I was trying to snag one in Pokemon XD and I got it without much trouble actually. I just want to train every single pokemon I have about 10 levels before I go and take on the final two trainers in the game since Shadow pokemon do 2x the damage to nonshadow and I use nonshadow most of the time.

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness is the "sequel" to Pokemon Colosseum for the Nintendo Gamecube. It is very similar to the first but it has many improvements. You still have to steal Shadow pokemon from the evil people in Orre and purify them to save the region.

Basically you fight with them, use scents on them, put them in the purify chamber (XD only), call them when they enter hyper/reverse mode. Then you take them to the relic stone or the main base of the purification chamber when the shadow meter is all the way gone.

My sister is having a level up war with a friend so I can't get onto my dad's computer to scan in the picture. D=
