Joy heard screaming. This wasn't the first time, though, and now that she had a chance to catch her breath and take stock of her surroundings, all those stupid Saturday Morning cartoons and television shows catering to young preteens kicked in. She could help and she wasn't going to run this time!
It was a little harder to track down which door held the screamer but she tried to find them anyway, jiggling the handle while pounding a fist against the surface, "Hey! Hey! Open this door!" Did she know what she was going to do once said door was open?
Of course not.
You have a death wish, the voice whined in disapproval.poke mattix lemme know if Jason is in the dorm building or not.

Ace - Dorm Room (14 years old)
Ace as a teenager, seldom dreamed. Life inside the orphanage was boring and meaningless. He had been planning for escape for years, while other kids played silly games, he was traning his body to built up physical strength.
That night, he weirdly dreamed. It was simply daily events that took place in the orphanage, they stayed away from him like what they'd do in reality. The tall boy gave them a deadpanned expression and went to some dark corners. To Ace, luring the shadows to talk to him was much more exicting.
He woke up, found himself sleeping on a large bed. Ace immediately knew he wasn't in the orphanage anymore, the small bed there won't accomodate his height while that soft resilent one was able to do so. He first observed the room, a bookshelf filled with cooking and baking books, it had a nice kitchen on the other side of the room, a medium-size sofa and a fridge.
It was a cozy nice room that he'd liked to live forever, he opened the wardrobe and fiddled with the clothes inside. He could easily distinguish three styles roughly were included, which told him there might be three people living in that room. He grabbed a top and a pair of pants unbelivably suitable for his taste and put on, loosely fitted. Ace then opened the fridge and found a slice of cake with a memo: It's mine on it. He took out two eggs and prepared himself a breakfast before he headed out to get a clue what place he was at.
He descended along the stairs and reached the basement. There he saw a petite girl with black hair and a bunny backpack. "Hey, I'm new to here. Can you tell me where am I?"
Maybe it was his height that looked intimidating, the shortie stared at him like a watchful cat and refused to open her mouth. She piqued his interest and thus he further explained the situation he faced. "Can you speak in Chinese?" She finally said something. His answer again made her shut up. "It's safer to move together," he suggested. The petite girl looked at him without much emotion until he received a nod from her.
He went forward to pick her up, she immediately pulled his shirt at the back of collar violently before she calmed down and blamed him silently with a frown. Ace would feel how light she actually was, she looked like a kid more than a teenager. A sweet girlish voice lit up in his mind. That's should be my question, sweetheart.

After the initial shock wore off, Jason was now faced with another frightening situation; someone was knocking on his door. Joy would hear a audible yelp, the teen seriously considering hiding under the large bed sheets but he eventually decided to go and open the door. He didn't want to be rude. It opened slightly, and a tall lankly blonde with messy hair peeped out. "Y-y-yes?" He asked, looking ready to shut the door if Joy showed even the slightest sign of a threat.

It was probably a good thing that Joy had zero ideas of what she was going to do once the door opened. Because if she did, it would have involved hitting whoever answered the door. When she saw it was another teenager, she narrowed her eyes in suspicion, "You weren't beating anyone up in there, were you?"

[ Outside Dorms ] The voice calling to him made him jump, but Liam was so relieved to not be on his own, he eagerly hurried to the red haired woman's side. She said she was scared as well, that they could figure it out together. That was certainly better than going off on his own. "You don't know where we are either?" But it was distracted, attention turning to the other teen that had emerged after him, and had also been called over. Itlingered pn her for a long moment, before lifting again to the older woman. "My names Liam. I'm from Delta city Canada." They were a long way from home, they had to be. They didn't have palm trees in Delta. "I don't know how I got here." ~ That makes two of us.~ He jumped again, whirling, but didn't see anyone that fit the voice. "Did you hear that?"

Town "Dunno. But we can check n'see if any of the apps are working. Does it have any other sort of message sender?" She was fussing with the battery pack, checking to see if it could get any of the phones going. "Probably, he looks big. And smashy." She sounded almost cheerful about it. A loading screen suddenly flickers to life and she let out a pleased whoo! "Okay, I'll try on this one. Even if we can't call for rescue right off, we got control of the situation, okay? This is a survival sitch and I've been training pretty much my whole life to deal with this sorta thing." Kinda. "Okay the reception is s**t and since when did 911 go to voicemail? That's hella suspicious." The redhead flopped down in a chair with the phone and made herself at home, fingers waggling the scalpel with aimless impatience as she looked through the gallery. "This is really weird, there's pics of my mom in here," she sounded irritated by it. "Why the ******** did they scan all these photos and why was she so great at taking selfies." Looking at the notices she added, "They've got like a thousand twitter notices."

Outside DormsThere were a few figures outside as harper emerged from the door, at least she wasn’t trapped inside that was some relief to her as she looked around. Yet nothing outside looked vaguely familiar to her, nothing looked like home let alone as if she was in Canada anymore. A woman with red hair waved her over, she looked at her and the guy standing next to her trying to stare if she could place who or where they were from but nothing came to mind. Slowly walking over she gave them both a half smile, the best she could muster from her confusion. “Hey I know where Delta City is… I live an hour away… but from looking around I’m guessing we aren’t in Canada anymore.” Looking over them both again, a little more carefully than before she still couldn’t recall seeing either one of them before, absolutely nothing came to mind. “Names Harper.” She held out her hand as if to offer a handshake to either of them, though from a standpoint maybe this hadn’t been the best of time to remember manners. “Hear what?” She gave the guy who said his name was Liam a puzzled look.

DEATH OFFICE NO-MARKS BARRICADE
"I'll go see H." he said, "If anyone else wants to tag along, feel free, I never know what's going to ******** happen with that guy or if he's even effected."
Rep climbed over the barricade, deliberately ignoring Mark because he was a traitor who ran off with any gamer girl who batted their long old eyelashes at him and headed in the direction of the life labs. "I tried telling him." he said, a little strained, assuming Carl meant Harrison. "He doesn't remember me, and he doesn't remember anything that went before today for about ten years. He'll figure out weapons as he goes along I'm sure, B0nez - his weapon - isn't dumb. Maybe he'll figure out other things too."
He sighed. "I'm just hoping that Dr H can help us out. He's scary as ******** but he usually at least knows what is going on in a crisis. Maybe you can explain the voices to him if he's shrunk though. Just be careful."
He looked a little concerned.
"He...er. Doesn't like Death division much."

Shu - Around dorm building (15 years old) with Ace currently
That English man picked her up was really tall, especially when she was that short. From his words, he didn't sure when and how he got there, a similar case as her. Yet, she didn't let her defense go down since strangers had a high possibility to be kidnapper. She looked around for people, mainly Chinese women to no avail.
Sitting at a high level allowed her to see sceneries she'd never seen and also facilitated her search. That was the only reason why she didn't reject the man's action at all. She peeked at where her backpack located, inside there was a small dagger that glew in the dark.
Suddenly she heard a voice, irritated. It was very different from her brother's soft voice but closer to one of her sisters. I dunno what you mean. To test if she could communicate with the voice, she answered. Her words seemed to ignite all the anger of the voice, he launched at her with his rants. I already said I. don't. know. I don't know you, I don't know anyone here. I want to find my siblings and get out.
The voice quieted and she took the chance to ask questions. "Hey you, have you seen a teenager boy and two young Chinese women around?" The reply was a disappointment to her, she looked into his eyes just to confirm he wasn't lying before averted her cat-like eyes to the surroundings. "I don't trust you, you're a stranger."
The hand covered by the long sleeves took out a buzzing phone and stared at the twitter with many new messages. While her companion carried her around, she realized the phone actually belonged to her. A She that she hadn't no memory on, herself from year 2017. Maybe a grown-up version of her in another universe, that wasn't uncommon in movie or anime. She wasn't sure if she was lucky or not to have that in reality.
The information provided by conversations on it was chaotic and unorganized. She pulled the tall boy's hair to draw his attention and showed him the phone. "This. What do you think? Are we kidnapped?" They passed through the windows and she carefully examined the place. It looked like some academic infrastructure with open spaces and several blocks of buildings. What do they want from me, Shu pondered over the whole matter.
Being an Asian teen meant she had watched many movies, animes and manga of situations like that. The characters always woke up to find themselves at an isolated place, not knowing each other. Her life had been already a mess, and she didn't need more excitement or new experiences. Her lips pressed into a thin line of what she might need to face.

DEUS DORMITORIES
Chance debated on this for approximately three seconds.
"Nah, still not a looney bin," he decided, even if everything the kid was saying about Pokeymon was not exactly in his wheelhouse of knowledge. He didn't know what Bayblade was either, but the kid had run off before Chance could get a question in about swords and things.
He turned his head to look at Otto, brows raised.
"So," he said cheerfully, as though they had not just run into a crazed child. "Wanna go wander and figure out where we are?"--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DEATH OFFICES
"You are not my Jedi - " Gale started, then stopped, because there was no point in arguing with Mark. He put a hand to his face, dragged it down, then glanced sideways at Lucky, then back over at Rep, more than happy to let him go and find Dr. H.
And, well. There was no point in checking on Caelius. Gale squinted at Carl, then back at Mark.
"I guess I could go check on Allan and Simon," he said with a sigh. "Lucky?"

Basement- Hall Kimberly 14 Kimberly looked at Terry a frown crossing her features as she thought about what he had said. How was she to know if she wasn't on the side of the potential insane lunatics that had brought them here. She parted her lips to make a comment when she noticed there were others appearing. She lifted one finger and crouched down... in the middle of an open hall.. where anyone could see her. "Hnn someone is coming.." She both looked alert and insane as she attempted to hide in the complete open. Fool, at least hide BEHIND something. That voice again.. she was going nuts.. Meegane Ace may see Terry and Kimberly in the hall.

Deus DormitoriesIt had to be a looney bin. Clearly. He kept hearing someone crying and whining about being trapped, and he was certain it was coming from his own head. Although for the life of him he didn't recognize the voice as his own. Regardless, he had no plans of staying put. "Tch. Wander all you want. I ain't stayin' here another minute." He grouched, stomping forward and shoving his hands into his pockets. He started a moment, pulling out a bite size package of Skittles. His brows knit together as he regarded the candy with confusion. Why were these in his.... Oh well. He ripped open the package and continued walking. "I'm gunna find the exit and get the ******** outta Dodge. Warnin' you now, if a nurse tries to get me with a shot, I'm punching her in her wrinkly old face."

Deus Dormitories There were voices, and something shifting next to him as Matt buried his head further into his pillow, the feeling of silk as he tried to keep a hold of the dream that was fading from his mind too fast. It was the day that they had stood in the hospital, Sara’s hand wrapped tightly around his as a darken looked crossed his father’s face before looking down at them both. He watched as the man kneeled down pulling his sister’s hand from his and started to speak. The only words he could remember was that she was dying. Matt woke with a start jerking his head from the pillow blinking the sleep from his eyes as he looked around. Something was wrong, and it started with the fact that the size of his room was only quarter of the size he was accustomed to not to mention the dismal appearance and state of what looked like Ikea furniture in it. Groaning he buried his head into his hands, maybe he had too much to drink the night before, whose party was he at anyway and did he take anything? Nothing came to mind, nothing he could at least could remember as he groaned again at what sort of mess he had dug himself into this time. Something shifted again next to him and looked over noting another face in the same bed he was, someone completely unrecognizable. <********> This was going to be awkward Matt thought eyes looking around for his clothes, nevermind he was completely naked, to bolt before the guy next to him woke up. Must have been someone he had found, tho looking at him it wasn’t someone he normally would try to pick up at a party let alone follow off to some other place that wasn’t his own home or at least a higher standard of living.

Deus Dormitories
Chance waited a moment, then followed after Otto, his own hands in the pockets of his pajama pants. The candy was given a curious look, because someone as scowly faced as this boy seemed the type to carry beef jerky or pocketknives or something, not...Skittles.
But to each their own.
"I won't stop you," said Chance mildly, still following alongside. "Y'know, I read this book once, about this woman who woke up in a place and all of the nurses were actually giant lizard people."

Ace - Around dorm building (14 yrs old) Carrying Shu currently There was indeed someone coming, a beanstalk having an amiable smile carrying a tiny black hair girl. "Oh finally see someone alive, hello." The teenager waved in dim darkness as he walked towards the group of two. The girl who was probably a Chinese looked like a pretty doll. For that, she didn't make any expression to them but her eyes were on them, silently observing. After making sure they were not a threat, she turned to her companion. "We should move, who knows if they had put tracking device on us or the phones."
