Kahuna Ordin "Who's that Pokémon?" The Kahuna of Melemele wondered spotting a scarlet Pokémon with a trainer riding it toward the city. "That's likely who we're looking for." He said to the Tauros he was riding. "Let's catch up." It didn't take long, the scarlet Pokémon's rider dismounted after entering the city. Ordin approached on Tauros and greeted the trainer. "Alola! Are you Lenard? I'm Ordin, Kahuna of Melemele Island. The Professor told me you had something important to discuss."

Giddeon Spencer  He was a bit irritated to hear Team Rocket had been harassing him. He was more amazed to hear his mentor had also not found out about him. Perhaps he had tunnel vision on something or this guy was very good at hiding who he was once upon a time. "Lavender is where my mentor lives. A shame he did not find you before team rocket. He is a gym leader." He stretched a bit as he continued to make his way forward. "I would like to interview you more. However, I will have to make the findings public to the Super Natural Burrow. I can assure you you have nothing to worry about. I am a class B investigator so if I claim something is harmless and should be left alone they will approve it right away. Just to be safe I can leave out where I found you or that you are with me." He was also glad to have passed the class B evaluation. It would be a problem if he were still a C and would have to have a Class B come to grill him.

Leonard Heedy  Lenard Jumped a little, not expecting to be called out. He calmed down when he heard he was the Kahuna of the island. "Oh, good evening! Yes, I am and I do." He pulled out the Pokeball containing the Paradox Pokemon as he felt a demonstration might be requested. "I am going to skip any bells and whistles and pleasantries if it is alright and cut to the point." He kind of wanted to get this sorted sooner than later, he was very hungry. "I am a professor from the Paldea region. A rather unpleasant series of events resulted in us having a lot of Pokemon we have designated "Paradox Pokemon". They hail from the past and the future and in our region they are an invasive species. We finally got everything reined in but that leaves us with a large number of displaced Pokemon. The machine works as a one-way trip to bring Pokemon here so we have no way to return them so we decided to seek regions that could be similar to the habitat the past forms lived in and see if they might be integrated in. We found Alola's tropical climate might work for them and due to past dealings with Pokemon labeled as "Ultra Beasts" Your Pokemon might be able to handle them. So we feel this might be a subtable habit and would like to perform Isolated observations on them to see if this would be a suitable home for them." He managed to get all that out.

Kahuna Ordin"That is a serious matter." The Kahuna replied. "Alola has struggled with invasive species in the past. Why just look over there." Ordin gestured toward some Alolan Rattata. "When Rattata first arrived here from other regions, their population quickly grew out of control. Yungoos were imported to help reign them in, but the Rattata adapted by becoming nocturnal and taking on the Dark-type form you see here. Mass outbreaks of them are still a problem even today." The Kahuna noticed the Professor was holding a Pokéball he assumed held a Paradox Pokémon. "Do you have one of these 'Paradox Pokémon?' I'd certainly love to see a Pokémon from another time, though this may not be the best place." Seeing the Rattata coming out also reminded him how late it was getting. "Would you care to join me for dinner at my home? We can discuss your isolated observations there, and it'd be a more suitable place for me to get a look at those Pokémon of yours. Plus I can show you some old-fashioned Alolan Hospitality." He added with a warm smile.

Chris smiled when Giddeon told him that his mentor lives in his hometown and was surprised that he hadn't found the vampire before he did, "yeah that's surprising to me as well since I was kind of famous…I was a DJ before what happened." He told his companion. His new friend then told him that he would love to interview him but he had to put his findings in public. "Well…I guess that would be fine with me," he told him the smile turned a little nervous since he was scared of what the public thought about him but if Giddeon will be kind and not judgemental then he would be fine with it.

Leonard Heedy Lenard was not going to turn down a good meal for free. Perhaps he could convince him it was not such a bad idea. "I won't say no to that." He responded and he switched out with Koraidon Hoping he would not be too bugged to be switched out so soon after being recalled. "Let me just get my ride Pokemon out." He let out the strange-looking Pokemon. "Sorry to let you out so soon but there's been a change in planes. Might I get a lift?" To his delight, it nodded happily and took on ride form. "Im all set!"

Kahuna Ordin"Glad to hear it." The Kahuna smiled when Lenard agreed to join him for dinner. "My home's in Iki Town. It's a quick ride from here on Tauros, and by the looks of it, that magnificent Pokémon of yours will have no trouble keeping up. Is that one of the Paradox Pokémon?" Ordin said as he started leading the way on Tauros.

Giddeon Spencer Giddeon made his way to a store hoping to get some food. Thankfully it was mostly empty but he still kept his voice down when asking him anything. He had no desire to let anyone know a vampire walked among them. Something he felt his new friend might be glad to keep under wraps also. "I guess it would be nice to start from the beginning. Do you have any memories of when or how you became a vampire? Or are you a pure-blood vampire?" He heard some are born as vampires, thus pure-blooded. Would be interesting if he was one such. He started looking around the frozen meals for something that would be quick and easy to make.

Leonard Heedy He nodded with a smile "Yes indeed. This is one of two we have given names to, Koraidon. It is an ancestor of Cyclizar. For whatever reason, despite them being Apex predators we have had an easy time with them. Perhaps it is due to their ride forms." He quickly got on top of them and patted his side. "This is not how they look in battle form though. I might show you that sometime but for now let us go to your place." The scarlet Pokemon looked at him before letting out a cry. it sounded rather friendly at least.

Chris followed Giddeon into the store and smiled slightly at the fact that they had this place mostly to themselves. The vampire wanted to see if his new friend could buy him a coffee drink but decided to wait due to the fact his companion asked the first of many questions. "Well, I'm a pure-blood," he said softly to not be overheard by anyone else. He knew his kind were few and between so he took pride in being one although he did wonder what it would be like to be human at times. To feel a heartbeat, to be able to taste foods and to feel the morning sun on his face, "oh sorry to interrupt your questioning but do you think you can get me a coffee drink? I'll pay you back when I can." Chris asked, running his hair through his short black hair with slight embarrassment for asking.

Kahuna Ordin"Of course." The Kahuna acquiesced to the researcher's suggestion they get to his home. "Nice to meet you Koraidon. I look forward to getting to know you." He said to the Pokémon. Then addressing both the trainer and Pokémon he added, "Just follow us up Route 1, and we'll be at Iki Town in no time."

Sarah walked around Melemele and still couldn't find her friend, 'did he come to this island or another one?' she thought to herself before shrugging. The female could feel her good friend Chris was somewhere nearby but she was just a practicing witch so her tracking spells don't always point to the exact spot the person would be located. All she knew is that the vampire was safe and well so that was good enough for her. The black haired woman then spotted a convenience store and decided she would like to pick up something to eat and drink before going back in her search.
Sarah walked in and was so preoccupied with thoughts of her friend, she didn't see a lady in front of her so she bumped into her, "I'm sorry about that Miss, are you alright?" She asked the green haired woman she knocked into by accident.

Leonard Heedy Leonard nodded and motioned for his Pokemon to start following him. This was the first time he could check out the island a little more. His research had so enraptured him he never had time to check it out past the grasslands he was on. He had every intention of looking more into it, after all, he had to make sure the island would be able to hold the Pokemon. Just felt like the right time never came up. Perhaps he could ask him a little more about the island. He was in charge of it he had to know a lot about it. All he had was surface-level knowledge, he knew that the climate was deemed appropriate for the Paradox Pokemon and that was about it. He would wait till they got to his place and ask then. He patted the Pokemon on the side and kept him following.

Some of her pokemon were picky eaters on certain things so she had learned their tastes and had to adjust to them. As she walked into the store, she turn to pick up a shopping basket that was by the door. When she did so she felt someone bump into her. She turned to see a black haired woman had bumped into her. "Oh it's okay, I'm fine~. I probably should have moved out of the way of the door when I was grabbing a basket." She said as she straightened back up and then moved out of the door way so that the woman could come into the store. She picked up a basket and held it out to the woman to take. Giddeon Spencer Giddeon nodded at him. "Ofcorse. Just get it and I will pay for it." He quickly grabbed a few things for himself and something for his Pokemon. "So do you have any powers? If so what are they?" He recalled there were a lot of rumors about what they do have but he did not want to be rude and just asked 'What is it like to be a crobat'. He noticed his favorite candy was for sale there, it had been discontinued in his home region so this was a delightful surprise. He just took the entire box out. Dusk rolled his eyes at him finding the action a bit silly. "Don't give me that. You know how hard it is to get this?"
