Chosen Power: Ghost / phasing
Limitations:
- Can phase in and out of view. But is remains there, unless she moves.
- When becoming see-through, others may not grasp her see-through parts. If parts remain solid, she can be grasped, touched,etc.
- Can move (walk, run) through solid objects, when see-through.
(not sure how much detail you want, hope this is all right)
Den Link: Melomar I apologize for taking this long. I would nerf this slightly. She can't go completely invisible, and simply blends into her environment but an outline like a heat shimmer remains and make it more difficult for her to move through solid objects, so she wouldn't be able to run. It would be like trying to move through deep snow. Ebonrune This looks good to me! I will place it in my journal for reference, so I don't lose it.

Chosen Power: Telepathy
Restrictions: You need to be close to the other Doggo, 20 feet is the general range. Must focus while using the power otherwise it won't work or everything will be garbled. If used continuously for an extended period of time it can cause headaches and even migraines which make it impossible to use Telepathy. Other creatures can cast someone from their mind via concentration, and telepathy can't be used to force someone to do something.

Suggestion: Power Name: lighting
Power Description: Able to create lightinging. The body of who ever has the power is able to store the electricity and use the power when the feel like it.
Power Limitations: The only way to be able to use the power is you have to be able to make friction or be struck by lightning. Your body need to be able to store the electricity. The stored electricity stay there till you use it.

(This goes for everyone) I want to clarify something about the Silence power. When it removes sound, does it just remove their voice and any vocal noises or does it remove the noise they make when moving/non-vocal noises? The power suggestion of Teleport has not been approved for the domain Silence as it does not relate to that domain. If you want to suggest Teleport as a more general power that would be available to everyone then that is fine. We'll work with you on getting the limitations and power hashed out as we feel it is too OP with how it is worded. Since we're nixing Teleport as a viable power for the domain Silence you are free to come up with another third power. Just remember that it has to be related to the domain, in this case it has to be related to silence.
