((Vyn: *walks quickly over to her father and her sister*))

The wizard of course saw the anthro. Difficult not to. He especially noticed the sigh. Like most in his "family" Remus did not like to see anyone sad or upset. He called out gently, startling Ginny on her way to the kitchen. "Something the matter?"

Ginnny turned to see whom Remus was addressing. She was quite surprised to see another anthro like Harry. Not like Harry though.... Harry never looked so sad. Not since hse had met him here. Before maybe, but not here. She stopped & turned, curious.

"Ah yes. Squall Lionheart. I remember now. We met briefly when I was a just a youth. I am Remus J. Lupin. But Remus will suffice." He smiled warmly, shifting as the bundle of kit near his side yawned daintily. Ginny walked over to sit beside her brother, studying Squall with almost pointed curiousity.
"Pleasure to meet you. I'm Ginny Weasley. You don't look like nothing's wrong." "Genevre, please." flash of temper smokes in the rehead's eyes. "Yes, Remy?" She retorts with a slight snap. She seems to calm when the wizard looks sheepish for his slip.

Ginny snorted but did not say anything. What good was it to explain that as a kitsu she was nearly as old as Remus? She was still treated as a child. She did not have to look to feel Remus' calming gaze on her back. Calm & patronizing. A little mew followed Liliana's yawn & she peeked sleepy eyes first at her daddy & aunt, then at the anthro stranger. Her father smiled tenderly. "Quite well. Better than I ever could have dreamed." He leaned down to lick flat a tuft of fur on the kit that had gotten out of place & the little one began to purr loudly at the attention. "My oldest daughter, Liliana. Liliana, this is Squall."

The red kit tilted a gold tipped ear as she opened her eyes more fully. She flicked her white & gold tails with a smile. [Hello.]

"Surely you have tales to tell, Squall. It has been so long since I've seen you around. What have you been up to?"

Liliana preened slightly, pleased with the attention, before snuggling back into her daddy's side. He really was her favorite after all, but this Squall seemed okay. "Thank you. The four of them make Nari & I very proud." Remus' look of pride softened to one of quiet contemplation. "Yes. Rinoa. I do believe I saw her once. In fact... I seem to recall that she was looking for you."

Ginny of course was now taken quite fully with learning that Squall too had once walked on all fours. "You changed. Like Harry. Could you... would you... I mean, how?" The witch looked bit flustered or flushed, it was hard to tell which as the blush darkened her already light pink fur. Remus chuckled softly, having a good idea why his little sister was so interested. "It's just... I'd like to know how..."

"It was long ago. I could be wrong." The wizard looked quite sheepish. Sometimes in wanting others to share his happiness he had a tendancy to be overzealous anymore. Something he seemed to have picked up from Trelweny. "Perhaps. I do not believe I have met any female anthros. Not at the Realm in any rate. In fact, the only two anthros I know of at all are Harry & yourself."

Ginny was quiet, thinking. The corner of her lip was sucked into her mouth. Was she simply a fool, hoping for something between her & Harry? Hot tears welled in her eyes & she angrily wiped them with the tail of her scarf as Remus cast a worried glance her way. She managed a forced smile at him before glancing away. She was not going to cry.

The hot-headed female was about to snap that she did not need a hanky of any type thank you, when she thought better of it. She accepted the tissue with a more gratitude than she felt. "Thank you." Ginny dabbed at her eyes, not seeing the dark son of Remus charge for Squall's tails.

Nor did Remus. Not until it was almost too late. Lily gave a sudden cry of [Romulus!] which sounded both startled & excited all at once. Their father's head shot up & his mouth opened as if to utter either warning to Squall or a sease & desist instruction for his only son but no sound came. He could only stare in mute horror & wince hearing the clacking of jaws.

Remus' face scrunched in apology. "Ah... my son... Romulus."

Remus chuckled. "You look very pleased with yourself, Romulus." It was so hard to be angry with his children. Especialy with Lily beaming & yipping her delight at her brother's success. [Romulus jump well!] Of course most pounces were good pounces to Lily, so long as she was not involved.

"Yes, he is." The happy father could hardly mask his pride eventhrough his chagrin at his kit's deed. "Please forgive my eldest kit, Squall. I fear I have been lax in teaching them not to attack others' tails." He looked quite sheepish. "Not having been such kit myself, I forget the fascination tails are to most kits."

For her part, Ginny looked away. She would only watch the scene from the corner of her eye.

Remus was trying to keep Lil'Soot from fretting his kit. It did not help that Trinity seemed to be in a playful mood & was riling him up. Ginny was no help snickering softly behind them. And AearHwesta.... Well, needless to say that the nautical angelic's baudy sea song was having the oposite of the desired effect. Remus sighed, just before Liliana scrambled onto his back startling the wizard's guardian that hid constantly under his robes. At least once we enter inside they'll be contained... He hoped. Remus thought he had seen signs of Lily using magic but that was the least of his problems right now.

All right ... Keliar was getting tired of all this flying about when it was dark already. She knew her brother liked flying but really ... it was dark now. And cold. Let's not forget the cold. "Rialek," she said, knowing her tone was just short of whining and not caring at this point. "Can we please go inside now? It's cold." She didn't mention the dark since if she did ... he was just likely to make fun of her for being scared.

"Oh fine, fine," he muttered, tilting them downward, heading for the HQ building below. "But geez, you're such a weakling." No way was he about to admit he was cold too - after all, how could he not be, when they shared a body? That didn't mean he had to acknowledge it though. No, not at all.

Tariq, the angel murred annoyed at Shad.

The multi colored male simply ignored her for the time being, he was, however, distracted when he heard what could only be a ruckous coming from outside. Tariq didn't even twitch an ear.

Yes, she could hear them, but her focus was on the male in front of her.

Nirvana in her black and white splendor mused about what her children were doing these days, she hadn't seen them for quite some time. She liked the addition of Shad to their group but wasn't so sure she really liked the angel. A more downhearted, pompous creature she'd never met. She glanced hopefully at the door wondering who was coming to visit today, perhaps, one of her own children?

"Ginny, if you would..." Remus indicated the door with his head. The red haired witch snickered, watching the lump that was her brother's guardian cling to his collar while his daughter positioned herself onto his head by holding onto his ears. However she did get her wand out & with a simple incantation opened the door for them.

Remus usered their perma-kit siblings inside, not noticing AearHwesta stop to sniff the breeze. "Thank you Ginny." "Anytime."

Aear was certain he could smell a female nearing. "Get ye inside, lass." He urged Ginny as she paused to see if the angelic was following. "I'll be along shortly.

Ginny laughed. "Smell a female? You're incouragable, Aear." The female teased but she followed the others inside.

Tariq tried not to pay attention to the kitsu entering, she wasn't done fuming yet.

Shad perked up though at the sight of the wizarding group that appeared. Why hello! He called out to all of them, trying to encompass the whole group with his smile. Maybe they would get Tariq to leave him alone if only for a little bit. He could use some better company.

Nirvana saw Mika and though she nodded to the bright and cheerful group, she wondered who this male was that seemed to be attempting to blend into the wall.

Once they were on the ground, Keliar shook them slightly, fur standing on end in the cold air. And padding toward the building itself, she blinked, spotting what looked like another Angelic ... one like them. She'd seen other winged kitsus before but not any with little halos.

Rialek looked as well, and tilted their head. "Well lookit that. You wanna go meet him?" And without waiting for an answer, he took over and bounded toward the other kitsu.

"Rialek!" Keliar hissed ... but there wasn't really much she could do about it without making them trip or something to stop him.

Lil'Soot imediately bounded over to Shad. [hihi!] the perma kit yipped in greating, having no qualms about extending his nose to lightly tap the other kitsu. Trinity, in rare kit form for once, was close behind. "Hello! Do you play?" The candy corn colored mini permakit flickered her tails sharply.

Remus nodded to those he saw cordially. His kit & guardian were losing their deathgrips on the parts of his body they clung to. "Good evening to you all." He noted his sister's quick look of disappointment in not seeing Harry anywhere as well as the equally quick cover up. "Yes. Hello!"

~~~~~ Outside AearHwesta had missed the incoming kitsu's personal exchange. (do they talk aloud or internally to each other?) His grin broadened as she approached. Ah yes... the scent of a female. Still hovering neat the door he bowed gallantly before setting down. "Right lovely evening, aye lovely lass?"

((*snickers* Oh, out loud. That makes it so much more fun. And confusing for anyone they're talking to.))


Keliar jumped slightly ... oh, this was likely to be interesting. "Now if you can just keep your mouth shut for a few minutes, I won't be completely humiliated," she muttered quietly. Then she nodded to the other Angelic, wings bobbing as well. "It is ... but cold."

Rialek sulked slightly ... but stayed quiet for the moment. Just by the way the other had greeted them, he knew he'd been pretty much ignored ... it made sense, because the body was female, but that didn't mean he had to like it.

Nirvana smiled quietly and very pleasently Well hello, have you been here a while, I just now noticed you. I'm Nirvana, but you can call me Vana if you wish, everyone does. She stayed laying on the floor quite comfortable, her tails swishing together.

Shad loved kits, perma or otherwise. Why, why I think I do play! What kind of games do you like? He leaned down so he could chat with them on their level.

Tariq realized then that he was going to continue to ignore her so she finally looked up to the others. mmm, wizards, she recognized the type. Lot of trouble though, she figured. She'd just stay right where she was so long as they didn't consult her directly she wouldn't consult them. And kits, ugh, at least they weren't tormenting her.

Nirvana's smile widened at the shy kitsu, but her look was not unpleasant. Are you alright? She had seen him shudder and mistook it for shiver, You're not cold are you? I'm sure we could find you something warm to drink or eat if you are.

"Ah! Lass! I'd love to help ye warm up!" There was a telling twinkle in his russet eyes & even his halo seemed to shine little brighter for a flicker of a moment. "But ye probably wish to do so indoors." With a wing he held the door open for her. "Whyn't we warm ye a bit inside, then see about a more amicable location for the best way to get warm later?"

Liliana looked at the black & white kitsu from her father's head. [Just came in. Sometimes we are here all night. When mother is here too.] She had picked up her father's tendency to not use contractions; not surprising, considering how she thought the world of him. Remus chuckled at his daughter. "A pleasure to meet you, Ms Nirvana. I am Remus J. Lupin, but Remus is fine. This little one is my eldest daughter, Liliana." The kit dipped her head at mention of her name. "And this is..."

But Ginny interrupted him with a smile to ease the rudeness of word & deed. "I'm perfectly capable of introducing myself, thank you Remus." To Nirvna she smiled. "I'm Ginny Weasly. Pleased to meet you."

"Oh, anything. Everything. Something fast today I think." The old kit decided with a flick of her tails. [Yes! What Trinity said! Fast play!] And before Trinity could react, Lil'Soot leapt at Shad's brightly colored tails.

Rialek stared for a moment ... had he just ....?

But he was cut off roughly when Keliar wrenched control back and headed for the open door. Yes, he was obviously flirting, could her brother get over it? She smiled, trying to cover the shocked expression she was sure had been on their face moments before. "Thanks ... it should be warmer inside, yea."

Nirvana hoped the new additions to the conversation would not scare her new blue colored friend but she looked back to the rest with the same happy look, so many kitsu tonight, what a pleasant surprise, Raz would certainly be beside herself when she found out she had missed them all. Good to meet you all. She tilted her head at them, are you all together? Such a group! Though I suppose we are in equal number when my family is all together as well. She nodded to the purple angel fuming in the corner by herself, That is Tariq, I advize you to steer clear tonight, she is not want of company at the moment.

Shad jumped at having his tails tackled. And he spun around to face his attacker with a playful growl. Is it tail tackling we're at tonight? He pawed then at the soot's tail to see if he couldn't pin one of them.

Aear chuckled pleasantly, watching the way the female walked inside. He had caught the odd expression, but he got similar looks all the time when being gentlemanly so thought little of it. Ladies just did not seem to be accustomed to being treated right. "Yer right welcome, lass." The blue & white angelic said as he followed her inside.

He looked around with a quick glance, his sensitive nose telling him things he might be interested in. A sickly female was talking to bunny-eared kitsu -Aear nodded pleasantly that way, giving the male a wink for good luck. Two adult males & a female were with his kin -Aear could learn of them later, and also gave a nod. Now the purple angelic female on her own... AearHwesta wondered if he could charm too ladies at once. Perhaps not for tonight... but maybe another night. He beamed at her charmingly & dipped his head. To the female in front of him he said. "There lass! nice & warm! What do you say?" Casually he started walking her towards the other Angelic.

Lil'Soot Sqeaked at his tail was captured & the mini kit laughed at her brother. The soot tried to break free but his center tail was stuck. He whimped a little, then tried again. Watching him, Trinity had fallen over in stitches. "Oh yes! that's Great!"


"We've another kitsu sister, but Chroma's off with her mate." There was a bitterly wistful sound to the red-headed kitsu's words that belied her smile. Remus nodded his head & eased himself to a laying possition without jarring either daughter or guardian. He smiled kindly at the stuttering kitsu. With a slight pout Ginny sat on her haunches. "It is always nice to meet new faces."

Nirvana thought for a moment, Fun, well I like to swim and take long walks in the woods and fields around the center. I also enjoy visiting my mother. What about you? What do you do for fun?

Tariq saw the large blue male, she'd seen him once before she was sure. There had been a great deal of angelics around at the time and she couldn't be sure. She raised an eyebrow when he dipped his head, yes, she did remember him, there had been a butteryfly winged male at the time. She let her face smile, but it was a haughty smile at best.

Shad chuckled at the little soot and freed his tail, then with a whip and a jump he turned to the other perma kit and pounced on her tails in a soft and playful way. AH HA! No one is safe from the tail tackling Shad!

Nirvana looked back to remus and the load he seemed to be carrying about with him. My they do look heavy. But it looks like a labor of love. Ahh, the little ones, my own kits have long since grown and left me, to have them little like that... She smiled longingly at the little one and even the gardian. There were gardians in her family, but none for herself. Ah well, wishing didn't make it so.

Keliar silently begged her brother to stay quiet just a little longer. Even if he was sulking and she'd have to deal with that later, it would ok for right now. "Mmhmm. It's better in here." And oh ... he was leading her over toward yet another Angelic! This was turning out to be an interesting night indeed.

And yes, he was still sulking. Because seeing them led toward another Angelic, and a female at that, he wanted to speak up ... really wanted to. But he'd get yelled at if he did and just make them both look stupid. So he stayed quiet, and would have huffed if he hadn't wanted to not make noise.

Nirvana raises one eyebrow and looks at the blue kitsu in her confusion. Fun is simply enjoying yourself, what you're doing, who you're with. Her soft smile continued. She was going for the simplest answer possible wondering why on Gaia he would have asked a question using a word he didn't know. She mused then, wondering if he was as simple as Raz or if she actually felt a bit of torment in his words. Too early to tell, she decided. Always think the most and expect the most of people and go from there. Raz was a simpleton, he did not move or act like one, just shy, different. Everyone was different.

Totally unprepared Trinity squeaked happily. Happy, because this Shad was not treating her like a kit but just like someone to play with. "eep! Lil'Soot! Get him now!" Although she was a kit & a minikit at that, Trinity was the oldest of their kitsu family & sometimes it showed more than others. Now... well time would tell if now was one of those times or not. Accustomed to obeying his eldest sister immediately, Lil'Soot attacked the tails again. [Bonzai!]

Ginny rolled her eyes, seeing AearHwesta in action. Or trying to be in action as the case should be. She listened with half an ear to the conversations. "Yes. They are sweet & easy to watch when small, are they not? Of course, my Nari is worried that the one with her is already apparating... I suppose that is simply another layer on the joys of the parenting cake."

Remus was about to continue onto what fun was when Ginny piped up when he paused for breath. "What's fun? Why something you like to do. Remus reads or speands time with his family. Lily gets groomed or runs a bit. AearHwesta sails." He tilted her head to indicate the blue & white angelic. She was not about to mention Aear's other fun. If they could not see that she was not about to mention it. "I've been cooking, & it's growing to be more fun. Most of the time." Not lately though... since she had not seen Harry in a while.

At the purple angelic's smile Aear beamed. He did not care about haughtiness. In fact, it was a challenge to discover whether his love could melt the hard edges. Of course the lovely female's words next to made him grin too. "a' course it is. That's a right chill breeze in the air tonight. Now if this lass be amiable, we can have ye warmed up more in no time."

To the purple angel Aear said. "Care to join us, lass? Lookin' to warm up, we are."

Nirvana found herself suddenly and completely distracted by a single word, Fighting? You've done much fighting Mika? Her tails swished suddenly and her brows furled in concern. She obviously did not approve of the word one bit. You don't fight very often now do you? She tried to sound pleasant but she sounded much more like her, 'I'm your mother and I'm not happy about this' voice.

Tariq looked at the blue angel, he surely had to be kidding, Lass? Her sarcasm could be cut with a knife, My dear kit I am no Lass. She stressed the kit as if to call him a babe. You can call me Tariq if you please and I am perfectly comfortable right where I am thank you. She nodded to the yellowish female and smiled a sort of, I'm glad I'm not you way.

Shad hollared in mock surprise as his tails were once again attacked. Although somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that the little female was a perma kit, he could not have guessed her age, or that she was indeed, older than he was. A kit was a kit was a kit, even the three perma kits in pangolin's aunterage. He hopped and skipped around the little soot trying to keep his tail from being tackled, teasing them both by swishing his tails in front of them and then running a few steps before turning in more circles.

"Sometimes, fighting is necessary." Remus' tone was gentle & light, but there was an undercurrent that showed he too did not approve of fighting. His pretty daughter might think he was purely protecting her from her more playful sister, but in truth he was simply keeping the peace. Looking off at the kitchen almost woefully behind her facade of indifference Ginny snorted softly. From her perch on "Daddy" Lily piped up. [Do not like fighting. Too messy.] Tilting her head Liliana pulled her own red ear down to her & proceeded to wash its golden tip.


Shad was bigger than the perma kits -much bigger, in Trin's case- & soon they were tiring from circling his much larger form in "hunting" the adult's tails. Trinity of course quicker than the soot, for she was apt to lounge more than the permanently child minded perma-kit. Still she did not quit, though her breathing became more audible as the game progressed. Otherwise, the main sound came from Lil'Soot's repeated yips of [Bonzai!] which seemed to be his word of the day today.


Aear smiled at what was supposed to be a jibe, winking pleasantly & laughing robustly with good humor. "Nay, Tariq-lass, ye can't be fooling ol' AearHwesta. Yer female, sure as my nose is true. There's lads & lasses, and I know yer no lad." Russet eyes twinkled merrily & he gently nudged the female beside him. "I think she's waiting for yer name, Lovely lass." He winked again with a smile. "I must admit I'd like to know it too." His eyes crinkled as if there had been a funny joke told, but not as if he was making fun -only as if he was having fun. Which he always did in feminine company. Aear was always optimistic. "Maybe if ye share it with Tariq ye can try & convince her that no matter how comforable she is now, there's nothing more comfortable than sharing yer body heat with others." A smiling glance to Tariq showed he knew he was speaking loud enough for her to hear. "Even my bookworm kin understands that." His head indicated Remus, who though now was only sharing heat with the kit upon his head was often to be seen othertimes snuggling with mate or friends.

Well, Nirvana tried to calm herself, perhaps we can yet turn that 'not very often' to a not anymore. She nodded, giving an understanding smile to both Mika and Remus. We can accomplish great things without fighting. And even avoid 'necessary' fighting in many cases if we work hard enouh to keep form getting to a place where it becomes necessary. She felt like she was babbling and hoped Mika was not becoming too nervous. She didn't need to be lecturing kits she hardly knew, it wasn't really her place. A change of subject seemed necessary, So Remus, you and Ginny are of the magical persuasion are you not? Most fascinating. Do you make your meals via magic?

Shad was starting to tire himself. Although fully grown he tended to be a lazy kitsu, preferring to spend the afternoon lounging in the sun vs doing anything, ever... at all. And in no time he was tiring and eventually fell over heaving and rolled over onto his back, ARG! You win! I am defeated! It didn't matter if he had been the one chasing, he was the one who fell over first, chasing two perma-kits was more than he was used to.

"I was more referring to instances where the fighting is brought to you, but I must agree Ms Nirvana -fighting can & should be avoided whenever possible." On his head Lily nodded once. Remus resisted the urge to smile too much at Nirvana's casual question. He had a very good idea where his sister's thoughts lay. "Yes. We both can use magic. However, Ginny cooks much more than I do."

Suddenly realizing the conversation had shifted to include her Ginny refocused herself with a friendly smile. "Make meals with magic? Yes & no. I still cook, & I'm learning to use the muggle devices like the stove, but I do most of the preparation with magic. Her gaze flicked to the kitchen & back. "I think most of the leftovers in the kitchen right now are either Nari's or my making."

Now the wizard did smile. "If Harry has not eaten all of yours." He jibed kindly, causing the female to flush as red as her hair.


Trinity flopped with exhaustion onto Shad's tails. "I've not... played like that... in some time..." She gasped while panting, ignoring the bewildered look of her youngest sibling. Lil'Soot yawned, surprising himself. The mini-kit grinned. "Thank you, Shad." The soot yawned again & blinked in confusion, sitting down heavily on his rump. [Stop? Sleepy? awwww!] Despite his protests, Lil'Soot yawned again.

Aear tapped the underside of her chin lightly with his head. "That's a lovely name, Keliar lass." He smiled for her alone then grinned up impishly at Tariq. "Don't ye agree, Tariq lass?"

The nautical angelic shrugged his shoulders at the dark colored angelic's silence. "Looks like i's just you & me, Keliar-lass. Shall we see bout keeping ye warm?" His smile was warm & inviting as he stepped towards a door that led deeper into the HQ. "There's a room with a grated fireplace, if I remember right." And a comfortable mattress.

He could not know she was showing off for him, but Aear could think she was. After all, there was no one else around to show off for. AearHwesta permitted himself a moment to simply enjoy her exotic beauty. Then he touched her paw & lightly placed a courtly kiss upon it with a rakish grin up at her. "Come, lovely Valefor, and I'll take ye to her."

With a flip of his tails as if to caress the blue & white angelic turned, shifted to find a favorable wind, & headed towards the Port of Gambino. It had been storming the last time he sailed & he had anchored at the closet port to home so he did not have to fly in the rain. It had been decidedly odd walking home in such weather, but AearHwesta had not wanted to chance damaging his wings in the occasional hail that particular storm had been fond of.

He kept a friendly eye on Valefor as they flew, half for sheer enjoyment of her beauty half to be certain she was still with him. A part too wanted to see her reaction to his ship. As they neared the port & ships were able to be seen the male looked back more frequently though it was clear his attention was now split more than it had been before. With an impish grin, the sailor angled for his ship.

It was not the largest vessel on the water -far from it- nor was it the smallest. It was of a moderate size; enough to comfortably hold 4-5 adult kitsusagi on deck at the most but still small enough that a lone kitsu with enough knowledge & skill could sail her single-handedly. Size not withstanding, it did not take a seaman to see that she was probably the best cared for ship at port. No barnacle clung to her, no paint chipped from her sides. Her sails were fastened down with loving care & the few traces of old tears had been painstakingly mended. On the bow a winged kitsu span the height of the ship above the water, only her lowest hind-paw touching the water where it lapped against the boat. Her wings were furled out & back spreading along the sides of the ship. The hull of course was painted the same shade of blue that AearHwesta sported and along her prow in crisp white letters ran her name: Hiril Anorfalf.

Aear cast her a loving gaze before focusing on the winged beauty beside him, eyes alight to see Valefor's first impression.

Valefor purred and rubbed against him. There was a strange note to the sound, something reminiscent of the way the wind sounded when blown over the top of an open bottle. Another little remainder of the creature she had once been. Then she tapped at the wooden flooring with a paw. "Hmm... below deck might be more... comfortable..." She nuzzled behind an ear. Her curiosity about above deck was satisfied for now... other urges were becoming more prominent, and she felt no need to delay them any longer. "I'll meet you below." And with a wink and a prance she was off.

((Interval before sailing trip now yes? XD; ))

Aear blinked momentarily then smiled, quickly padding off after the female with light, excited steps. He purred as he joined Valefor in his usually lonely cabin. Tenderly AearHwesta licked her muzzle before burying his face in the thick red fur of her neck. She smelled faintly of a distant sea he had never known & seemed to carry with her the constant smell of the wind. He shivered with anticipation. Never before had he exchanged pleasures upon his ship; but then never before had a female expressed interest in his ship, much less the honest appreciation Valefor had displayed.

"Ah... lass..." The blue & white angelic moved them both gently to the bed. He could feel his body singing with response to the hints he had been trying to play down ever since running into Valefor today. Yay Kae, one day, you will have a preggy Charna flopping on your!! whee And she will probably try to kill you for making her carry eggs with horns!

Gypsy smiles down at the baby, but gives a very harsh and evil look, "You go anywhere near Danny and I will have Charna go after you..." she hisses, but then goes back to giving Faye all her attention again.

Rufus sat comfortably on the couch. His white suit freshly pressed he glanced around. Even members of his family wernt to be seen, except for the disgusting nightmare sitting in the corner chewing on some random bone. He was bored. It wasnt often that a Shinra got bored either.

Rufus glanced down at the redheaded kitsu and couldnt help but smile. She had hair as red as Renos." Not at all miss." he said moving over leaving her room to sit. He was a gentleman after all. " My name is Rufus. Rufus Shinra" He said bowing politely. " And you are?"

Rufus smiled at the polite girl infront of him. " I come here occasionally. Not often though im kept fairly busy " he chuckled. " the kitchen hm? you cook i assume? "

He paused for a moment, knowing the name nari. Not from meeting the kitsu but from nokomis. " ...that name is familiar. " he paused thinking for a moment." Is she related to miss nokomis?"

He couldnt help but snerk. " well if you can seperate her from her mate Obi-wan shes a fine girl. " he laughed gently. " I come from the same household as nokomis." he clarified.

Rufus smiled" she is fine. A nice girl. A bit hyper at times. " he paused watching her face for a moment. " you seem to have a few things on your mind ginny.." he said quietly shifting so he was more comfortable on the couch rufus looked back at the kitsu.

Rufus chuckled" You look like the cat that ate the canary when you said that" He said with another faint smirk on his maw. " However i assume its some young man thats caught your fancy?" He couldnt help it. He was busy enough he didnt have time for romance.

Rufus frowned softly " Nothing is impossible. Trust me on that. " in his years at his fathers company he had learned that very quickly. " I have seen things others would think impossible in my household. " he stated quietly. " Absynith herself would tell you that what once people thought was impossible. Is possible. She mated and had kits with a Nightmare. Dementor. "

Rufus chuckled. He had never quite met another young kit like this one. so full of spirit. She reminded him of a few people he knew. " Ah then let me wish you all the luck in the world. " he said with a smile. " Though there are times we must make our own luck " did he ever know about making his own luck.

Trotting in with the small pastel kit on her back the redheaded witch talked up & back with a softness to her hard words. "I still don't see why you had to come, Aear. If Talagand wants to fly I can levitate. Or use my broom." Ginny was loving that Trelweny had given her a broom. Her very own broom. Still, she was the one getting to watch the newly hatched seraphim today. Having the angelic follow her felt like she was being the one babysat.

The nautically minded ladies' kitsu dipped gracefully into the door. "Aye Ginny lass, I've no doubt of that. But ye don't know how to use wings. It's completely different." He made a cute face at the kit who laughed & batted his multiple wings in response causing AearHwesta to chuckle fondly. "Sides, I'm quite taken with him."

Ginny shook her head, her long red hair fluttering around her. She wanted to argue more, but Aear was surprisingly good with the young ones of any species. Amakhi pawed back at Faye, and kept his ears trained on Tatsuya. Slowly but surely he was getting ahold of these senses. He opened his mouth and closed it, snorting softly and twitching his nose. So many were present now, it seemed to the little pup that all the scents were attacking him at once and it took him a few minutes to seperate the who's and the where's. He let out a soft squeak as Crow exposed him. His wings fluttered briefly before folding against his back, four black wings hiding his two white ones.

Crow watched Amakhi, and sat up, exposing the small pup for the first time.

The pastel pup quirked his head where he rode on Ginny's back & chirped lightly as if questioning over something. AearHwesta's booming laugh filled the room as he watched the little harper flutter his many wings, twist & nearly topple from his perch. Ginny twisted her head around to see. "Talagand!" Her voice held a trace of alarm.

"Hahaha! He's fine, lass. Just none too stable yet." The blue & white angel gently righted the pup, receiving a look of gratitude and what sounded like a little trebble of song in return. It was sweet & lilting & perfectly in tune. Aear tilted his head, listening with pleasure at the sound.

Amakhi stretched on his stomach, and wiggled his bum, moving his back legs. After a few comical minutes of bum wiggling and leg flailing he managed to stand up his rear end. His front half was still down so needless to say he looked rather silly. With a determined look set about his features, he slowly worked his front legs straight. He stood up for a few moments, before his legs quavered and he fell over onto his side with a squeak of surprise. Why he was trying to stand before oh say, seeing was beyond anyone, but needless to say it was the order in which he was doing things.

Crow chuckled at the little spotted pup, shaking his head lightly and gently nudging Faye. "Look, there's more like you" He said softly, lying back down in case she still wanted a body to hide in.

Off to the side of all the Seraphim action, Danny sat and watched, her tails wrapped around her delicate paws, her ears flicked softly with the noises of those near by. She giggled softly, watching the pup's try and do various things. After a few moments, her eyes traveled to Aear, watching him with a clothed femme and a small Seraphim. As she watched she felt a bit...envious. The unexpected emotion surprised her, and caused her to frown momentarily. She wished there was something special about her. It was obvious to her that Ginny wasnt ordinary, and for the first time she wished she were different. After a few minutes she closed her eyes tightly and then looked away from everyone, watching a butterfly dance amongst the flowers.

It was Ginny who felt Danny's gaze upon them, and looked just in time to see her look away. The female kitsu looked familiar, but the witch did not recall having met her before. Aear, surprisingly, had not noticed her yet. He was too busy cooing over the kit. Liliana was so doting on her father that the angelic did not get to fawn over her as often as he would like, but this winged kit seemed to enjoy him. "Ach! But the lad has a sweet sound to 'im!"

He was almost as proud as if the kit was his own. It was likely the closest he would have, knowing AearHwesta's -um- yeah. Talagand did not mind. He did however want to get down & play with the other kits & gazed entreatingly at his big "brother" [Down?]

"Hahaha! Ye can get yerself down, harper-lad! Or we can have ye slide." With a wink he flew over Ginny & looked at her upside down. "Would ye sit & let 'im slide, Ginny-lass?"

Trying to look put out as she remembered Professor McGonagal doing Ginny huffed but complied. Hearing the excited [weeee!] from the kit broke her from the impersonation as she smiled & laughed herself. "I guess robes make a pretty good slide."

"Aye" The angelic agreed watching Talagand totter & fall but slowly make his way to the other seraphim kits.

Quirking his head again, Talagand watched the other little male trot. He could do that! Fanning his wings the pastel kit almost knocked himself over with the updraft he created, a startled look flashing on his young face. Once that was over, he seemed to take easily to this "walking" thing. Finding both Aear & Ginny grinning at him he yipped happily. [Look! See!]

The angelic's grin widened. "Aye! Good job lad! Now let's get yerself to the others like ye." looking up that direction, AearHwesta nodded at the other two adult kitsu -seeing them for the first time. The male he did not know (nor did that matter to him) but the female he did. His smile altered, and Ginny rolled her eyes to see the change. "Ach! Danny-lass! It's good to be seeing ye again, ye lovely creature."

He followed closely behind the kit, eyes flickering back & forth between Talagand & the female. At last Ginny gave a resigned sigh. "He is my responsibility. There's nothing to keep you from your friend."

Amakhi squeaked and fell on his butt, surprised by Talagand. He tilted his head to the side, ears perked up, he blinked a few times. He coo'ed softly, before standing up again, tails swaying softly behind him. He hadnt yet tried flying, he used his wings when he was in his egg, playing peek-a-boo. he had a rough idea how they worked, but one thing at a time. Cold eyes watched Talagand closely, every movement the young pup made, was watched closely by the cheetah kit.

Danny's ears shot up, at the sudden mention of her name. She wasnt expecting to be noticed anytime soon, but was a bit gratefull for the notice. Her trademark beam soon occupied her maw, as her tails started to wag, pushing herself up she walked gracefully towards Aear, eyes twinkling. "Pleasure tu see you again Aear" She said bowing her head in greeting, her eyes flashed to the two young Seraphim, but soon found themselves back upon the blue angelic.

Ginny grinned, sitting back and watching the others interact. She might socialize today, but only if need be. She watched Talagand smile at the other kit, clearly not comprehending the coldness of the cheetah pelted one's gaze only seeing that he was noticed. [Hello!] He chirped cheerfully, almost musically. Talagand's wings fluttered momentarily, enough to set him off balance & he plopped to his bottom in surprise. Getting over that, he smiled at the other kit once more.

Chuckling, Aear bowed deeply before closing the distance between him & Danny. "The pleasure, lovely lass, is all mine." He murmured huskily, boldly nuzzling the underside of her chin. "Now, what is yer pleasure? For I will gladly see to it."

Overhearing, the witch rolled her brown eyes heavenward. Oh God! Is she going to fall for that?

Amakhi tilted his head to the side, nearly toppling over himself. It wasnt that he didnt know how to talk, he just didnt see why he should. In the egg he could not speak, using that logic he hadnt bothered to see if he could. He smiled, and wagged his tails. He still watched Talagand, but it was with less scrutiny then before. He pranced towards the pastel kit, and promptly began sniffing him, tails still wagging softly.

Danny laughed and licked his cheek when he nuzzled beneath her chin "I'm not entirely sure that would be suitible infront of children" She said with a sly grin, letting his imagination wonder where it pleased. She laughed again, her eyes sparkling.

Chaos watched his precious daughter openly flirt with Aear. Oh how he wanted to make sure the angelic knew what would happen, should Ahdahnia get hurt in any way. But he knew better then to do so, for he also saw his daughter happy, and that was worth more to him then anything. With a shake of his head he walked out of the woods, and found a spot by the pond to relax, lying on his back with his hands clasped behind his head, his tails were over his front, acting as a sort of blanket for the Anthro.

Lavender & pale blue tails flicked across the floor as Talagand sniffed back. He smiled, finding he liked the other kit's smell. He smelled like fun. Curiously, Talagand wondered how he smelled & tried to sniff himself. He smelled like well, himself. The scent's of his family were on him too. That was kind of confusing. Shrugging it off, the harper warbled a little song. It sounded like morning, for the joy in the tune & tone.

AearHwesta was grinning broadly with the places his imagination wandered, and his russet eyes glimmered. Placing his mouth to her ear he whispered gently. "Then lets go someplace not in the kits' sight, delightful one." His tails flicked to lightly caress Danny's sides, the angelic oblivious to the fact her father had been watching them. "Ginny's our lad well cared for & the dark male yonder seems to be watching the others. Unless ye wish te stay."

Amakhi giggled softly, and batted at Talagands ear lightly, tails wagging playfully. The one thing he wanted in his egg, was to get out and play, and now he could. The tan kit yipped playfully, jumping about Talagand. He lowered his front half and wiggled his bum, as cats do when they're about to pounce. A bright grin resided upon his maw.

Danny giggled and flicked her tails along Aear's side. "Ginny, Crow and papa have things vell under control" She said with a nod, her eyes never left the blue angelic, but she knew her father was there. Which is why she wanted to leave, to be alone with Aear. She tugged on his ear lightly "Come, lets go tu zee stream" She said with a grin and a prance.

Chaos was trying his best not to oversee what his daughter was up to. Besides, he missed Capili something terrible, even though he got to see her the other day, oh how pleasent that had been. Just the memory satisfied him but made him long for more as well.

Amakhi grinned and flicked his tails, with a mock growl he lightly tapped Talagand with the tip of his paw and darted off, he didnt go too far before he stopped and looked over his shoulder, waiting for the pastel kit to follow and join him in a game of tag. He nudged his head, signalling to Talagand to chase him.

Danny laughed and pounced him once they were out of view of anyone. She giggled and licked his cheek, tails wagging happily. She tilted her head to the side, looking at him curiously "Vhy are you still single?" She asked innocently. She was a curious one.

Nessa rolls over and over, her scarf finally catching her to a stop. She glares at her owner. "You did not have to be so rough..."

You need socializing. stop sulking in my closet.

Ness rolled her eyes in turn, looking around at all the kitsu and new kitsu with several wings. She wrinkled her nose a bit, not feelng like being social today, or most days for that matter... She missed the male kitsu she use to hang around with. wonder what happened to him... she thought.

Nessa blinked at the new kitsu ahead of her. It was a Nightmare. One of the kitsu in her home always warned about them, but her father was one so she saw no difference in this one or her father. "Yes... that is my father. Who might you be?"

Amakhi smiled brightly and frolicked around, he was fast but kept a slow pace, so Talagand could keep up. His six wings were folded against his back, he'd learnt near the begining of this 'walking' that it was best to keep them down unless you wanted to go tumbling.

Danny chuckled and nodded softly "You act tough, but I think your just a big softie" she laughed and rubbed against his paw softly, before resting her head on his chest, watching him. "My father had zhat same attitude, but eet vas more because 'es dangerous. Vhen he met my mother, he couldnt live wizhout her" She chuckled and nodded. She wasnt reffering to herself being 'the one' so to speak, she just believed there was someone for everyone, if her father could find love and calm down (at least a little bit) then there was someone out there for Aear.

Nessa squinted at the little creature. "Well aren't you... interesting." she said, trying not to offend the small one. "Has he been with you always? And it's amazing that you knew father that long..."

Amakhi chuckled and jumped around, yipping playfully. His tails wagged happily, he liked playing with Talagand. Far more then playing when he was in the egg. Oh how he detested that oval prison, but he was greatful to be out of it. To breath the fresh air, to run and jump was so refreshing.

Danny chuckled lightly and nuzzled him softly. Her mind drifted, but soon she pulled it back to the now. She could reminice when she was by herself. She smiled, despite herself "Do you think you can seperate zhe two?" She asked with a sly smirk "Can a sailor be gentle and tender" she purred softly "can he..." she whispered into his ear Restrain himself? when need be" she asked with a light chuckle.

Amakhi squeaked in surprise when Talagand flew and landed so suddenly. Once the shock wore off, the spotted kitsu giggled, he giggled and giggled and soon he was rolling on his back holding his stomach with his front paws. He was begining to enjoy his time with the funny kit.

Danny smiled slyly, and shivered beneath his touch. This was new territory for the female, she'd always been alone, never had anyone want to please her. At least in more then a family 'i want you to be happy' kinda way. She tilted her head to the side softly "Never been treated like a lady...." She said with a soft giggle. His claim of being very gentle intruiged her, she smirked "I'll believe zhat, vhen i see eet" She smirked.

Amakhi continued to laugh, keeping his wings folded against his back so he wouldnt break one. Once the fit subsided he sat up, and wiped a tear from his eye with the back of his paw, still smiling. He tilted his head to the side lightly, eyeing his pastel friend "Whats your name?" He asked quiet suddenly, since no one knew he could speak yet, his nearby guardian looked in surprise, then chuckled and shook his head.

Ahdahnia tried to find words, honestly she did. However right now her mind couldnt seem to form a cohearent sentence. She gently pawed at Aear, smiling up at him, eyes sparkling. "Careful, i might not want to share you....." She said softly, whispering in his ear, tugging on it softly. Her tails curled around his back leg, she was making sure he wasnt going anywhere. Secretly she feared what she said, but she pushed that fear out of her mind, now was not the time.

((*giggles* heehee))

Hearing his new friend suddenly speak the harper stopped singing to blink at him, first in surprise then in happiness. [I am Talagand.]

He flipped his two-toned tails away from his sides, clearly showing the pale yellow markings running up his legs & onto his torso. Not many would know that they were Elvish writings, nor that they spelled his name.

Talagand smiled warmly at the now talking friend. [And what's yours?]

Not far away Ginny perked her ears to the young one's conversation. As the current guardian it behooved her to learn who her charge met.

He was not one for loving & leaving. For one thing, that made for very difficult situations. For another, it was often painful. AearHwesta never wished to cause a lady pain. As for sharing...

"Ach, Danny-love..." His purr increased with her voice & tug on his ear. How to tell her there was little she could do but share him? "I'm like-en to a wave upon th' sand: out & in upon the shore but I always come again."

He hoped she would grasp that waves are on many beaches without him having to say so. It was the hardest part about playing the field. Well, second hardest.

Amakhi snickered a bit, having expected the surprised responce from Talagand. He bowed his head softly, something he was taught to do when greeting another "I am known as Amakhi" He said with a smirk, tails wagging happily, he tilted his head to the side "You are a bard correct?" He was curious because of the song-kits nature, it seemed correct to him that Talagand was a bard. Or a bard ish creature.

Danny grasped the concept, she wasnt the biggest fan of it, but she didnt want to ruin the moment by elaborating. At the very least she wanted to have one moment that she could look back on and smile about. Even if she did end up by herself the rest of her life, she wanted something to smile about. She smiled up at him, and ran a paw up his belly, against the fur. She went back to tugging and licking by his ear, she too purred from somewhere within. "Lets just focus on the now luv" She said softly and lustily into his ear, pulling him close to her. She folded out his wings, and draped them over the two of them, like a blanket.

He bowed in return, a little shakily for not having done so before. [Pleased to meet you, Amahki!] His violet eyes were bright. [I'm a harper, which is kind of a bard. I'm to learn to teach too!] Talagand's excited happiness shifted a little to an almost sheepishness as the kit ducked his chin shyly into his lavender chest. [Once I learn things myself.] Then he was instantly plucky again. [And there's so much to learn!]

Two toned tails flicked about happily & a slightly mischievous smile lit his eyes. [Like how to actually catch your tails, Amahki!]

Ginny grinned as she listened to the kits' exchange. She had a feeling Talagand would fit well with their studious brother. At least for some intervals. The witch doubted that even as a kit Remus had much energy. I bet he's plenty of energy with Nari... Brown eyes twinkled as she harbored such a naughty thought.

She was making this very difficult on the sailor -he was clearly no saint. A low excited rumble harmonized beneath his purr at her touch, & his russet eyes were heated with passion. He smiled as she made use of his wings, adding to it by tucking them around the sides of her body. "Aye, lovely lass. Now."

He would give her something to look back on & smile about. AearHwesta made sure of that.

((And now... time jump? Or is Chaos gonna interrupt because Kae'lic let go of his tails? lol))

The cheetah kit laughed, his eyes twinkling "Well friend Talagand, where you are good with notes, i am good with speed" He laughed and flicked his tails about mischieveously, chuckling.

Danny chuckled lightly. She very much took after her father, she wasnt trying to make things easier on him. Her parents were two of the most...energetic kitsu that ever were. She was destined to take after them eventually.

He laughed, the sound almost having a musical quality itself. [Yes! You are! But it's still fun to try!] With that Talagand made a daring pounce for his friend's tails.

Sometime later AearHwesta lay beside Danny, his wings enfolding them in a feathery cocoon of warmth. He liked this part of the lovemaking as well -the after lovemaking snuggle. Tenderly he nuzzled her head, showing no difference in his affection for her between the before & after. "Rest, if it calls ye, Danny-lass."

Amakhi laughed and jumped backwards, using his wings to soften the landing, he kept the tails just out of reach with another laugh "So close Talagand" He chuckled and danced around, tails wagging happily.

Danny snuggled close to Aear, purring softly, she murmured something, but it wasnt legible, even to the keenest ears. She rested her head upon his shoulder, nuzzling his neck contently.

Chaos saw his daughter with AearHwesta. He didnt see what they just did, nor did he allow his mind to elaborate, that would be...ew. But he knew that look. He was a father of four after all. He was kneeling, his hands placed upon the earth, head low. He growled softly, tails flicking dangerously. For once it was not bloodlust that caused his anger, it was his daughter. If that 'angelic' hurt her, ever, not even Kae'lic would be able to hold him back. A mist rolled over Aear and Ahdahnia, seeping from the woods in which Chaos crouched "Soon we shall meet...." He whispered to the wind. He made a note to keep an eye on the blue male. Of all his children, he was most protective of his Danny.

((That must be a first, a speechless Ginny surprised ))

Amakhi laughed and pranced after Talagand, his tails swaying behind him as he ran after the other male. His eyes glinted with youthful vigour. His wings were folded against his spotted back. The ice blue pendant bouncing with the motion.

Danny stirred slightly having Aear move. She murred lightly and curled up beneath his wing.

Chaos smirked softly. "My father is the potions master of Hogworts. I know a few tricks" He said watching his daughter curl up. "Can you protect her from yourself Master Angelic?" He asked with a tilt of his head, eyeing Aear as though he were from another planet. "I know your type, a free spirit. Uncapable of settling, goes from woman to woman." Eyeing Danny, his eyes softened. "Your intentions may be noble, but even with the best intentions you can still harm those you 'care about'. I left her with the best intentions, but i still ended up hurting her...." he said softly, watching Danny stir.
