The last I heard about the Green Lantern movie, it wasn't looking good. Granted this information was like a year ago, but they were looking at Jack Black to star.....I hope they came to their senses on that........

whoa! NO! not Jack Black! omg no! unless it is Green Lantern coming out of retirement they need a young Fit guy to play green Lantern. Unless it was a spoof movie they were going to make.

They (Warner Brothers) signed Jack Black with the intentions of making it a zany comedy type movie, which is a pretty jacked up approach to ole' GL, if you ask me.
There is nothing that DC Comics can do either, with the way they sold their movie rights to Warner Brothers..........personally...I fully intend to boycott this move.

IM totally with you on that one...we can make pickett signs and bring out lawn chairs and protest...GOD why oh why! yu can't make green lantern a comedy! not cool. I mean Spiderman was kind of a comedy in a way but it wasn't as bad! oh geesh
