Forensics I think is a good field to go into if you like all that scientific stuff. Every police department in teh US has one. Also, some hospitals employ them also. You'd have a fairly easy time finding work. Also, you'll get paid pretty well and have fun getting to use new technologies. And... you'll be smarter than the average person.
