Shoot the Web!
Hikaru had managed to hit one of the targets, and she thought that the new prize system would only gave her back the tokens she'd spent trying, but she was surprised when a bonus counter came up, announcing she'd actually won more tokens back that she had expected! Smiling and sliding two of them back, she took aim once more with the web shooter, hoping for an even better result and maybe some more bonuses this time!

Frowning as her webbing once again missed the targets, Hikaru stubbornly slid two more tokens across the counter. She was sure she could get a big bonus if she just kept trying, and she only had a few more tries left today anyway, so she figured why not go for it. Taking careful aim, she loosed several more streams of web at the targets.

Raine turned and saw Orthae coming towards her. She had just finished another round of Shoot the Web. She had started putting her tokens inside of a pouch that she had tied to her kimono securely. Letting the few tokens slide into the pouch she closed it tight. She only had a grand total of about fourteen tokens, but she hadn't played long so she assumed it was alright. "Good afternoon," she said lightly to Orthae. "This day is just glorious for a festival, don't you agree?"

The web had collided with one of the targets again, but this time only the two tokens she'd spent on her last try came across the counter to Hikaru. Confused as to why the bonus applied some times but not others, she shrugged and slid them back for another attempt before blasting away at the targets with everything she had.

"Yessss!" Hikaru called out loudly, pumping her fist in the air as she managed to hit a target and as she saw the big BONUS light start flashing again. Just like before, a bunch of bonus tokens came sliding back her way. She grinned widely, scooping half of them up and leaving the others there for another attempt. Second to last one for the day!

"Broke even again..." Hikaru said, watching the tokens come back across the counter and toward her. She waved her hand, signaling that she was going to have one last try at the game for the day before she went off to enjoy other parts of the picnic. Kissing the web shooter for luck, she sent her final three blasts of sticky webbing flying at the targets, hoping to end the day with a big win.

((And that leaves me with 14 tokens for the day, since the last attempt was a flop. Zero times two is still zero, unfortunately, even with the bonus. sweatdrop
This is, of course, if my assumption that we can only play 15 games of ANYTHING per day is correct. If we can play EACH game 15 times per day, I've got a lot more work ahead of me, but I'll need Curry to clear that one up for me before I try anything.
Edit: So apparently I read the odds/evens rules wrong. I've fixed my token count on the past few posts, and 3, 1, 1 still gets the bonus on that last one even though I didn't hit anything, so that's another +6 for an actual total of 28 for the day. 3nodding sweatdrop
Final token count: 24 - 2 play + 0 win + 6 bonus = 28))

Rille walked brightly into the area of the festival with the games. This was nothing like the RenFaires she was used to, and she was having a wonderful time. She wandered over to Gen, and smiled cheerfully when Gen glanced at her ticket stub and gave her tokens to play the games. She walked to the one that cost the least tokens, figuring she needed to practice since she had never done this before. Picking up the starnge device, she fiddled with it for a second, then fired three quick shots towards the targets.

Rille was a little disappointed when only one of her shots hit the mark, but paid out the tokens to try again. This time she paused for a moment between shots to aim more carefully. Each shot sped towards the targets, a few seconds after the one beofre, and as the last one flew, Rille crossed her fingers, hoping for better luck.

Disappointed, Rille walked away from the shooting game, and came next to a throwing game. She watched other people throw the little people into the van, and decided to give it a try. Putting down her tokens, she picked up four little people, and lobbed them at the moving van.

GET IN THE VAN.
Rille was excited when two of her people hit the van. The others bounced off the sides, and she ducked as they went sailing towards her head. She smiled at the man running the game as he walked up to her, but was astonished when her handed her a handful of extra coins as a bonus. Encouraged, her pockets full of coins, she decided to play again. Giving all but one of the bonus tokens back, she collected more of the little people and threw them.

Rille watched with glee as three of her dolls sail into the van, and the fouth as it flew past and landed on the ground. Figuring she was finally having a run of good luck, she paid for another game and sent the people-shaped dolls sailing.
