Asegi quickly caught up to his mother and purred as he rubbed his shaggy head on her white leg. He smiled and beamed up at her. He wasn't one to be able to distinguish real love from a fake forced kind, he had grown up with both and deemed them both the same. He shook his head back and forth as he head his mother inquire about his sister, he hadn't seen her anywhere and that worried him. She was all alone and he had no one to play with! Suddnely something caught his attention, he squinted to see better into the distance were his young eyes playing tricks on him? Was he seeing things? He didn't think so, sitting with a dark lion was another cub! And from the smell of it it was a female, not Tsi though, even from this distance they looked different. He peered up to his dad and nodded toward Uhi and Aya,
"Who's that dad? Can we go play? Hmmmm?"

"Go play, Asegi." It was more of a command than anything, but Asa'nunu tried to smile at him, and succeeded. She started to move towards Aya and his little brat, looking back at U'yosi. Was he coming or not?
"U'yosi?" She asked, her eyes somehow more..alive now, after seeing Aya. Her tail was held a little higher, and a soft yet still somehow cool smile was settled on her muzzle.
The Star Grove..Asa'nunu loved it there. Sometimes the young lioness almost wished she was nvwati, so that she could go there more often. It was a peaceful place, when the Clans weren't bickering over something. And the stars were so beautiful there, they seemed ten times as bright at the Star Grove than out here in the Lands.

Uhi puffed out her tiny cub chest and tried to make herself appear bigger. Her attempt wasn't very much a success, but she would do anything to make her father proud. "Of course I can!" Uhi had always been a confident cub, and she knew with her daddy by her side, she could do anything. ((Aww. XD))

Ama kept his head held high as he padded down the same trail his mother had taken. A walk and nothing more, she had said. Yet she hadn't returned. Ever the devoted and caring son, he'd struck out to follow her, making sure she was quite alright. Wuffling slightly, he caught her scent upon the wind. She was near. And others too. A soft growl emitted from his regal muzzle as he smelled Aya. The dislike for his brother-in-law seeped in waves from the tan lion. If Aya stepped off the face of the earth, never to be heard from again, Ama couldn't be happier. The only thing keeping him even cordial with the other male, was his sister, Kala.
Keeping his thoughts to himself, Ama padded proudly to his mother's side, ignoring all other's around. Bending his head down, he nuzzled at Us'kali's shoulder. "Hello Mother. You were gone longer than expected, I followed you to make sure you were alright." Guesturing to the others in the vacinity, he continued. "What's going on? Something I should know about?"

Making a low, raspy noise that could only be an old lioness's attempt at a purr, Us'kali swatted at her son affectionately with a forepaw, the beginnings of a grin playing at the corners of her mouth. Suddenly, the old adu looked less...frail, as if her son's presence had lent a...spark. Sometimes, Ama, you remind me of your father so much... she thought to herself, drawing comfort from that. "Yes, there is indeed something you should know about, Ama." she began, tail flicking idly. "A meeting in the Star Grove has been called." she stated simply. "And so, we are preparing to begin our journey there." she finished, leaning lightly against Ama's shoulder, as if to draw strength for the journey ahead.

U'yosi grinned tolerantly at his little son as he bounded ahead to meet his mother. As he padded more slowly down the slope after him, he looked up to meet Asa'nunu's glance. He was surprised; instead of the mournful, distant look she usually affected, she seemed.. more alert. His eyes softened, and he shook his mane gently as he reached her. Perhaps she had found the others, and was almost prepared to put the past behind in favour of making the Ela'wadiyi great again.
"Have you news of the Sky Clan, my cloud-marked Asa'nunu?" He asked her warmly, holding his head up so discern the many mixed new scents he smelt on the breeze. He glanced about for Tsi'hilu and Asegi, as was his habit to check on his family, and gaind a slightly puzzled expression as his vision failed to reveal his daughter.

Ina'li pressed his head against the ground, eyes feeling heavy. He looked out over the darkened sky and took a deep breath of the fresh morning's air. His eyes wandered from side to side, trying to stay awake. But it was all in vain, and he drifted asleep.
When he awoke he looked around at his position oddly, though still keeping a stern look on his face. He either slept for a very long time... or a very short one. With a quick lion-ish shrug he stood up and stretched his front legs. The long grass waved against his face, and he started through it with a bored yawn.

(eppp! Kala should come find ya soon Pirate))
"Well you do know its a long LONG walk." He teased, even though knowing that his prideful daughter would always reply yes, she could do anything. That was always a goo response though, since if you believe that then usually you can. Aya smiled down at his young one, eyes light and his tail swung slowly on the ground. He lifted his eyes to the horizon. The Wolf Clan was a few meters away. They were only small specks, but their white coats gave them away easily. He snorted, Aya could never figure out how they hide those things when they hunted. He turned back down to Uhi. "Keep on your toes and stay polite Uhi. The Wolf Clan is coming to make a formal greeting."

Asegi had been the first one to reach Uhi and Aya, for he had sprinted there the whole way. He was so exited, he had never met anyone from another clan before and this was his chance. He slowed to a walk as he neared the big lion and his daughter. He grinned and her and then looked up at her father meekly, also smiling in greeting. He head swiveled around and spotted his mother and father slowly loping over. He snorted, they sure like to take their time... Go play, go play. The only thing on his mind now. Even more he wondered where his beloved sister had wandered off too, surely she would have been excited to meet a female cub. He took a deep breath and beamed up at the two Sky Clan members,
"Hi! I'm Asegi, son of Asa'nunu and U'yosi, nice ta meet you!"

Ama grinned as he ducked his mother's playful swat. Ducking his head under Us'kali's chin, he nuzzled her tenderly. "A meeting you say?" Ama raised his head and glanced at his mother. A meeting in Star Grove was always an important event. Very important. He stood like a rock, allowing 'kali to lean upon him. "Where is Kala?" His eyes glanced over Aya and Uhi and the lack of Kala around. He assumed that she was off gathering the rest of the pride, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Us'kali nodded, rubbing her face against Ama's shoulder as if to subtly thank him for the physical support. "Kala is off gathering the rest of the pride, so hopefully she'll get here soon." she said, watching in amusement as Asegi greeted Uhi and Aya rather...enthusiastically. To be so young... she thought with a small grin, remembering how she'd been quite the precocious little cub until...well, things had happened. Blinking and shaking her head slightly as if to clear her thoughts, her eyes suddenly the piercing eyes of an adu once more. "Aya, if Kala isn't back soon, would you go look for her?" she called out, giving Uhi an affectionate grin.

Asa'nunu even managed a small smile at her mate as he asked about the Sky Clan. "Aya'tas has predicted a Meeting soon, so I was right to want to go find the rest of the Clans." She looked over to where the Wolf Clan was, and saw Asegi introducing himself.
She hoped he was behaving himself. And hoped that she could behave herself at the Meeting. If she stayed near U'yosi it was certain she'd behave, Asa didn't know how she could disobey the rules around him. It was almost a rivalry, as she saw it, in a way. He was always wanting to be more than the mere male he was. Why couldn't he be happy with the Clan they had? It was all she had left, and she clung to it desperately.
((I swear I don't think this about U'yosi irl..xD))

((Sorry... was mid mid-terms gonk ))
Running through the grass at a constant pace, Kala continued to look for Ada. The grass gradually seemed to grow as she ran, starting from approximately her mid-leg and finally reaching up to her chest. Looking about her, though only half conscious of it, she seemed to have taken a different direction from prior.
Kala's pace slowed as the grass attempted to trap her feet to the ground, though only lightly. The lioness paused and decided to take another sniff at the air, wondering how close the others may be. Inhaling deeply, two scents filled her nasal cavities. One was once again Ada, but the other one, which was much closer, was Ina.
Now distracted from her prior task, she trotted in a slightly different direction, until Ina's form came into view. Noticing he was faced the opposite direction as she approached, she called out in a somewhat hushed manner "Ina'li...?"

Ina'li looked back, a bit surprised. He blinked a few times, and then smiled briefly. His mane flowed lightly in the wind and he turned around. "Kala," he replied, "Why do you go about at this time...?" His face got stern again and he looked up into the sky. His eyes shut half way, squinting at the shining stars. "...Looking for someone?" he asked, keeping his eyes on the sky as he spoke. A cold night's breeze brushed passed, swirling the tall grass a little.
((Err... it's night time here for me so I hope I didn't wreck anything. I always RP by how it is outside IRL. *doesn't want to look like a retard* sweatdrop ))

"I am looking for many right now actually. Including you!" The lioness sat herself next to the lion as he gazed at the stars. She dared not look up again, for she knew she would easily be hypnotized by the soft lights in the dark sky.
Kala continued on in a calm voice. "I have been requested by my mother to gather the rest of the Sky Clan. We are to trek to the Star Grove, and it is necessary for all to be there. I came here originally looking for Ada, but I have yet to find her. Now that I have found you Ina, I request that you help me find her. Then we may head back to the others and make the necessary journey." She looked to the lion as his mane swayed gently against his neck from the breeze. Kala kept her eyes calmly on his face as she awaited an answer.
