"That'd explain why part of it felt familiar. I knew something felt kinda like the thing we've been calling Zac," Cera replied, taking herself and the egg down as well to follow Isaac into the cellar. "I just hope none of them's been called in or something."

The cellar, at first glance, looked to simply be a place for storage. Excess tables and chairs were stacked or kept on the sides, and a few supplies that wasn't able to stay in some sort of supply closet was in here instead. A breaker and junction box could be found right near the entrance Isaac and Cera went through, arguably the least fancy thing in the entire place. Still, like anything of the sort, switches, fuses and wires were there by the dozens. Compared to everything else, it was like getting the jackpot.

"Wait... junction box? That's what this thing is called?" Cera remarked after seeing the box of wires.

"Yup, that's it," Isaac remarked, as his Magnemite illuminated the indicated junction box. "Now then," he began as he opened up the door to the box, exposing all the wiring, "The principle behind my plan is very simple. Most buildings have lightning rods built into them, to prevent everything electrical from being damaged in case of a storm. However, if the lightning bolt in question originates from inside the house, you bypass the lightning rod entirely."

Stepping back away from box, he pointed at it and addressed his Pokemon, "Okay Ferrus, Thunderbolt." Electricity arced around the Magnemite, before lashing out with a devastating crack, frying the junction box. "Alright then," Isaac commented, inspecting the aftermath, "Hopefully that fried everything electrical in this place."

Aile would look around at everyone, looking over at Trish before wincing from Tristan's and Darts' words. "I have my reasons, Trish. And as for the request to surrender, I'm afraid I can't. One, I most definitely would not enjoy a punch to the face. Two, I have a delivery to hand off." She'd run her hand through her hair now that it was out of the bun. She didn't sound cocky during any of that, more nervous and hesitant than anything. She'd put her clutch underneath her arm with her shoes and throw a few hand signals at Kayvaan and Voort before grabbing the clutch once more. The Nidoking would roar loudly, kicking up a Sandstorm around them, probably by now an Aile classic. Kayvaan would join in by summoning a Blizzard towards Darts and Tristan and their Pokémon After the attacks were loosed, Voort would then be recalled as Aile took off once more, Kayvaan bounding quickly behind her. "Now, where's Arkana? Need to find her and get out..."

Tristen saw the sandstorm whip up and quickly covered his eyes with his arms, as the Sandstorm rushed and started to buff every part of him and his two Pokemon. "GAAAH!" Tristen yelped out, unable to see ahead of him for the moment.

"Xatu!" his bird cried out, burying his head in his wing for protection. The Galvantula gave a hiss itself, unable to do more than to keep his head down and away as best as it could.

"No!" He had nothing capable of stopping the storm. The boy looked towards Darts somewhat hoping that the Giratina hybrid had some sort of answer.

The junction box's sudden gift of a Thunderbolt would bring about a spectacular shower of sparks from the wires within, the lights suddenly going out all around the chateau as the remains of the box and wires smoldered. If there was anything wired to make everything known to any third parties, it wasn't going to be terribly useful for the moment. A few emergency lights would come on after a couple of minutes, being the only source of lighting that wasn't wired.

Cera would move back as the sparks flew, her back turned to shield the egg. "Sounds like the sort of reason that buildings use ebonite if they don't want anything stolen easily. Also... hopefully might not be the right word?" She asked as she turned around, barely able to see the aftermath in the reduced lighting. She'd waste no time in moving to leave the cellar. "That box looks like how a burnt Scizor feels."

Amaranth and Swift went in shortly after the door was allowed to open, only for the lights to suddenly go out. "I think he found it too well," she remarked after hearing Freth, followed by a crash. She'd turn to see what it was, but it was currently too dark to notice more than a shadow. What wasn't known was that the guardsman had been caught off guard by the lighting and banged his head on the only pan that was still hanging, a light shout coming afterward.

Rather than take his chances, he'd slink out through the side exit just before the emergency lights came on, managing to lock the door before closing it. "Gah, that girl's largable anyway," he said to himself after exiting, getting into the vehicle parked outside and driving off. "No use in losing our leverage to what we can get back. They'll have to find their own way out."

Back in the kitchen, however, Amaranth would shrug. "Guess it was one of the staff... maybe we should try to get out of here, if we can-" For some reason, Zac would move to her side, trying not to growl. The threat it felt was the strongest right where she was, to say nothing of any of the other Snagems. At least they were nice enough outside of Clara.

"...right, let's get out of here." Recalling her Doduo, Amaranth would quickly take her leave. The energency lights were keeping things from being pitch black, though one thing remained on mind. "Wait... this doesn't look like everyone. Where's the rest?"

The lights suddenly going out would make things tricky for the remaining guardsman, his efforts to catch up to Aile foiled by darkness and the attacks that came from the Snagems fighting her. He stopped himself before he wound up tripping, but hadn't expected the environmentalist to run right into him, sending them both to the ground.

Though the emergency lights would come on shortly after, the scant moments of darkness might give Aile a chance to escape.

Arkana would glance upwards as the lights went out, blinking as her night vision would begin to kick in. She'd turn in the direction of the loud noise, listening and tracking her head as the guard fled out the door and listening to it lock. "Huh. He thinks that can keep us in." She'd crack her knuckles as the emergency lights turned on, staring at the door still. "You think that can keep us in..." A shadowy aura would engulf her hand as she began to walk up to the door, stopping only when she noticed Amaranth leaving another way. "Well, I suppose that works, too. And where are the others? Probably dealing with..." She'd bit the bottom of her lip as she realized what was going on probably. "They're probably confronting Aile still." She tilted her head as she caught up with Amaranth, obviously putting some thought into this. "Darts I have no doubt is going after her, if the look on his face when I did see him gave anything away, he was pissed at her. I can only hope she didn't take any drastic measures here. In events like these, she's known to be more subtle, so she wouldn't use Tatooine as much as Kayvaan and I, but Darts isn't the average opponent..." Her face would have a worried look as they continued on, hoping that things hadn't gone too out of hand yet.

Aile would indeed used the blackout to her advantage, taking off as fast as she could and thankful she took off her heels before the lights went out, her footsteps being mercifully more quiet. Kayvaan would still follow her, belching out a Smokescreen to help keep them off track for longer after the emergency lights turned on. Periodically, he'd throw a Water Shuriken at one of the lights as well, knocking it out and making it harder still to see. "So, think we should wait for her at the main entrance?" Kayvaan would nod as he caught up to her, throwing out yet another shuriken at one of the lights, followed by a few hand signals. "Be careful if you're going to look for her, okay?" Kayvaan would nod before he split off from her at the main hall, Aile now aiming for the main entrance while Kayvaan went further in.

A Sandstorm huh? Darts doesn't hesitate before plunging into the swirling mass of particles, using one gilt hand to seal the grains away from his eyes inside of the depths of his crest. His Honchkrow is forced to back off with a harsh caw as its trainer charges in. Of course it is at this moment the power decides to shut off, plunging the gambler into a black-as-night desert escapade. He hears Tristen's shout and fishes in his jacket, feeling every battering gust of wind through every thread of the thing as he produces another Pokeball, clicking it to full-size before he throws it. "Dragalge!" He commands, releasing the imitation kelp Pokemon into the center of the maelstrom. "Rain Dance! Clear this out for me!" There's a wooshing noise from in the center of the storm in front of Tristen before he would note a billowing of clouds around the edges of the granite storm and a downpour of massive proportions blotting out the Sandstorm, leaving one very soaked and very irritated both literally and figuratively Giratina hybrid in the middle of where it had once been as the emergency lights kick into gear. "Let's go!" He insists to Tristen, twin beams of red light arcing out to scoop up both Pokemon he had deployed before hurrying off in the direction he thought he had heard Aile go. "Could do with a light." He comments idly to the boy as they continue their pursuit.

"I already got Tristen going after her as well." I told Arkana. "He's pretty capable in his own right. It was probably better for him to go than with me. Didn't really need to give her too many excuses to pull out Regirock in this place." I said.

"Blizzard, come on. Amaranth is apparently on to something." Freth said.

"Yea, right behind you." I said. "Weavile, let's go. We got cover to provide."

"Weavile!" my Pokemon spoke up, following behind.

"Don't feel too bad, Arkana. She made her choice. I wish I had better words of comfort, though, admittedly. Turncoats is one hell of a sore spot with me. Toren found that one out the hard way."

"Which is funny...didn't she see you blast Toren with a Sheer Cold a while back? You know, your last fight with him?" Freth asked.

"Oh yea. Which you got to admit, even knowing that, talk about nerves of steel." I said. I then perked up, taking notice to the place then looked towards Amaranth. "Amaranth, up ahead should be a wine cellar. That should be our way out of here."

"Don't mind me if I grab a couple of bottles on the way out." Freth spoke up.

"Seriously?"

--------------------------------

Tristen then looked up when the sandstorm was overtaken by the rains of Darts's Dragalge. "Thanks Darts." Tristen spoke up, shaking his head. "Yea, let's go." Tristen said, his crest lighting up, using Flash to light up the hallway. "Galvantula, Xatu, let's go!"

His two Pokemon were quick to follow suit, Xatu taking flight and Galvantula running along the walls, both Pokemon keeping up with their trainer. The rains could do nothing about Aile's scent, fortunately enough. "This way!"

A certain Houndoom hybrid would stir from their position on the floor, lifting their head groggily. Silver would claw at their own face for a moment, trying to get themselves out of the drunken stupor that had apparently caused them to pass out on the floor shortly after having been pounced on by Zac. It figured that they had somehow managed to miss nearly the entire battle, or whatever it was, that had happened. Speaking of which.. What had happened?

The hybrid was feeling a little disoriented, what with the whole still being drunk, and of course from the loud noises surrounding them. Still clutching Darts's Under King belt, Silver would somehow manage to get back up onto their feet, despite feeling a tad shaky. "Darts? Clara? Where did you two go?" Silver would growl out, despite the shakiness in their voice. Perking their ears up to listen carefully for the closest teammate. They'd find out what was going on from someone, regardless of if it was one of the people they were actually looking for.

Clara wouldn't just be in the kitchen but infact she would be the ULTIMATE NINJA! Stalking the Woman with red tips in her hair. She snarled like silver, just less angry, or scary, but she is so coool! Her spot where impeccable. Firstly the metal table gave perfect cover for hiding behind! Though her hair was too high up. Secondly the Fallen fridge! Perfect! She would amazingly roll behind the fridge like ninja she is, hopefully they ignored the three pots she banged around doing so. Now if only her big body would allow her to hide properly, Sadly her butt under her long dress would stand out.

Thirdly was the most important! The lights went out and it was her time to strike. In the dark She would leap from behind the Fridge and just as the lights flashed red "Hi!". Clara would look up like a lost puppy ignoring her bleeding hand. "Your- You- You are a cool! And I- *hick* would like to say" Clara would lean in awkwardly swaying but end in a whisper "I- I *hick* think your a pokemon" Claras eyes would barely be open, "Hey shooosh, I'll keep your secret if you help me out of here. My legs are trying to go to sleepy sleep."

Leslie would stare at the guard attempting to persuade away Zac. It seemed that she was needed in order to do something stupid to keep this little thing in play. Leaping into the air and aiming to land onto the dog's back, Leslie hoped that whatever wild ride was about to happen would get them into the clear.

Groaning back into consciousness, Beau was quick to find himself in the interesting position of being tangled amongst a Nidoking's back spikes while a sandstorm raged around them. He barely had time to get used to his view before the perch he had inadvertently taken was poofed away and he was forced to hit the ground running. Taking off after Aile, Beau found himself intrigued now. Where had all that bravado of hers gone. "Hey! Mind yelling back an answer as to the hell you doing this for?! Power is out, bugs should be down!"

"Yeah, I have no doubt she remembers that," Arkana replied to Blizz and Freth, looking down. "I mean, she told me what all happened during that, how she got the prototype suit, and then fighting Toren. So, that once again- Wah! Um..." She'd turn to stare at Clara when she came up to her side. "Oh, um, well, thanks... And at least a decent portion of the team knows that, depending on the form I take, sweetie. Blizz, Freth, and I believe Amaranth at least know, among the people here with us." She'd pause to lift Clara onto her back, noticing Silver calling out for Darts and Clara. The Zoroark would head over to Silver, not realizing that the girl on her back was the same Clara. "Wow, you're heavier than I was expecting... Hey, put your arms around my neck, and put as much pressure on your hand as you can. And as for you," she'd say, poking the Houndoom hybrid, "keep a hold of my scent. If I'm not mistaken, I barely heard you call me out to the resident ghostly dragon hybrid, so you've got one heck of a sense of smell. We're going to get out of- Oi! Get off of him! Didn't you hear me go off on the others on how to treat a legendary Pokemon?" She'd growl in frustration at Leslie's antics, rolling her eyes. "Damn kids..."
PostPosted: Tue Nov 01, 2016 7:37 pm

"hehehe silvy she's fluffy! somehow? But she's fluffy. Your scruffy...Wait." Clara would look sluggishly look over at leslie riding the pokemon " You.. You... Hot stuff. This-This isn't the rodeo. Your not suppose to ride every pokemon!" Clara would take a second "*hick*Wait I am too!" She would say hugging the zoraork "Your awesome."

However the kids comment would strike a note with clara a little. She is a kid. Even if she graduated top of her university at only the age of fourteen. It doesn't stop her from being a child, and having child like..... Fluffy. Clara's drunk mind would get distracted playing whit the giant red fluff that only she could feel.

With Isaac storming off to complete some tech assignment, Dan was left with the pyrotechnician. Great. But then that too changed when said hybrid dived off to go assist with chasing Aile. Great. Well what was he suppose to do? "Well I still have my disguise..." Again not a viable camouflage but he was getting rather tired of sitting by idly without contributing to the effort. What was even the point of him coming if he couldn't help the team? But his patience would be rewarded with the eventual blackout. This was it! "Alright! Melusine, help me down!" he called upon his Dragonair to help him safely glide down as the emergency lights cut back on. This along with his "mask" should be enough...hopefully. Returning the serpent, he'd make his way to the kitchen with the group that was looking for a way out. He was welcomed with the sight of Leslie trying to ride that hound from earlier like a Tauros and Clara who was three sheets to the wind. "...Okay then. What are you guys up to?"

Connor continued his pursuit of Tristen who in turn was after Aile. He was clueless as to what he was doing until he rounded the corner and saw the redhead traitor. Breaking out into a run, the chase was on; however, he was surprised to see the Vivillon hybrid gliding overhead. He wasn't even aware he was here, but now that explosion from earlier was beginning to make sense. Just as he caught up, he was struck by a sudden Sandstorm, forcing him to shield himself from the coarse wind. After the Rain Dance cleared that up, he followed the others in the pursuit of Aile.

"KrowKrow!" Murkow was calling out overhead of beau and alie, Though Rein was nowhere to be found, Was he hiding? Or just scared of dark places? Never mind that now, Someone heard beau shout from what it was, Rein hid behind A Metallic table, Catching the murkrow as it came back to him " shes there hmm?" he whispered " Use quash on her again again this time dont let go , Deino come out and use roar on Kayvaan , " I will be the hero this time" Rein though to himself as he started walking towards alie.

Aile would feel the effects of the Quash once again and look around, noticing the Snagems behind her once more. While the Deino would Roar, Kayvaan was already away in a different direction, so he would be unaffected. However, with the relentless pursuit and her patience wearing thin, she’d turn to face them once more. “Enough!” Going through her clutch once more, she’d pull out a simple Pokeball, which contained only one Pokemon. “I’m loathe to do this, but you leave me with little choice. Tatooine! Shadow Pit!” She’d throw out the red and white orb and release the Shadow Flygon within, who roared loudly as she emerged before slamming her tail on the ground, imparting the area in front of it with virus infused ground energy, turning the area in the hallway entrance into something resembling quicksand. “Back off! All I wanted was a peaceful night, something that didn’t go to l'enfer, but then you lot had to all show up and stick your noses where it didn’t belong! And now…” She closed her eyes and gritted her her teeth, a scowl appearing on her face. “Also, my reasons are mine alone. I doubt most of you would care at this point, anyways,” she’d finally answer, her voice calming down.
