But before anyone gets confused, Sakura is NOT wearing a Jounin vest. >_> It just looks like she is. She's behind Kakashi.

.. WTF is that black thing behind Sasuke and Naruto? And -why- is Deidara with Itachi and Kisame? You know.. if that's an ad for the new movie.. I will go insane.
Edit: Oh. The black thing is the.. hand statue from the Akatsuki hideout. >> .. I still hope that's for the movie. gonk

Gawd. Why the hell does Sakura look so awesomely mature!? And ITACHI... *le gasp* ITACHIIII! *swoons all fangirl-like*
But damn. Did you know what caught my eye first with Sasuke? THE ROPE. When he gets back to Konoha, I hope the first thing Sakura does is BURN THAT ROPE. Why does Orochi want his subordinates to dress with ropes? Are they so low on funds they can't find real belts?

omg! i couldn't breathe for a quick second! Sasuke even hotter in the anime heart . I can't wait till the anime comes out with all the arcs in Naruto part II

I really wasn't impressed at all! *cries* There are so many things they messed up on!! gonk
I did like the animation in the preivew to the Sasu -Get him Back- Arc, but, I was still pissed.
What happened to Sakura pinning SAI TO A FREAKING WALL?! Hellloooooo! That was a major event! Sai is ANBU and Sakura was able to PIN HIM TO A WALL! And SASUKE SAW HER. HE FREAKING SAW HER DO THAT TO AN ANBU!
And they didn't do it! All she did was glare at him! ARgh!!! That made me so angry!
And then how fangirly/blushy they made her around Naruto! She wasn't like that in the manga at all! And SHE DIDN'T SEARCH HIM OUT. HE FOUND HER. And she was with Tsunade when he did!
And he ran into Kakashi first, not last!
*pulls her hair out from frustration*
But, yes, Sasuke was pretty. XD
And we did get to see Shikamaru and Temari twice. They look like a married couple (act like one too!). heart
It was also nice that the first thign Sasuke said was Sakura's name.
BUT GOD! They totally broke my heart sad
Can anyone get good screenshots of Sakura's outfit during the SasuRetriveal? Because.... I'm cosplaying as her in April, and I need pictures so my grandma can help me make the costume!

Yeah the anime people did mess up and took out alot things that should'nt have been because it like kind shuts out their character growth kind of.
And then it looks like when Naruto faces the Kyubi inside his head it looks he was going to take off the seal of the cage. But in the Manga Naruto gave the demon the hand talk2hand . I know the anime doesn't have the follow the manga directly along as they have the same idea but come on!

..Well I really liked it. x_o But maybe I'm too lenient. *gets shot*
Although I was upset that Sakura didn't pin Sai to the wall.
And also, I didn't think Sakura acted like a fangirl in my opinion. If I remembered correctly, she only blushed once. And If I'm correct, that's when Sakura asked Naruto how she looked. But then Naruto said something stupid and she got mad. She smiled at him a couple of times, but sometimes she punched Naruto after. So I wasn't really upset about that. I mean Sakura hasn't seen Naruto in a long awhile and I expected her to be really happy. (I don't know why, but I was expecting them to hug for some reason too. O_o *gets shot again*)
However, I wish that Naruto saw Kakashi first though. But then again, I really didn't mind what they did in the anime.
I laughed when Kakashi opened his Icha Icha Tatics book. XD When he opened the book, it was like 'Zomg! It's holy!'.
The art team did a good job on the animation and art. Except for when they messed up Tsunade's hand in one part and made the birds look like mini airplanes.
And again, I really love the opening and the ending themes.
And Sasuke makes me all happy inside. And to me, Sai's skin color looked white. When I saw it, I was like "..He's albino?" o-o But then I remembered he had black hair. x_x
So overall, I really love this episode. <3

About the intro.. I'm not unhappy with it at all. They left a LOT of things out, but that's probably because they were just giving us a TASTE of that episode. Think about it.. canon Sasuke has been missing for.. a while. They were just giving the fans what they wanted.
I LOVED the opening and the ending. My favorite part in the opening had to be the Akatsuki part. xD; And the ending was.. cute, funny, and it nearly made me cry.
Now onto the episode itself.
I did not like the fact that Naruto met Kakashi -after- Sakura. That just bothered me for some reason. =_= And the way they met Temari and Shikamaru.. ugh.. why couldn't you have just left that on the street?
And Sakura acting fan-girl-y.. eh. It was expected.. and I for one am GLAD the animation team didn't add anything like a hug. That would have just been giving the NaruSaku fans false hope.
I LOVELOVELOVELOVE Deidara's voice! Ah~ I was so squee-ing over it. Sasori's sounds like.. what I thought it would sound like..
The new soundtrack -- I liked some of it. It's not the same composer, so it may take me a while to get used to it.
I have to say my favorite track so far is the one that was playing when Naruto and Sakura were remembering Sasuke. The new 'sad theme.'
Overall.. I was fairly pleased. The art.. could be better in some places, but I'm not going to be picky.
Now.. bring on smashy-smashy Sakura, Deidara kicking a**, Itachi's crow move, and I'll be good. :3
Edit: Also, about Sai's skin color.. it's supposed to be that pale. Remember the colored chapter cover we got a while back? Sai is sickly pale.

Ehhh :/ But the way they did Sakura in that part, it' snot like they cut the scene or anything, which Is why I think they won't have her smashing him agaisnt a wall... which really makes me mad, sicne it was one of my favorite parts :/
