((OOC: Is, uh, it possibly to have a human character in this RP or is it just for Irkens? If just for Irkens, I'd like to be my character Kyz. She's just a small irken soldier.. a bit taller than Zim, but only by an inch or two. She has Red eyes and would wear the normal red Standard Issue Invader Uniform When she is not on duty, she'd wear this outfit. Oh yeah, and she wears a jewel.. usually red but occasionally purple as seen there. And, yes, her antennae are a bit short for Irken Females -and less curly-qued. Maybe it's a birth defect, I dunno.

Actually, I think it's a bit late for me to just show up in the thread... sorry. ^.^;; ))

((OOC: Joining, but with a slight change. I'm going to go with Kyz's original background, Skell said it would be ok.

So, she is a human girl who went to skool with Zim and Dib, I dunno where the timeline is, but it seems to be pretty advanced from the series, so she will have ran away from home and, eventually, convinced Zim to let her help him conquer Earth -afterall, a human ally could be good, right? No clue how she got Zim to agree to it- in exchanged to be made into an Irken femme (he can rebuild her, he can make her faster, stronger, he has the technology!), and after that process, which left her a bit short for her human age but still about an inch taller than Zim, she moved in with him. The easiest way to learn to be Irken is to live WITH an Irken, non?

Anyway, I shall start.))

She was standing quietly beside Zim, watching as the short Invader did... whatever it was he did, she was still just learning the things she had to know to survive in her new form (well, "new", rather her Irken body was three months old)... and her primary point of training right now was the Irken PAK.. she was still getting used to the odd neural interface it had... not to mention having the holes drilled into her back.. THAT was certainly fun. Her Irken body healed quite a bit faster than her human body would've, infact, the drilling had just been painful rather than fatal like it should have been for a human.

Another thing she was still having trouble with was water. As a human, she'd been accustomed to both ingesting it and bathing in it regularly. As an Irken, the water was an acid. Which meant she'd experienced many a painful mornings when she'd gone to wash her face. Also, she'd found skool food to be even more terrible than it had been. Her Irken digestive system just didn't take it very well.

Oh, and she couldn't even begin to describe the other differences of having a completely different body structure and shape... her ballance had been thrown off -she thanked her martial arts lessons she'd had, for if it weren't for those, she feared she'd still be crawling around.

There was one thing she COULD drink that they had at skool: milk. Whilst she'd never liked milk, at least the lactose in it neutralized the tiny amount of water it had. Though, she had to be careful still, as the 2% they served at milk had a lot of water in it. Whole milk was her preference.. or even better, chocolate milk.

A sudden loud squeel from GIR brought the girl-turned-irken from her reveré.. she looked up to find him running around like a mindless idiot and it bought a tiny smile to her mouth. Then she turned her gaze to Zim who was talking either to himself, GIR or her... she couldn't tell.

"Er, what?" she asked, her tone appologetic, feeling the sensation of her antennae rising in curiosity.

Kyz gasped as a form seemed to materialize right before her, and she fell back with a would-be shriek but came out as a hoarse squeek. She looked up and before her stood an Irken.. whom GIR may or may not have known and he squealed a word, 'SKELL!!!', and jumped on the newcomer as he always did with everyone. Kyz quickly got to her feet and tried her best to look normal.. and comfortable... and, well, irken. She cast a worried glance towards Zim, wondering if Zim knew this irken or if he was an intruder. Despite her efforts to look casual, her telltale antennae were flattened to her head, betraying her uncertainty for all to see.

((OOC: Is anyone playing Zim? If not, I can while I'm around and stuff until someone else wants to take him. I can also play Dib if needed.
But, if I play Zim, I'd need to know a bit about what your character's relation to him is? Or rather, what Zim THINKS their relation is. It sounded like they were on some sort of mission together and Skell was going to doublecross Zim but Zim does not currently know?))

Kyz just blinked at him and GIR and then swollowed. Zim apparantly wasn't going to help her so she took a deep breath and then introduced herself. "I'm, uh, Kyz.. And you are..?" her antennae lifted just slightly as she asked the question. Her voice was small, whether she was that nervous or whether her voice just simply WAS quiet, it was hard to tell at this point.
