By sweet mercy of the dice gods, the bullet missed Sam. And since Sam had dove as she had fired the flare, Aiolos was aimed for the wrong part. Two of the three knives flying easily over her, the third cutting yet more hair but it would all even out from the exploding moss.((Girl is going to have to get a wig at this rate.))

Sam looked up, and looking rather waterlogged...again, saw Shade or rather the defelction of space caused by an cloak of invisiblity and all the dust clouding the room....so Sam knew something was there....and did the only thing she could really. She threw the Flare gun, right at his forehead. And as stated before. She was someone who knew how to aim. And at the moment, guy with gun=threat.

So the gun got thrown right at Shade's face and she scrambled up and ran for the entrance....towards the bears, which she didn't realize were bears., going by JB's post that Mozz/Aiolis were BEHIND her since they came from the mines, not the climb. She spotted said bears...and shou. And did what any rational female would. She screamed for her HERO!

"SHOU!!" She would run and dodge the bear if at all possible, keeping her hands close to her chest and running like hell.

((For the sake of preventing any arguments in the near future, I would just like to re-instate the fact that the area where Jak and Kat are is dusty from a recent explosion, or so I believe I have read. Eventually the dust will settle and the effect will subside but as of right now, Jak's invisibility is 'sorta' visible, because of a displacement of the dust.

Effect will most likely ware off within the next post or so, depending on how fast things move.

It was orchestrated chaos. And it was good.

"Take down the pike! And kill the mage!"

"Yes, sir!"

Immediatly, three of the soldiers aimed their Assault Rifles right at Zen's blood pike, the AP rounds firing off in burst-fire. Slowly, they continued their spray while moving it towards his body, keeping a steady hail of bullets flying at him. She was safe...but then he saw it. In the dust, some man's form. It was just barely, but his eyes never failed him.

It would've been fine if it was just a man. Men are just one-track mind pigs who'd probably want in Sam's pants more so than to stab her legs. Problem was this guy was a knife-lover, the latter of the two. Pulling out his own knife, Hein dashed towards Shade, closing the distance between the two with relative ease as he parried the opponent's blade with his own.

"Oh no you don't! No one's stabbing the bird while I'm watching..."

I offically use my "Run like hell option" For one reason only: I'm not having fun anymore. I don't care for the penelty or the credit for the kill, I got the group there, I'm satisfied.

The bear, suddenly finding a wall between it and its quarry, headed back toward the entrance.

Some rocks hit it, and bounced off. It was built like a tank, it'd take more than that to faze it.

Fish and I are running real low on sleep. From now on, us four are on seperate post order from everybody else so we can resolve this skirmish quickly.

We're seperated by a moss wall, so it's not like we're affecting anyone else))
