GoddessAurora
I've seen some moms with some, I just don't know any (non of my friends' moms). course now that I think about it, my friend just had a baby and she at one time had facial piercings, not now though.
I'd imagine any new mom would take out any tugable piercings due to babies curiosity.

Well she took hers out for other reasons, way before the baby came to be.

I like change way to much to get any piercings or tattoos, but henna (sp?) is fun!

I've never gotten a henna before, not my style. I got my piercings cause I needed a change, now when I want a change, I switch my jewelry up.

I think another reason why I don't like piercings on me is because I'm not always careful. I would probably end up pulling them out, by accident of course. That and I'm a dancer.

Yeah it can be tricky. I think it's worth it though. ^.^

My right ear is developing a keloid now though. >.< But whatever, I'll fix that up then I can finally change my earings! Joy!

That's the one. 3nodding
They're not that bad. . . just kinda weird looking. They do tend to be fairly painful though and tend to develop on scar tissue (hence them developing around piercings). I had one on my left ear a little while ago after I accidentally tore it. sweatdrop The same thing happened just recently with my right but I caught it sooner so it's not as large.

To combat unsightly keloids, just get some vitamin E oil and put a little bit on there after cleaning it. 3nodding Works beautifully. Also cutting down your caffeine intake helps for some reason. O.o

Hmmm, interesting, I had no idea that's what they are called. I find vitamin E works wonders too, but I wouldn't know about the caffeine thing... I could never cut down on my beloved coffee 4laugh
