Rowser hadn't spent a whole lot of time in Vale, only a handful of years, but he was incredibly thankful to have met and made a few good friends in that time. It likely seemed odd for someone to come to the beach fully clothed, but he didn't feel confident in his ability to keep his exoskeleton from coming out. That and he hated always getting the questions about his burn scars. But at least he wasn't wearing shoes. It's awful to walk with those in the sand, that's a lesson Rowser learned the hard way. He stretched and rustled his hair before surveying the beach to find a spot. It didn't take long before he found one.
The boy had spotted one of his closest friends, Yumeko. “Awww yis!" he thought, “Dis gon be gewd!” It was fairly easy for him to approach quietly with the others around drowning out the sound of his footsteps. Not to mention the waves and the gulls. He'd signal for those around to shush while keeping his eyes fixated on his friend, hopefully able to sneak up behind her in an attempt to startle her as he shouted, “YUMIIII!!!”

Rσϙ Oυɾɾσƙ lifted a finger ready to proactively disagree with Tabby, but then he was left with his mouth open frozen. Enemies get stabbed so you don't need them close. That made so much sense, too much sense. It was hard to believe she just said something that wasn't utter bu\scat. "I ▬ Actually... totally agree with that..."
Roq chuckled as she seemed to just continue on not realizing he agreed with her at first. That was until she started on her nonsensical rant of wasting spice. Back to her true self it seemed. He'd shrug and roll his eyes. Not willing to feed the nonsense, but he couldn't help but smile wide. Something about the dynamic was. Genuine, and fun? He wasn't sure. He wouldn't admit it, but the group sort of got along in their own weird way. Not what he was expecting at all. Chase was laughing in response to Tabby, the mood was definitely lighter than before. Against his efforts.
"Your first time eating ice cream?!" Roq would exclaim at Poppy's statement. "I thought I was shelt'rd..." Roq would begin walking with the group towards the ice cream shop with a look of mild surprise on his face. Maybe he wasn't the only one who was sheltered most of his life. The connection made him feel sort of happy. That was until some stranger bumped into Poppy aggressively. Some macho dude who didn't want to give ground it seemed.
Roq's breathing changed. It was harsher, and shorter as his anger started to broil and seethe, but before he could even react Chase marched on up and asked for an apology, the conversation got toxic, and Chase punched the guy.
Roq blinked once. Then again. What just happened?! The shy boy actually punched the guy?! Roq was dumbfounded. His anger slipped away as he erupted in a deep bellow of laughter. "WHAT WAS THAT?!" Roq practically screamed with joy as Chase walked over the man and placed his order like a legend.
He could only imagine Poppy's wide-eyed reaction, but before he could get a good look at her the man Chase punched got up to his feet and gave a death glare to Chase, as if he was about to pummel the hell outta him. Roq's hand slapped the guys neck and latched onto it with an iron grimm that made the man's skin wrinkle inward. "Don't. You. Dare." He whispered each word with a harsh tone.. His eyes wide like a devil. He then pulled the man backwards until he was off balance and just gave him a shove that sent him flying out of the store and back onto the ground. He would then step aside with a glowing smile and motion like a gentleman for the girls to walk in, after they did so he would shoot a nasty look at the man before following them in.
"WHATTA LEGEND YOU ARE SHYBOY!" Roq said way too loudly as he slapped Chase on the back. "That's something I will never forget!" Roq was estatic. He liked nothing more than beating up badguys and Chase now had is total respect. "Did you SEE his face?! Oh man, he was sooo mad! Who's the real spicy boy now!?"
Roq would calm down a bit from the excitement and look to Poppy and Tabby to see their reactions. Expecting to see just as much excitement at Chase's legendary move.
"I don't think this day could get any better..." He said to himself as he leaned back against the counter. Totally blocking the line without realizing it. "Maybe we should chase the guy down and give him a real beat'n!" He said wishfully, but obviously it wasn't a good idea and he knew it. "You okay Poppy?" He would finally ask. Hoping she was enjoying the moment just as much.
Aya would give back the register right after taking it while smiling nervously “oh right hehe… makes more sense” Aya was too excited to think of the logic of pricing “oh you don’t need to be sorry! Mira had arrived at the beach about twenty minutes ago and had gone straight to the water in just her Sarashi and bikini bottoms. She'd immediately gone under the surface and hadn't come back up yet. To her, it was amazing getting to cut loose and be under water again. She honestly forgot that being underwater for several minutes was not really normal without gear. But, she was too focused on enjoying herself in the cool water and diving deeper to explore the seafloor nearby. She wasn't without defense though. You never know when a carnivorous sea dweller or grimm might be present. Even with the security precautions of the city and it's military, there was always at least a slight chance of something slipping by. As such, she had her bang sticks tucked into her sarashi and her rifle with the harpoon launcher on her back, loaded up with a harpoon. Just in case. After all, she was exploring past the normal boundaries of most freedivers.

Ice cream~! Ice cream~! Everyone loved some ice cream~! Or at least, so she had believed. All to firm on a point, Roq was left to her opinion just hanging there. The fact she was right had been enough to back the crazed fangirl off, her attention shifted between one person after another. "Wahoo~!" Ice cream with a faunus! Ice cream with a poochie! Getting too far out of hand, the young woman randomly made a noise... That could very much question many things. In Tabitha's case, it was because of the imagination of food, that had her drooling in the first place. A wonderment, how she was even able to keep up with her new team. Having believed that at first, the thought vanished, just as Roq had shoved them a good one outside to the ground. "WAHOOOO~!!!!!!!!" Tabitha could not help but yelp and cheer~!!!!!! These two beat the bully!!!!!!! As a defender of faunus rights and protection, their hits only encouraged her own energy to erupt. "FAUNUS PROTECTION JUSTICE SLAM!" The caterwauling erupted had been the sign of her starting her own frenzy, and bolting ahead, while the man was still down, she added her own hit by elbow dropping hard to the man square in the chest. "APOLOGIZE VILE SPICY HUMAN VILLIAN OR FACE A JABBY STABBY TABBY SMASH OF EVIL DOING EXTERMINATION!!!!!!!" After the elbow drop, the poor male was being gripped around her neck in a sleeper hold maneuver, the female bosom pressing to the side of his head. "Apologize to her now!!!! You hit her first!!!!!"

Eszter took in a breath as she couldn’t help but beam at the result of their exhibition. Her emotions were on the rise and in a good way, which oozed out of her causing her to have a sort of extra radiance to her overall “aura” and not the fun battle kind, the aura of one's soul, one's state of mind. Humming she walked back onto the beach with her hands behind her back. Long blue hair glistened with reflected rays of light which only made her pink highlights flash even more from between the blue. It was perhaps time for her to return to Virulent so she could resume working in the tent, but sadly it was proving to be a bit of a boring booth. Besides Garret dropping by, there had been little activity that was of interest. People were either uninterested to what they had to offer, or they didn’t have any information of interest. It was a shame Aurtrox hadn’t decided to stop by considering she was a former student, but perhaps he did not know she was working there? No, knowing Aurtrox he probably knew, he just didn’t want to risk giving up any information he might have. Yep, that seemed to be the most likely scenario.
Her movement stopped as she came across an ice-cream booth right at the entrance of the beach. Considering her fabulous victory with Valleria she deserved a treat!

Kirien nodded her head and sighed as Aya looked to the register before she looked her over. 'This girl is a bit air-headed.... but she at least knows how to have fun.' Kirien thought before she nodded her head but when she realized she did not know who she was, and yelled for her name, the fox turned around and shouted back who she was. 'W-We go to the same school? AND SHE'S A LEADER?!' Kirien felt her heart metaphorically beat out of sync before she shook her head and focused. "GRMLD!" She shouted to her robot, who looked too her while Kirien stared at him. Her suit was on standby to help her machine remain on and holding the sign. "We can't just stand idly by with people walking past us! I need more work because just two custom orders won't do! I need the money to make sure that the homeless atlesians can eat safely inside the homeless shelters for months! Not weeks! DO SOMETHING!!!" She shouted at him before she giggled, soon activating her suit fully and causing the machine to go into fighter mode. Using her hidden tail, she caused the suit to run forward, the loud sounds of its steps coming from the sand before she made it jump, she had outfitted the arms with her secret weapon. As it went into the air, it's left arm focused into the air over some random people as the thruster on the back went off a few times, helping to keep it elevated in the air as it began to fire rather loudly. The sound and slight chaos caused by it was followed by light sprinklings of rainfall over the students closest to the beach and caused a few more to flock to her stand.

Yumeko would watch as Vall would go from on edge to in lovey dovey mode. Maybe that was as far as she went into it. The woman did seem to be injured, and she was at the arena? Hmm, she should have started a betting ring. No, it was good to have a day off from all the illegal gambling. She'd let a smile out. "As I said, you would need to leave, not I, this is my spot." She would have the sweetest smile on her face, she would clap her hands and place them near her face. "You are more than welcome to stay, but there of course is a price." A red gleam could be seen in her eyes. She was excited.
Then she would jump as the man came up from behind her, calling out her name, or at least a derivative of her name. She would place her hand on her chest. "Roswer, you startled me! What are you doing?" She would then see that he was fully dressed. "Rowser, darling, it's the beach, do you plan on swimming in that? If you wanted something to cover your body, I could have gotten you something" Then she would close her eyes. "Well, I would have if I had known you were coming" The entire time she stayed sitting down.

"Last night I dreamt that somebody loved me.."
--------- Poppy could see the change in body language from the rest of her teammates when the man had pushed passed her. She knew that they would potentially be slightly annoyed but wasn't quite prepared for what came next, she watched Chase walk ahead of her, thinking he was just excited to get an ice cream she would watch ahead. However, her eyes would open widely, along with her mouth, as the introverted white haired man would punch the life out of the aggressor from before. He went down like a heavy sack of potatoes, and Poppy didn't know how to respond. "He did that for me?" she said to herself, feeling an overwhelming sense of.. she didn't really even know the feeling. Luckily, the silence from her was soon drowned out by Roq, who found the beating extremely pleasurable. Were they really there for Poppy? why would they put themselves into danger for someone like her? thoughts rushed through the swans head, almost making her dizzy and nauseous. She then watched as the man stood back up, ready to go for Chase, Poppy was about to step forward when Roq had already beaten her to it, and shoved the guy right outside the shop onto his face again, landing directly at her feet.
Poppy looked to Roq, confusion all over her face. She had been in teams before, but she was a slave to them, used for her power and looks.. this was different, her team were actually fighting for her. Poppy felt weird, she would look at the man on the ground who once again tried to get back on his feet.. and then came Tabby. Tabby slam-dunked the man with her elbow, he let out a cry in pain as it was evidently a sore one, Poppy watched as Tabby told him to apologize. The man almost had tears in his eyes as he looked up at Poppy, he would pick himself up and run as fast as his legs could take him. "I'M SORRYYYYYY!!!" he would yell as he ran across the boardwalk at a frightening pace - with his tail between his legs.
Poppy was still in shock, she looked at Tabby and then towards the other two. She didn't know whether to laugh or cry, she was in disbelief that these people would do that for her... or was this all fake, maybe it was an act? Once they moved into the shop and she was closer to them all, she would half smile and hold her arm tightly in her hand. "T-thank you.. for doing that for me..." she said to her team, looking to Chase she would see his hand was bleeding. "Your hand! Is it okay?" she would ask, feeling terrible that this had all happened because of her. "I have some things in my bag to help it if you need?" she said, offering the help.
Poppy couldn't really look Roq in the face, her face was a bright shade of pink as she still hadn't calmed down from the event that took place "Roq, are you okay?" she would ask, an odd, fearful feeling of wanting to care for him was always present. After a few minutes, Poppy would remember what Tabby had said about the ice cream flavours, and when it was her turn to order, she would smile "I'll go for a mint chocolate please!" she said, flashing a smile towards Tabby.
For the first time in a long time, Poppy felt a connection with these individuals. Maybe Edward was right to send her to Beacon after all.

She then noticed a young man approaching her, signing her to be quiet so Yumeko wouldn’t notice, she barely even reacted to him, which made his silent approach even more effective, Valleria started to feel less comfortable now that they were four people instead of a duo or a trio, it’s something she could never explain but she never loved being in crowded areas, Valleria simply wore her hood back on and continued to sit in quiet. now not only they were four, but Yumeko seems to not want Rena around, which did irritate Valleria, Rena was one of the few people she felt comfortable around and now she wants her to leave? “SUCCESS!!” Rowser's hands shot up victoriously as he celebrated his small victory. Startling the crap out of peoples was typically something he reserved for his closest friends. Unfortunately for Yumeko, that included her. He offered a bow, nodding a silent thanks to Rena and Valleria for their “assistance”. So many pretty girls. Coming to the beach was absolutely the right decision. Of course, he did feel a little silly when his attire had been called out.
“Oh, please. Like you're really so surprised.” He plopped down on the sand and gave Yumeko a small “apology” hug. He really wasn't sorry, but sometimes it's best to stay on someone's good side. “You don't think I'll swim in this? You wanna bet?” A sly grin took his face. You'd think by now with the amount of times that very sentence backfired on him that he'd have learned his lesson. Oh, Rowser.......

So, I'm not really able to get up right now. Kinda takes a lot out of me to swap between sitting and standing. As for a price...I'm not terribly good at paying back my debts. You can just ask my brother. And physical contact is kinda not allowed. My semblance is touch based and always active. Can't really turn it off.
