Joey had made RVD tap before and sought to do so again! He kept the pressure on the leg he had injured before, yelling "Tap! Tap!"

RVD was forced to tap out, due to his leg being injured throughout the match its pain tolerance was very limited.

RVD taps and Joey lets go! He falls back, not really believing it until the bell rings and the annoucer speaks up.
"Here is your winner and the NEW WORLD HEAYWEIGHT CHAMPION. JOEY GARCIA!" the annoucer yells as the crowd loudly boos, with some cheers. Joey is given the belt and looks down at it. He gets up, raising it above his head as his theme plays and a shower of sparks sprinkle down around him!
Putting it around his waist, Joey poses and taunts at the crowd as he finally feels he has made it in CWF!

 The sound of a low guitar tuning comes up over the PA system as the audience would then turn their heads over to the titantron to see MR. MCMAHON! He would make his way out of guerilla position to a chorus of cheers, as the man, the genius, the most powerful mind in this community today, who had put this all together after having an off screen absence for many, many, MANY years would make his presence be felt at the grandest stage of em' all.. WRESTLEMANIA! he would stand on the stage with a microphone, after looking over a sea of audience members, even some fans bowing. He would be humbled. He would then begin to strut down the long aisle way with the audience clapping, and Joey Garcia in the ring celebrating his championship win. After a long while, Mr. McMahon would finally make his way to the ring where he would make a left turn and walk up the steel steps that were up against the ring pole, as the referee's were attending to Rob Van Dam in the ring, and they would roll him out to give the ring to Mr. McMahon and Joey Garcia, as Vince's theme would fade out. When it did, Vince would raise the microphone up to his lips and speak when the crowd got silent."Ladies and gentleman, let's give it up for JOEY GAAAARCIA!" Vince would say as the audience would erupt in boo's while a small portion clapped and cheered. He would continue talking. "You people need to show some RESPECT, DAMMIT!! This man was MYYY hand picked superstar that'll lead this company to greatness, and he's been the future since day one!! AND TONIGHT, THE FUTURE STARTS... NOW!!" Vince would say, as he would raise Joey's arm up in victory along with his own, and his theme song playing out once more as pyro shot up in the air, in the domeless arena!
