Please go to the application forum and fill out the request for the two tails there, it also requires and rp sample on that page. There were multiple requests for the two tails earlier, so I am expecting people are working on their responses in order to try and obtain it.

sunagakure is not a village available yet Iwagakure was in more demand. There are applications going on for iwagakure kage that can be found on the main page if you wish to apply.
