Absoutely. I am female and Bi. My whole life I have had only male friends, until last year. Never have I thought of my male friends in anyway other then plutonic ways. I do have friends that are girls now. Though I may judge some of my friends, I never have confused friendship with realtionship.

Clearly. You can be just friends with anyone. I've only ever wanted to hop like two of my friends. One was a one time thing, and I didn't go for it. Didn't want to hurt her over a smidgen of lust. The other time, the boy hopped me. And woo! I ended up getting hurt. Whatever. The thing is, you either feel it or you don't. I feel bad for people who are attracted to anyone that will show them a hint of attention.

I think bisexuals can have nonsexual friends. Most of my friends are girls, and though I'm a huge flirt, it's not sexual. Friends mess around with each other and there's always an attraction. That's what creates the friendship. If there wasn't something one liked about that person, what would one have that person as a friend for, right? There's a difference between sexual attraction and a friendship attraction.

Within my small group of close friends, I don't really have any sexual attraction towards any of them so its easy to stay friends with them. But I noticed that with friends I haven't known as long or don't go to the same school as I do, there is a lot more sexual tension. I get crushes really quickly, which might explain something. n__n Anyways, it's very possible for bisexuals to have friendships in a nonsexual way. It might just be a bit harder since they are attracted to both genders.

I'd say yes Bi people can have have friends because you can sometimes just see them for being a friend and for example if you could be in a relationship with them but you don't know that. you base your friendship around them as a friendship and not a future lover. Because it works with all things.
Like in the first post she mentioned the saying that a guy and a girl can't be friends without sexual relations coming in. so therefore it should be the same with homosexuals as well. Like i am gay and i have gay friends who i only see as a friend because i just saw them like that ^_^

You can be friends with anyone sexual or not
I classify my friends into two catagories:
Friends and Friends with benefits xd
and then lover.
but lover and friend never mix. Me and my friend almost have a silent pact, we mess around, but we all know it's no more than friendly. blaugh
