Chikuu Er... let me rephrase that last one. When I say a rare-rune, I don't mean a character-specific rune like Fubar's or Ace's. I mean, a rune that's not very common but not totally rare. It can't be... found at a store, let's say. A rare rune, but not a rare rune. Paradox?

A rare rune, but not a freakin-woah-my-God-1-of-a-kind-rune! Like, in Suikoden 5, a RAGE RUNE (NOT COMMON!) vs. Zerase's STAR RUNE (ONLY ONE!).
