Eridia finds: Quote: Child's etching
An image of two children of approximately the same height, etched onto a pilfered floor tile.
And with that, you have found all of the items in this block. All at once, the floor seems to roll and thump, and as this happens the remains of what's left of the taxidermy begins to dissolve into coarse, choking sand.

Team: Flydra, Scorpa, Austri, Oisier, Reisio, Garand Block: Ballblock Obstacles: 2/8 Hazards: 2/3 Reisio basked in Scorpa and Flydra's appreciation. But, good things had to come to an end, and soon a redblood walked up to their group from out of nowhere. They would have jumped, but they currently had no legs. Yuck. The redblood put his nutrition hole on Lieutenant Dromen's capable hand. Reisio's countenance soured. "It would seem to me that the excessive numbers would prove inefficient for searching. The foundation is crumbling. We should spread our numbers to avoid... Unwieldly mass. Unnecessary hazards." The floor creaked under them as they adjusted an upended shelf, as though making their case. They blinked, then looked at their twin and companions. "Oisier........? Others?"

Oisier preened quietly under the older trolls' enthusiasm. Unfortunately the others were soon enough distracted by other matters. None of which involved their initial search. Scorpa was fluttering about over some troll named Lorata. Flydra was trying to reign in the party, but was interrupted by yet more needles. Garand and the green one were flirting. Worse still, a redblood approached their party. Oisier frowned around their fangs. The lowblood was utterly shameless in his approach of Flydra--not even Scorpa who was far closer to him in color. Oisier would have stepped away, but the threat of needles was ever-present. Oisier briefly wondered how the redblood was surviving in those ridiculous shoes. Reisio spoke first. They said what Oisier had been thinking per usual, save for the bit about impractical footwear. "...Indeed," Oisier replied. They knew they were in no position to antagonize the older troll no matter how much his demeanor put them off. Oisier's expression soured further at the redblood's response to Reisio. "Fortunately, that's not a problem that concerns us." Planariant would have most certainly scolded Oisier had they replied with "No s**t." They knew what the redblood was getting at. That didn't mean they wanted to team up, especially when the floor was so we- A pillar tipped over and the wood beneath Oisier's feet gave way.

"He'll come to you as soon as he's able, I'm sure" Garand replied, his small smile amused. It had been a trial keeping Pan from jumping on stars during the competition, he could imagine it wouldn't be much different now as soon as the mouse got free of Scorpa. As talk moved back around to whether the redblood ought to join them, he glanced between the dancer and the twins (that was much easier, now that he'd given himself more time to accept their power) and lifted a hand in a placating motion.
"This room's big enough we can space ourselves without being too far from each other. It should be possible to- Watch out!" Seeing the pillar tip and knowing already that the floor wouldn't take the hit well, he was moving before he'd even had time to think. As they began to fall, he was there, reaching out to grab hold and pull. He fell back away from the hole, bringing them with him, and thankfully landed on more stable ground instead of setting off another reaction.
"Are-" he paused to catch his breath, because that had been an unexpected shot of adrenaline, "Are you alright?"

Investigating the BALLBLOCK
Team: Reisio, Scorpa, Flydra, Garand, Austri, "Zindel"
Obstacles: 2/8

The floor gave out - and Reisio could barely feel it until the sensation that their bloodpusher was squeezing through their throat. Instinctually - and perhaps automatically - their body split apart from Oisier's, sending them crashing backwards just outside of the hole. Their feet dangled over the edge as they watched in horror - but in a blue flash, there was Garand.
Grabbing hold of their twin, and pulling them back to safety. Returning them to Reisio. Tears sprung to the blueblood's eyes. They shuffled to their feet, uneasy after having just been merged and roughly bounced out of Oisier. Hands grabbed at Garand's pantlegs, holding on until they could reattach at least one hand to their twin's. In the meantime, Garand's hand would have to do. A hero.
"Y-you saved us!!"
