I don't remember exactly how they bumped into each other, but he saw them walking towards a bar he was going to also. He went up to Toshiya and said in English, "Hmm... where have I seen you guys before...?"

Toshiya: ... Dir en grey?

Cousin: Oh yeah! My cousin's a fan of you guys! He and his older brother and younger sister follow your tours.

Die: *in fobby English* Hi, nice to meet you!

Cousin: *in Japanese* It's alright, I can speak Japanese.
