"Ah!" he said, immidiately perking up again. "Kon thinks Kon's got it--" and the food fell back onto the plate. Looking crestfallen, he tried again and after a few tries, he finally got the dumpling and held it long enough to be able to eat it, although he wasn't exactly neat about it. He grinned up at the other, brandishing his chopsticks, and said, "Kon did good, right?"

Mie-tanuki "Ah!" he said, immidiately perking up again. "Kon thinks Kon's got it--" and the food fell back onto the plate. ((Sorry... edit. ._.;; )) Ryu laughed. "Yes, Kon did excellently. And i'm sure that if Kon keeps practivcing, Kon will master the skill." Ryu's eyes once again held that happy sparkle. "How are the dumplings?"

"Mmm... they're really good!" He was, of course, by now holding the chopsticks incorectly, but he somehow managed to get another dumpling and eat it. "Kon's never had these before, but they're really good! Nah, so, what did you get?" he asked curiously, sneeking a peak at the other's food.

Mie-tanuki "Mmm... they're really good!" He was, of course, by now holding the chopsticks incorectly, but he somehow managed to get another dumpling and eat it. "Kon's never had these before, but they're really good! Nah, so, what did you get?" he asked curiously, sneeking a peak at the other's food. Ryu saw the peek and smiled. "I got shrimp fried rice...would you like to try some?" God, Kon is just so adorable...I love the way he eats- it's almost like watching a child...except much more amuzing...

Most of it fell back down, but he managed to get a small amount in his mouth and a bit stuck to one side of his mouth. He really wasn't any good at this at all. "Want a dumpling?" he asked, completely unaware that he had rice all over his face.
((Okay... so not "all over" but it sounded better than "on the skin next to his mouth." >.>;; ))

Most of it fell back down, but he managed to get a small amount in his mouth and a bit stuck to one side of his mouth. He really wasn't any good at this at all. "Want a dumpling?" he asked, completely unaware that he had rice all over his face.
((Okay... so not "all over" but it sounded better than "on the skin next to his mouth." >.>;; )) Ryu laughed and gently licked away the rice on his cheek. Clean-up done, he expertly took a dumpling and popped it into his mouth. "mmmm...." He smiled happily "You're right- they are good."

Again, the other's actions made him flush with out knowing why. After all, it shouldn't be weird at all, right? His mother has always licked his lips clean when he had made a mess of his face, but for some reason this seemed a little different... Perhapes because he was no longer a child? But he, again, pushed all thoughts away and said, "Yup, toldja!!" He speared another dumpling with his chopstick and ate it, trying and failing to be neat.

SonataBlue Oliver blinked oddly, but didn't really protest as his hand was pushed down. With the explanation, a smile spread over his face. He eagerly nodded and took another bite of the peach. Underlying motives were of no concern to him at the present time.
As Kotoro made to pay for the items, Oliver stood right behind his shoulder. He hovered, watching the transaction curiously. When everything was bagged, Oliver moved close to the door and waited to follow the other out. All the while during his check out, he couldn't help but look at this particular boy through the corner of his eye. Did he have no personal space boundries? With his bags hoisted up, he was ready to go, but when he went outside.. it seemed Oliver was following him. Kotoro tried a few more steps away from the store, before glancing over his shoulder at the other. "What are you doing?" he asked, one brow quirking slightly with the question.

He speared another dumpling and ate it messily, completely unaware of the other's discomfort. Ryu smiled softly as he struggled to erase depressing images from his mind...which may or may not have actually uccured -Rina kissing Kon...- -Kon kissing Rina...- -Hugging...- -snuggling- The list went on, and tears began to build up in his eyes as the images became more and more vivid. He tried to eat his rice, but had just about as much success as Kon because his hands were so shakey.
