IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTI noticed a person or two yesterday having the code changed in either colour or post styles. I do have a rule stating to please not do it. Today, 10% of the participants had either post styles or changed part of the code (there was one post style and otherwise it was card 8 that was used with light blue, when the code on page 1 is just "blue"). Yesterday I allowed those users onto the raffle list as I thought it was an error. Today I will permit those that changed the code to be on the lists as well.
I set the codes up this way to make it easier for me to sort them, and the change in colours really throw me off.
Going forward, if you change or alter the code in any way or quote someone that did, you will not be added to the voting or raffle list for that day. Now, on to the part you've all been waiting for!

Day One finishes with the choice of Card 8!
There were 34/48 votes for card 8!
The card is the Ten of Swords!

Card Description: A blood moon hovers over a scene of carnage, presenting a perfect moment to be rid of hindering things, be they habits or people. If you just so happen to be a Harpy, that 'thing' you desire is to be rid of a carnival witch who humiliated and caged you for far too long. Celaeno's wings glow the ominous color of the blood she drains from her defeated captor, whose mind and body are pierced by both the pain of the Harpy's rending talons and the betrayal of the act. At least she chose her death long ago. There's her immortality, eh?
Upright: Everything ends, eventually, but the abruptness of it or a feeling of betrayal have left you worried that you will never know happiness again. The agony is two-fold, as you are both wounded from the situation, as well as grieving the finality of it. If this is a result of self-sabotage, attempt to understand what would cause you to do this to yourself. Unfortunately, there is no chance of rectifying the issue at hand, but at least it cannot hurt you any longer. Remember, it is always darkest before the dawn.
With the flipping of the card comes the unveiling of the prize associated with it (if you're curious the link has the name of the card each Soq/Fam is linked to). In fitting style we have the twilight raven!
