Chalda Nikolita Chalda *joins the rant* Periods suck! Personally I think that every man should have to go through one whole one just to know how terrible it is...
But those heating pad things that you stick to your panties really really help for me and do stay long for a really long time! I just take Tylonel. xd I'm a wimp. Heating pads work a little for me, and lying down on my stomach used to work. However nothing really works, even Tylonel... I try to stay home and/or be lazy on days I have bad cramps, otherwise I'm a b***h to be around. Then again, I'm on Depo so I haven't gotten my period since March. Go birth control. cool I would think about that but I am way to scared of needles. I was supposed to have a blood test in grade 7 and had a horrible break down/ temper tantrum in the car. I'm probably going onto the patch but I'm thinking about using it to control my period so I only have 2 or 3 a year.Sounds good. biggrin There's that Seasonale pill too which give you your period only 3 or 4 times a year I think, but I don't know anything about it. whee

You may know this but I will write it for those who don't. Birth Control tricks your body into thinking it is already pregnant so it doesn't ovulate and on the slim chance that it does the uteran wall is thick and will not allow implantation. So continuing to take the pill or be on the patch would just keep you body thinking it was pregant for a little longer. The only problem I've heard of is that most medical plans don't cover the extra medication since it isn't really 'required'

Nikolita kerushi_rii Nikolita kerushi_rii Second: PERIODS Because they suck that bad. Just wait until you get cramps from hell. xd I already get those. That's why they suck sooo bad (besides the whole blood thing). I'm just lucky I'm not like my aunt. They get so bad she faints. *pokes* you can get prescription medications for bad cramps actually, my friend had to do that. I tried it too but found that taking 2 or 3 extra strength tylonel when I need to works better. xd There's also heating pads, lying on your stomach (that worked for me when I was younger), taking painkillers, etc etc. I've been taking tylonal for the past year or so... but they don't help that much. I plan on seeing my doctor soon, because sometimes they get so bad that I can't walk. I've been pulled out of school 3 times because of it. Heating pads work sometimes, it just works on and off. I'll try the laying on my stomach... I hadn't tried that one. Thanks!

Okay I am usually not one to post rants or complains, or swear unless necessary...but I am frickin pissed and if I dont do something I'll end up snapping so..here goes. What the HELL is with people judging you on assumptions! They think they can take one look at you and know everything? Oh, she's pregnant, hmm..she's a cheap slut, lets go let her know that! SCREW YOU! You dont know what happend! Rape happens! As shitty as that is and as much as the world would like to pretend it doesnt, it happens! Until you know for sure what happend to a person dont give them your s**t, because no doubt they have enough of their own to deal with. I am not a slut. And I most certainly, definatly, am NOT a murderer! So a girl goes on winter vacation pregnant comes back on, you assume the worst of her charachter?! That is not ******** right! You tear a person apart that way, just for your own high-and-mighty kicks! You judge me because of what you think you know...a slut who got an abortion and killed an innocent life...when in truth your judging someone who was violently forced into a situation and even more violently ripped back out! You werent there when I saw the test, then when I saw the blood..you didnt help me cry over her... so until you can go through what I went through and still have a snide remark, just shut the ******** up!
(sorry, but people have been giving me hell moreso then before latley, to the extent of calling me a murderer...so..yea..pent up frustration)

I am going to rant about how closeminded pharmicists can be I always go to the same pharmicist ever since I had my son for the whole families stuff I almost changed about 5 months ago because there was a girl there that would always give me to sombody else because she didnt want to wait on me. This was confusing but it had been going on for about 2 years. She wasnt there one day 5 months ago so i got curious and asked why that girl wouldnt wait on me. Apparantly she wouldnt wait on me ever again because the first time she waited on me I had picked up a prescription for my at the time 5 month old son. The prescription was for methidone, which if anyone here doesnt know is commonly used to cure heroin addiction. She didnt ask me why I needed it for my 5 month old she just assumed that I had done drugs and that my son was born a junky. When I found out I was furious, I went in the next day and sat down with her and a manager. I was like you listen up methedone doesnt mean I did drugs, It means that my son had a birth defect that required morphine to cope and we had to get him off it. I cant even explain how angry I was to find out that someone was refusing to wait on me because of somthing they knew nothing about. He is fine now not on any meds. But still it bothered me immensly because everytime I went in there with him to pick up the family prescriptions at least one person probably others were thinking how I should even have my son he should have been taken away.

I know but it get really old, I was only 18 when i had him so i get crap for being to young and then birth defects to deal with meds. I have also had social services called on me because of "medical neglect" Because my son had a nurse that came to the house to weigh him. She came one friday and wieghed him and he had lost 8 ounces or so. She told me to make him an appointment for next week. It was friday at 4:30 when she left so i just decided to call on monday because we have a small practice doctoe. She could fit him in I knew. The nurse apparantly called the doctor at 5 to see if i had made the appointment, I hadnt yet so she called social services. I mean she was judging me because I was only 19 at the time that I couldnt make an appointment. I called up the company the next week and told them she was not to be my sons nurse anymore. Its the only problem i have had being a young mom. I can do it but nobody thinks i can it is finally starting to get better though because I am 21 and look it.
