Pyon Yeah I'd choose Sayumi too.. I dont know why, but I really dont like her .. xp xp I can't figure out why.. sweatdrop A lot of the people in this guild don't like Sayumi...It's weird, in different forums the favorite and least favorite members fit a trend in the forum, but are totally different from forum to forum (um, did that make sense? It did in my head xp ). Ooh, thanks for putting those pics up of the lucky 7 auditioners. I have a favorite just from looking at the pics whee (I'm so bad, I base people on their looks completely gonk )

I disagree that Mari is the only one keeping MM alive. I personally think that a chunk of the group is still good. Hitomi, Risa, Miki, Reina, and Ai are all very strong vocalists. I do however agree that they are loosing popularity due to old members leaving. There are no more original members which is sad. I can understand why people would stop listening to them. I was very sad when Natsumi left and I know that when Hitomi leaves, it may be the end of MM for me. I just saw the auditions for the 7th generation. I was not completely disapointed but I was also not completely pleased. In my opinion, I think that the best ones where the two at the end. I just hope that he gets them for talent and not for looks. These were just the girls from Osaka so there should be more girls that will be possible candidates.

Lol i didnt mean music wise! lol Takahashi and Miki are doing great and the others are vastly improving! i meant in the sense of personallity and structure. With Rika leaving in a matter of months, theres only going to be Mari and Hitomi who are going to be talkative and playful! Risa, Ogawa and Konno are trying there best but they arent up there yet with Mari and Hitomi. And the 6th gen are coming too but slowly only Miki can really talk alot the others are still pretty bleh. (i'm using the point of view i'm getting from Hello! Morning episodes. And if you watch them you'll agree with me. With the absence of Kago and Tsuji they've become abit stale. Mari tries her best to keep things alive and Hitomi...well...I added Hitomi because she really good a practical jokes and she is actually funny. The others have ways to go before they can reach that level, closes are Risa, Konno, Miki and Ogawa) and thats my 50 cents for today domokun

I do miss those girls though sad . I guess I would have to see more of the newer Hello! Mornings. So far I have only been watching the ones where the 4th generation started. I guess we also can't blame everything on these girls. The songs have a lot to do with it too. I wish he would do more stuff like he did in the days of "Koi no Dance Site", "Renai Revolution 21", "The Peace", and "Mr. Moonlight." I did like their 23rd single but I heard a little bit of the new one and I have a feeling that I will not be impressed. I'll just wait until I hear the full version until I judge it though.

Dude I agree with you on the songs part.. I noticed that the songs have.. well gotten suckier.. I have a perception that MM's golden age is from their debut till the period of the 4th Gen.. It started detiorating after that.. Don't get me wrong. I still love the Gens that come after the 4th!! But their songs.. well.. I just hope they would produce more songs like RR21 or The peace.. Hmm.. I dont really like their latest single either.. But Do not doubt my loyalty!! whee xp whee

I actually think that the quality of the songs has deteriorated due to the lack of good singers as well. Tsunku has to write songs that some of the girls who don't really have good voices like Sayumi and Asami, can pull off. I hope that he picks the 7th generation based on talent and not on looks like the past two generations. I know it may be hard to believe that but that is why he picked them.

That's the reason why he should pick Shimada Ayumi for 6th, but NO. He just HAD to pick Eri. Eri, the one who is ALWAYS off a bit during lives.
