heh you're young yet ^^ It's been about 3 and a half years for me.. the first 2.5 or so were entirely voluntarily.. the last year or so.. is just kind of a string of annoying events

once you are out of school and stuff it gets harder to meet people.. and the people you know and hang out with drift away and/or get hitched and have less time for that stuff. Having "someone" takes care of a lot of this sort of problem
