"Robin's always sending the new Titans over here, even before they get initiated. He decided to leave us that pleasure."
Motioning with her head at his tech equipment, she spoke again,
"Follow me to the Tech lab, we can set the stuff up there."

((Saw the thread and thought I'd join...I hope that's okay with you guys.
@Chanceless: Dude, I just realized...my character's name is like...your nickname. What's up with that? o.O ))
Levitating on an air current, Chance approached the massive tower of Titans West. He stood in midair and marveled it for a moment before moving forward the rest of the way and dropping to the ground beside it.
In his hand, he held some kind of recording device that he'd been given by Robin at the main branch of the Titans. He'd said to give it to whoever they'd elected as leader--if they'd actually elected a leader yet, that is.
After knocking a few times on the automatic (though heavily secured) front door, he waited for someone to open it and let him in.

Silver was on her way to the Tech Lab when she heard the electronic doorbell ring through the tower, announcing the arrival of a newcomer. She levitated down to the front door and pushed the button that opened it.
Seeing a boy standing there, she blinked.
"Um...hi there."
She recognized the item the boy was holding in his hand as one of Robin's technological devices.
"...I'm guessing Robin gave you that and sent you?"
She inquired curiously.

Chance nodded sheepishly, holding out the device for the Titan that had come to the door. He took a few moments to glance at her sideways, just to study her features.
After observing her long, silver-streaked black hair, deep blue-grey eyes, slim figure and kind complexion, Chance's expression broke into a smile, finally finding his voice to answer.
"Yeah, Robin gave this to me and told me to bring it to the leader of Titans West. I came to the main Tower to join the Titans, but apparently, they're not taking any more recruits there, which is why I was sent here."

Silver shifted uncomfortably for a moment under the boy's stare, she gave a small sigh of relief when he finally smiled.
"Well, we haven't really gotten around to electing a leader...but hey, now's as good a time as ever, isn't it?"
She smiled and gingerly took the recording device from the boy.
"I'm Silver."

Chance laughed somewhat nervously, embarrassed that he'd spoken so much, and yet not given his name.
"I'm Chance. Nice to meet you, Silver. I'm going to presume that you're one of those running for Titans West leader?"

"All of the Titans that transferred from the main branch to here are eligable to run for Titans West Leader...myself included."
She answered the newcomer, smirking slightly.

He finds the tech lab and sets up his stuff and shouts, "Hey Zetro leave Recca alone for a minute and show me where my room is please!!!" He then makes sure his hood is still up so noone can see his face.
