I just finished sending them all out. So, within the next two weeks, members who are still inactive will be deleted. I will want some help recruiting for new members, and am hoping that a few more people will put the banner in their sig- the whole point is to advertise, and when the only one with it is the captain, it doesn't work as well. 3nodding

Which took an incredible amount of time and patience. Either way, it's done and I have invited 11 new members. So far, they seem good, but look what happened last time. stressed

well this always happens in guilds, people loose intrest and move on to other guilds so in truth its no biggie people come and go, a few stay its nothing to be angered at

Not angered. Although in most guilds, there's mods to help.
Shade's one of the only ones who even tries, and she's a mod in another guild as well. By sounds, another couple. sweatdrop

Alright- this is for everyone now- my mods need to be helping me more. Some of yu do, and I love you all dearly, but the mods should be setting a standard- participating in RPs, modelling appropriate language and behaviour, posting a fair amount. I realize there is life other than Gaia- I live on my own and work two jobs. I'm currently trying to find another apartment and I register for classes next week. Oh yes, I realize that life happens.
Nonetheless, I think there should be a little more direction here. I think it's fair to ask you to post once a week, unless you're away or something. When things like recruiting and banning come up, I expect some help. Cleaning up topics, watching language and behaviour, etc...mod jobs.
If you're not helping out, you will have the status revoked. Don't push me on this.
I hate to be bitchy, but if that's what it takes...

I have a lot to b***h about:
School:
no Recces for 11th graders
No Science Class
Exam for next week. We started on thursday... stare
Not a place to sit at MidDay. stare
The director is a Pathetic old bag b***h.
Yesterday, couldn't sleep at all. Oly did 2 hours. The frIgging public transport let me in the same Stop for 1 hour.And I got locked out of my own room, and mom's room was being used for nothing.
In the end, at 10:pm, I got allergies, and still couldn't sleep.
I HATE NOT SLEEPING!!! DANMIT!!! AND I HATE EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH SCHOOL, SINCE I STILL DON'T GOT AN UNIfORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scream stressed evil

I'm getting that impression as well.
Your frustrations aren't related to this guild though, so it wouldn't work love. Thanks for the offer though. Maybe next time I will take you up on it. wink
