I've seen a lot of guilds slowing down or dying. Even NSTG is shrinking a bit. I will tell you a secret that worked for me with this guild - I posted in five different threads every day, which seemed to boost it to the first page of the guild search box and some folks joined from there. But my best members are ones I made friends with on Gaia and then found their way here. Like you!
