Santos had been patrolling the borders along with Arsenic, Nimbus had gone off on his own somewhere. He sorta danced as he padded along with his son. His teenage son. The thought made him stop for a moment and gasp. "I'M OLD!" he cried out.
Arsenic laughed at his father's silliness. "Not old... aged. Like fine wine," he chose his words carefully so he wouldn't make his father yell outanymore crazy things. "You get better every day."
"Pssh. Don't try and make me feel better," he flattened his ears against his head grumpily and then quickly became happy again and started on his way again.
Nimbus ran through a field near the borders. He didn't really feel like patrolling today. He wanted to run, to feel the wind rush through his mane. His muscles rippled under his fur as he raced the clouds. That's when the roar reached his ears. He knew that roar. The one that made his heart flutter with joy every time he heard it. "Synda..." the sound came from the borders so that's where he headed. When he got there he looked around with a hopeful expression. Trying to spot his favorite lioness in the whole world.

Nomis pulled her body form the pool, letting the water trickle from her lightly colored fur. "I should return to the cave..." she whispered to no one inparticular, but the antelopes seemed to understand, and followed her to the edge of the forest surrounding the oasis, and bowed to her as she bounded back into the grass, following her nose back to the cave.
By the time she returned, her small body was compeltely dry. "I'm back..." she called, though it could hardly be heard. She found her mother and siblings at the cave entrance, and settled down a few feet away form them, watching an listening intently to them.
Karounos yawned, glad ot finish his patrol. He was done for the day, and it was finally time to return to the cave.

Her eyes feel upon him at once. His sky colored pelt made her smile gently. Silently creeping, she waited until he turned before she pounced. Muscles rippled under the lioness's skin as she landed upon his back, her paws clinging to his shoulder, head tucked into his maned neck. She gripped his back as she nipped at his ears. The familiar voice seemed to trickle down into the lion's ears. "Synda got Nimbus..." She said sing-songly, her tail waving gently. "Synda got Nimbus..." She repeated and kept close to him.

"Hey!" Aquos said as Sienna nipped at his ear. He playfully batted at her muzzle. "How can the King and Queen take me seriously if I have you hanging off of my ear?" he jokingly said to her.

Arsenic saw Naida, Sienna and the new kit first. Hearing the new one's last words he walked up next to him. "The problem is.. can you take them seriously?" he pointedin the direction of his father, who was still dancing.
Santos was humming and dancing up a storm. He black paws drummed against the ground ashis mane whipped about. He often got bored and did random things such as this for fun. He didn't notice the rest of his pride at all.
Nimbus' heart melted as the lioness landed upon him. Rolling over to face her he pulled the tan one even closer and licked her cheek. "Synda! What're you doing around here?" he tugged on her ear and purred a little.

Naida broke down laughing her tailfeathers off, and rolled on the ground in mirth. It would be quite some time before she'd get ahold her self...
Sienna waved a paw at Arsenic as he approached and giggled at what he said, then even more at her King. Looking at Aquos, she smoothed the fur she had ruffled and licked his cheek lightly (when no one was looking), and whispered, "Told ya you had nothing to worry about."

Adia had to stop herself from laughing as she walked up on the group standing in front of the prides cave. "Santos love!" Adia called out to her mate knowing he probably didn't realize so many members of the pride were around. After a moment she just shook her head and pounced on Santos making sure to knock him off his feet and pin him. "Love you have an audience."
*Changes Daveigh to her teen stage*
Daveigh stopped as she heard a stiffled giggle. She looked around her but saw nothing. After a moment she glanced up at the tree limbs above her and there she spotted him. "I found you!"

Aquos was too busy looking at Santos's dance to notice Sienna lick his cheek but heard her as she spoke. He smiled at her and looked up to Arsenic, "......Ya, I'm sure I can...."

She laughed gently and nuzzled into his maned neck. "Synda wanted to visit Nimbus. Can Synda not visit Nimbus, Synda's bestest friend ever...?" She blinked a little, her tail waving gently. The lioness managed to wriggle out from under him and shake off her coat. "How has Nimbus been? Synda has been...thinking about Nimbus..." She couldn't help but flush a little, the red coming over her face.

Noticing the lateness, Synda jumped down from her friend. Nuzziling him gently, she looked at him in the eys. "Synda must go back home now, Nimbus. Later." She gave him a gentle smile before turning around and skidding off away from the lands. Her heart missed him greatly and she wanted to be back to where she felt safe and warm...

It was then that Nomis noticd the change. It had just occured to her that she was bigger, as were her siblings. But there was something else. Her head felt heavy. Cautiously, she raised a paw to it, gentlying touching the fun now there. She looked again to her siblings - neither had a fin. I look like mommy...?

((Okay we need to get this rolling so we can wave yet another magical time paw or something, to take MORE growings into account. stressed ))
Santos stopped dead in his tracks, a paw still in the air and his mouth open. He turned his head to look at a group of his pride members staring at him. "Uh oh.." he lifted a paw and scratched the back of his head, noticing the new kit. "Welcome to Rose Petal?" he chuckled a little and walked towards the group. "Sorry about that.."
Arsenic shook his head. "Father you really should be more observant. You could make a fool of yourself.. just like you have right now," he nudged his fathers shoulder just to get a loud 'hmph' out of him.
Nimbus watched her leave with a heavy heart. It pained him to watch her travel away from him.. more than anyone could beleive. He turned slowly and began to trot to where he sensed a small group forming. His head was hung low and a frown was spread across his lips.

Nimbus stopped right before reaching the little group of lions. He remembered something about Reid starting a pride. Maybe he would go visit his good friend. He lifted his muzzle to the air an let out a powerful roar announcing that he was leaving for a while before running in the other direction towards his buddy.

The young cub bowed to Santos. "It is an hounor that you havr allowed me to join your pride." he said as he lifted his head up from the bow."I am Aquos...Sienna told me about your pride and offered me a home here...I hope your alright with that..." Aquos told Santos as he smiled at Sienna who was beside him.

Santos nodded his head. "Of course it's fine, Aquos. The more the merrier," something buzzed in the back of his head, Where were his parents? Sienna must have known something to offer to show him the pride and get him a place. "Sienna your a good cub you know that? Helping others in need. Your parents should be proud," he smiled at the little one, thinking about how he wanted more cubs of his own.
