Merlenyn jookster Jonyboy666 Merlenyn I'm a Sacto Gaian! ^_^ I live pretty much Downtown... Light Rail goes right by my house though it's still a 5 - 10 min walk to get to the nearest actual station, depending on traffic and getting across streets... I can walk to Downtown Plaza and Old Sacramento in about 20 mins give or take, depending on weather, traffic, and walking speed! I've made it in 10 or 15 before... lol Because I walk there to catch the Meadoview bound lightrail to get to Sacramento City College... ^_^ I've never been to any conventions in town, I went to Fanime Con last year (2003) and I went to something called AnimeOverdose this past March. Those are the only anime con's I've been to. Though I would love to go to more. I didn't go to the State Fair this year, though it would have been fun... more fun if my bf was able to be here instead of Canada... lol I'm taking Japanese 411 (third class at Sac City) and Begining Piano this semester, so besides that, I'm job hunting and chillin. Tomorrow I've been invited to Consumus River College (part of the LosRios Community colleges) by one of my Japanese classmates because they have an Anime Club on campus. I can't wait! It'll be so much fun to get to meet so many others who like anime... ^_^ I'm 21 years old by the way. ^_^ heehee though I dun drink.. yet. lol just never really wanted to... someday perhaps. heh OMG i live like really close to the light rail station as well and about 20-30 minutes aways from downtown (walking)............and i got o sac city tooooo. OMG i love this place even more now. And that Anime club at Sac City would be a great idea, Ill join! O.o *wonders who this person is as she pokes the broken avy* lol *giggles because of poking*

talla Jonyboy666 I guess we can discuss Sacramento things in here, like your pleasure of poking the bums on the light rail and such things. in the part sacto wher i live there are alot of bums, they are fun to poke eek

Jonyboy666 The first subject I would like to bring up is how many people here went to/go to the comic/anime conventions held at the Scottish Rite Center? I have small but fun. And I enjoy the cray bums in downtown Sac, make s it worth taking the bus.

Oh god last time I was in Sacramento it scared me to death. I'm from Hicksville.....or aka Grass Valley. Like about an hour away from Sac....the only reason I go to Sac is for the comics and DVD's. Cause my town has didly s**t. I mean the only thing we have close to what big city have are sex shops.....I just learned that there are 3 here. WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN? scream
........ignore my rantings........I'm just insane after living in a one horse town for 18 years.

Wow..how can people stand it in Sacromento..not like..making fun of sacromento peeps but.. It's SOOO hot there. During middle school we had an event in sacromento..so like a 2 hour drive there. And while we were there. I recall around 10 people were vomiting due to the heat.
