tests and so forth))

Brenia looked at the girl sitting next to her. an elf, prehaps? She thought. Yes, an elf.
The teacher up front was a human male, youngish and looked very irritated at the class of 20 or so students "Finally, to begin the lesson. The younger students will come with me outside when you will begin the real training. The older students will remain here for their lesson with Herkta." He gave a great exagerated sigh and swept from behind his desk to the door. "Well, here it up! If you have forgotten, it is left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot."

Sora decided not to be as complacent as most of the others. He raised his hand up, and before he was asked to speak, asked, "Sir, when you mean the young riders, do you mean by our age or our dragon's age?"
Don't irritate your teachers, Sora, Terra thoughtfully reminded him.
Shut up, you're worse than a conscience.

"yes i had the same question. im only 14, but i dont know how old you consider Corbei. she is 2 months old." Tarrin eyed corbei and she snorted smoke at him. well i had to make sure... she just looked around the room. "oh and i have another question... when they brought me here they said i should test out of combat training....my dad was a swordsman you see and he taught me. they said i should mention it...."

"When I say young riders," he said arrogantly," I mean any and all of you whose heads are either empty, or very close to empty. I think that means you. And I really don't care what you already know. Or think you know." Without another backwards glance, the man left them in the direction of a large field.
Brenia collected Jura. What a delightful fellow. She thought sarcastically.
Indeed. Pay attenion though, even fools have wisdom to pass on.
She grudgingly agreed with him, and left in pursuit of the man.

Suddenly he recognized him as the guy he stole somthing from. He could never remeber what but he always remembered the face. "Hay I remember you!"

Not entirely. He's wrong about your head being empty, though. You just don't use it much.
And you make me feel so much better.
Sorani fell into the lines of the different students, his book under his arm, Terrana on his shoulder.

"thanks" pocketing the statue "what hapened to you since aberon? when did you become a rider? last i saw you you were running from the law..." Hawk and Corbei exchanged significant looks about the trustworthyness of Cate...... he was some what of a rogue. not that hawk wasnt...
