"Okay, Kitty," Koichi said softly, placing her down on the floor. "I'll tell you what. I'll leave my door open slightly for you, okay? That way, if you change your mind, you can come in," he said, crouched down before he kissed her gently on the head again. "So don't worry about hurting my feelings or making your owners worry; I'm fine with whatever choice you chose," he smiledbefore getting up and stretching once before heading back to his room.

Kana blinked, feeling herself being lowered back to the ground. She stood for moment and then sat, propped up on her front two paws again. She tilted her head as she watched him, and then meowed again as he finished speaking. She remained rooted in place for a moment after he started off, and then got to her feet, glancing around herself. She turned in a full circle before yawning suddenly, fangs showing and eyes closing. Then she started off behind him down the hall, moving silently against the shadows of the wall. She wasn't sure yet where she was heading, but she couldn't let him see her head into her room. Then he might realize who she was.

Koichi had made a left into his room, leaving the door open for a few moments as he store at the window, before he shut it gently, leaving a part of it open; enough for someone to push it, but not enough for the wind to. The lights were off and the only shine came from the window, where the moon let in beams of light which seemed to dance on his bed. Silently, he sat down, his feet still on the floor, as his elbows rested against his knees and his head lowered to the floor.

Kana continued creeping after him, still staying in the shadows. She paused for a moment, watching as he entered his room. She stared into it for a moment, eyes glowing faintly from the gloom she was standing in. Her head tilted as she saw him sit down with his head lowered and she meowed very quietly again before inching her way forward. He looked like something was wrong, and she didn't want to just leave now, even if he wouldn't know it was her. She continued forward very slowly and finally paused by his feet, rubbing her head against his leg for a second before looking up at him.

"I thought you went back home, Kitty," Koichi laughed softly, reaching down and petting her. "Aren't you going to be going?" he continued softly, lifting her up into his lap this time. "Or did you come here for me and don't want to go?" he chuckled, teasing her. He pet her, once again, softly with his pointer and middle finger, not wanting to suffocate her with his big hand; well, compared to her, anyway.

Kana mewed quietly as she was lifted up and set upon his lap. She rubbed against his fingers as he pet her and then paused, staring up at him again. She really wanted to ask if something was wrong, or... something, but she couldn't reveal herself. Not now. It wouldn't only be embarassing for herself, but also for him how too, since he'd told her something he probably didn't really want her to hear. Then she bowed her head, ears drooping slightly. She just kept making herself feel more and more guilty.

"What's wrong, Kitty? Is something bothering you?" Koichi asked, having stopped scratching her. "Come now, you don't have to make yourself feel bad because of me. Cheer up...please?" he asked as he gazed down at her. He picked her up again and placed her on his pillow, staring at her for a few moments. "Come now, relax, okay?" he smiled warmly, getting up and walking over to the door. He closed it slightly again before turning to her. "You can leave later, if that'd make you feel better."

Kana glanced back up at him, meowing softly as she was placed on his pillow. Then she watched almost fearfully as he went to close the door, but breathed out slowly as she saw he didn't close it entirely. She blinked then and tilted her head before collapsing onto the pillow, lying on her side as she kept her eyes upon him. At his last comment, she bobbed her head up and down once to indicate she understood, and then closed her eyes. She still hadn't quite figured out what she was doing. She'd discovered he liked her more than a little sister, it seemed... But what about her? How did she feel? She placed a paw over her face as she lay there thinking about it.

"You act like a dog at time," Koichi chuckled as he sat down on the bed. He lifted his feet before rolling onto his stomach so he could see her. Propped up by his elbows, he smiled. "Are you still worried, Kitty?" he asked, reaching out to pet her. He didn't know why, but he couldn't help but feel the cat was being somewhat shy; or perhaps it was just confused. I wonder, though, where she came from, he couldn't help but wonder; after all, she'd just appeared behind him, right?

Kana peeked one eye open as he sat down, a bit amused to hear she was like a dog. She mewed quietly again, nuzzling his hand as he reached to pet her again. Her mind was still spinning, but she didn't want to act cold towards him just because she couldn't figure out her own feelings. But she suddenly pulled back and closed her eyes as she yawned again, mouth stretching open wide to show off her fangs. Then she blinked her eyes back open, pink tongue sticking out to lick her nose before she could stop it. Her head tilted towards Koichi again as she sat, just watching him again.

"Are you exhausted, Kitty?" Koichi asked, resting his head on the edge of the pillow as he looked up at her. "Or do you plan on making me fall asleep then scratching my face up?" he teased, petting her head once again. "Well then, Kitty, I'm going to go snooze off. Feel free to come and go as you please," he smiled before he stayed on his stomach, turning his head to face the door, before he closed his eyes, to start into sleep.

Kana blinked sleepily at him, but her eyes opened wide once more at his second question. In her head, she went through the usual overreaction and protesting, but it trailed off as she realized he couldn't hear. She bowed her head slightly as she watched him lie down and close his eyes. Then she mewed very quietly and stretched forward, very gently licking his cheek, before hopping off the bed. She headed towards the door he'd left partly open, pausing just for a second to look back at him. Then she nosed it open and slipped through. Once she was on the other side, she positioned herself so he wouldn't be able to see her even if he looked, and then stretched upwards to grab the doorhand with her paws. Then she backed up slowly on her hind legs and succeeded after a moment in closing the door behind herself. She dropped back down to all fours and started back towards her room, sniffing the air to find her way, and once more keeping to the shadows.

Koichi had opened his eyes, feeling her leave his pillow. He watched as she left, then the door shut; there must have been somone outside. He sighed, though, rolling onto his back. He store at the ceiling for a few moments before sleep took him over and his eyes slowly closed. He felt somewhat bad that the kitten had to leave, but he didn't expect it to stay, either; he hoped most of all, though, that it wasn't taken away if found prowling the estate.

Kana raced back to her room, darting through the shadows until she finally reached the door. She stretched upwards again, paws finding the handle and turning it. Then she pushed it open and slipped inside, kicking it back closed again. She glanced at Kazan for a second before jumped forward, landing silently in her bed. She nosed her way under the covers and curled up there. A second later, Kana had returned to her more human, regular form. She was still huddled up in a little ball, holding the covers close around herself. One hand was over her quickly beating heart, and her face was crimson still. But she forced her eyes closed and lay still, trying to fall asleep.

Kazan stretched as she woke up, the sound of birds chirping ringing through the room faintly. "Oni-chan?" she called lazily, rubbing her eye with her finger. "Oni-chan, wakey time," she continud on, yawning as she sat there in bed; they could take as long as they wanted getting ready, but they had to wake up, first. "Did you go to sleep last night?" she asked, not even sure if she was awake.
