This isnt something about my childhood but does anyone else sing to their pets when they are cuddling them? I sing to my Tara (pure bred shi-tzu) puppy sweatdrop

Don't worry, I talk to all my pets all of the time...having such detailed conversations with them...people think I'm nuts but they have personality too! They deserve a conversation! surprised

I talk to my kitties all the time. Eek likes to talk back to me in her little language. I find it just some sort of comfort, and I hear it's soothing for animals to hear their owners voices.

You know, this all reminds me of a bit that Matt Groening did in a 'Life is Hell' book... It was called, 'Lies my Siblings Told Me'. Great stuff! xd I wish I still had those books.
*LMFAO* You mean the ones with the bunnies in it? Oh I loved that book!

Any creature that shows that they can understand you is surely a miracle I believe and and it really makes you feel that percentage better especially if it IS coming from a cat sweatdrop

I remember when I was younger I had these two teddy bears, they were made in the 70s so they were pretty ugly *L* They had these plastic eyes black in very middle and light tan, almost yellow in the iris area. I thought they were evil and were gonna kill me in my sleep UNLESS they were laying face down then they couldnt see me to kill me! *LOL*

o.o;; that's scary man...I remember once watching a making of some sort of horror movie and they showed how they made the mechanical demon/zombie sorta hand come out of the bath drain and toilet...to this day I always steer clear from getting my feet or anything NEAR the bath drain when I let a little water out and not so much freaked out by the toilet thing anymore...but the drain? I can't handle it...same sorta thing with those "Kreepy Krawly's" or those automatic pool cleaner things here (don't know what they're called elsewhere lol) I was convinced it was gonna suck me out while I was swimming and I still take the damn thing out when I swim to this day...the idea of the pipes touching me makes me stop breathing sweatdrop ALSO! It makes a scary sound when it's on when you're swimming o.o;; I MEAN HELLO!!! It's effing scary.
