[Possibly flamed them instead of Thread, possibly flew into their air-space causing them to veer and get hit by Thread, etc.] If you've an active Wingleader, OOCly, you should let them know. Feel free to work out what happened--could even be the cause of death to a poor NPC. Either way, it's bad. Have fun angsting and feeling shame!
