Jun snatched a lace handkerchief from the pocket of her as she quickly removed her glasses, blotting daintily at her eyes and trying her damnedest not to sniffle. Damn that big understanding brute. It made it so hard to be mad at him when he new just how to respond. She cleared her throat and returned her handkerchief to her blazer, patting primly at the loose bun in her hair that was becoming looser with every passing moment. Turning back to face Taiki, she slipped her glasses back into place.
"When aren't you starved? those muscles don't just come out of thin air," Jun snapped, trying to slip back into her usual poise. She couldn't let Akimoto know that he had rattled her cage. No, she had to remain cool as ice. He didn't make her heart beat just as fast as it dd when they been teenagers... when she was scratching the name Jun Taiki on every one of her notebook... He didn't. She elbowed the big man in the gut as she slipped passed him through the door.
"Get the lead out, Aki. What are you waiting for, a crossing guard?"

Midori Kaizen Jun wanted to be sympathetic to the girl, she truly did. But there was no empathy within her at this present time. not a drop of it. Weakness; the young facuty member hated it like nuns hated hell. Like shadows hat the light. Lik fire hates the rain. Her brows drew tightly together as the girl began openly weeping before her, and she leaned forward, slpping her hand on the desk to get the girls attention.
"Tomare!" she shouted sharply, snatching the lollipop from her mouth and waving it about to emphasize their words. "Just stop. You know where you are, Tsunagi.... you are in a shark tank. If you go about bleeding all over, you are bound to draw notice. You cannot blame others for your reactions. It is up to you to grow stronger, Kiria. Not for others to tiptoe around you. So you stop that sniveling right this instant." Placing her sucker back in her mouth, Jun crossed her arms and lifted her eyebrows inquisitively.
"Soo... what is it you would have of me, Tsunagi?" Her voice was calm and gentle once more. Even encouraging. Otama followed Koroji's gaze,, slipping her hands into the pockets of her blazer. It was then that she heard Yuromeshi's shout in response, and she offered the music teacher a shrug.
"Sounds as though Jun-chan is meeting with a student. It is one of her duties, after all. I'd hoped she'd make it out the office before anything required her attention, but no such luck, I suppose. This really isn't a vacation time for Jun and I, after all. " "Yes, I see. Very well. I must go off to my class. I will see you soon then, Otama-san. Jaa mata." He laxly moved out of the office at his own leisurely pace and moved out to the hallway, down to his band room.

"See you soon... Koroji-san." Otama's lips curved into a slight smile as she watched the teacher leave. He seemed a sympathetic sort, all in all. She certainly hoped not overly so. Perhaps she would sit in on one of his classes, once they resumed after the festival. Absently she drummed her nails across the top of her desk.

Ayumi swallowed hard, her bags were at her feet and the secretary's desk we in view. She mustered up her strength and left the safty of the circle of her bags and walked up to the secretary's desk. She looked around, seeing many boys and girls walking through the halls with scowls on thier faces. She didn't know why her parents had sent her here, but she wished that she didn't stick out so much. She could feel it, as if she were lit up like a light bulb, she stood out from all the other students, when all she wished for was to stand in the crowd and not be noticed. Ayumi stood in front of the secretary's desk and looked up, "E-excuse me, I'm Ayumi Kamitari, I believe my parents spoke to you about my entrance, I was wondering what room I was to be staying in." Ayumi said, her voice almost a whisper, having not used it so much in many years. It was as if her voice had dissipeared, fadded along with her old self. The other self who would have bounded up to the desk, smiling and asked where her room was, looking the secretary straight in the eyes as if there was nothing she had to worry about. The shimmer of the past fadded as Ayumi chanced a glance up at the secretary.

The secretary glared up at Ayumi, who gasped and snapped her head down to look at the ground. The secretary's head snapped back at the computer in front of her and she began clicking and clacking away at the keyboard. "F-5" The secretary snapped, returning to was she had been doing prior to Ayumi's entrance. Ayumi nodded lightly and left the secretary's presance quickly. She gathered up her bags and set off down the hall, trying to find her room.
