Hivestuck Name: Leeroi Furore Activity: Endurance Resources gained: +2 Labour +1 Morale Leeroi moved quickly through the hub, picking up just about any odd job that was left laying around. Things were getting hectic, and it was obvious more trolls had filtered out to the facilities, but overall he could see the improvements being made in the little time he had been there. He could hardly contain his excitement for the space ladder, even with annoyances like Eridia ruining his mood occasionally. Spotting a small maintenance bot having difficulties cleaning the floor, Leeroi jumped to action to help out the bumbling mech. With a gentle, but forceful push, he guided the robot to the nearest repairs station. Perhaps he could get repairs or parts for his arm there, as well, he considered. It wasn't something he had thought of before, but it would certainly help him in the long run. (1000 Words Action 1/2)

Out of the corner of his gaze, he noticed a few drones having issues with their current work. The perfect drones to need his assistance! He ran up to them, and then immediately realized he had no idea how to help. "Yeah, I don't know, just... uh," Leeroi grabbed the unit and turned it around in his hands. "Just... be careful with it. Yeah." He dug deep in his thinkpan, trying to remember any safety training about the units. "Don't, ah, get your fingers pinched between the... thingies," He explained, and the drones responded with kind nods. Huh, Leeroi laughed. Fake it till you make it, he guessed. Quote: Managing to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the workers around you allows you to maximize efficiency in delegating! Nicotr had managed to push himself into a sitting position, but man his vision was swimming. As per usual though, that righted itself relatively quickly. It wasn't his first tumble down stairs and it certainly wouldn't be his last.
Still, with the hustle and bustle around this part, maybe it would be fore the best if he put up a sign on that stairwell. He may have only fallen at the end of the trip, but those stairs were honestly too steep to be sending anyone his age or just short of stature up.
Nictor was sure Bee was circling about the research center, but he couldn't hear him for the sounds of drilling and engines and machinery. It would have been nice to see him while he was out here.
While he couldn't hear Beehemoth, he did smell that floral scent again. And then something touched him, causing Nictor to jolt and scabble back away from the source of unexpected contact. His head whipped up to find out what had nudged him to find that greenblood and oh, oh man that tree lusus is a lot larger up close.
Wonder what that plant ate. What if it was trolls, like the ones in Kolako's forest?
Luckily, that train of thought stopped before it started when the greenblood addressed him by, well, not by name. But an approximation of his name. Nictor's eyes widened and clutched at his sleeves nervously. How did this troll know his name and why was he asking if he was okay?
Okay, Nictor did just take a trip down the stairs and was laying on the ground.
He didn't really know who this greenblood was, but, but he had had flowers and Kolako had run right up to them and chatted, so, they were probably nice? Well, it didn't matter if they were actually nice or just playing nice, he'd been asked a question and it was best that he answered.
"I-I-I ahh, I j-just f---ell is a----ll," Nictor stammered out, eyes darting nervously again to the tree lusus, but he found himself unwilling relaxing a bit at the sweet scents of nature that seemed to wreath the two before him.quite uneventful just to keep you in the loop DraconicFeline Nic didn't hear Kolako and Sephos's chat due to all the noise he caused :U Hivestuck Name: Nictor Sabbat Activity: Tactics Resources gained: +4 labor

Sephos asked, narrowing his eyes. It was a pretty intimidating expression, to be honest, but Sephos had no idea of that. This was just his face. "... because it looks like you fell down stairs." he looked up. "A lot of stairs." he amended, "And you're all bruised up." Well, starting to anyway. A few bright points were starting to bloom faintly under the other troll's skin. Other than that, though, the other troll seemed to be... intact, at least. "You want some salve?" he asked, fishing a packet out of his overalls and offering it to Nictor.

Quote: You manage to perform so well that the drones working alongside you are given re-training to improve their efficiency. Nictor went deathly still when the greenblood started glaring at him. Oh no. No no no. That was not the look of mercy or kindness. That was the face of a greenblood confronted with something particularly offensive to their sensibilities and was about to have it forcibly removed from existence via giant intimidating tree lusus.
What did he do to set off the greenblood though? Was it because he wasn't back up and working? Was it that he was inept enough to fall in the first place? Why was the greenblood pointing out that he fell down stairs and bruising? Should Nictor have mentioned that?
Nictor jolted again and curled into himself as the greenblood reached for something in his pocket. Only the greenblood didn't pull a weapon from his pocket but a salve packet. Nictor blinked. He blinked twice. He blinked three times when the packet was offered to him.
Oh.
What if it was a ploy though? The look on his face said it could be. If he was offering to help, why was the greenblood glaring at him? Though saying no could just make the greenblood more upset. Nictor deliberated for a few moments, still curled away from Sephos, eyeing his hand like a hissing scalebeast that was waiting for his soft tummy to be exposed to attack. It was tentative and took a minute or so, but Nictor finally reached out with a shaking hand and took the packet. He pulled back quickly, still eyeing Sephos nervously, then looked at the salve. It was the good kind too.
"Th-th-tha----nk y-you," Nictor managed to force out softly, almost unheard over the bustle and noise of the base. Nictor didn't know why the greenblood was wearing such a story expression, but it didn't seem like any kind fo attack was imminent. He was just being helpful. Nictor slowly began to relax.
Nictor's ears did start picking up something though. The buzzing of Nictor's giant buzzbeast lusus was growing audible as Beehemoth approached, not sighting Nictor yet, but was bound to momentarily.

Quote: Testing the resistance pool and other important space training mechanisms back at the research facility falls to you. Kolako had lost track of both Nictor and Sephos after receiving the flowers, remembering only that she'd left the area somehow with the flowers in hand. She'd hadn't even the chance to give them to Nic! Koko was disappointed. It was alright though-- She'd just keep them in her hair until she found him again. They looked nice in there anyways! The brownblood wandered into the main hub again, ready to work for the day when she was assigned to go to the research facility and test out some training mechanisms for future space training mechanisms. It was interesting and rather a cool exercise!

Quote: One of the machines goes haywire, and you get to be the one to dodge its various flying parts as you try to find the off button. At least you learned a little something about robotics today! As she wandered the facility with wide, curious eyes, unintentionally searching for any troll she may know, the brown blooded female felt her thoughts drift off to sadder things. She hated thinking about things, and normally, when something bad like what happened with Eridia occurred, she blocked it out of her life completely. It was hard to get her confront her emotions, and being alone only made things worse. It made her wallow in those emotions, and with no Papion to steal her away or wild beasts to hunt, she only felt more stressed. A sudden life wire lashed out nearby, and so as to push away her thoughts, the redblood scrambled into action, easily switching her attention to the machine. This was definitely more her turf.

Poe nodded. Everyone needed to eat! So that would be a really smart place to look. And secretly, he breathed a sigh of relief that Mahmud had verbally announced its location, saving him the trouble of shuffling around and trying to look like he knew where he was going, when he couldn't see too well right in front of his face like that. He adjusted his goggles, hoping it didn't look suspicious.
He let Mahmud take some of the papers, glad to have the load off. He'd feel better once his hands were free again and he could move them however he'd like. "Thank you! Wow, um, my lusus she's a big woolbeast... bleatbeast... horns!" He gestured wildly, ending with a hand full of papers reached over his head, waving the size of the horns. They were made of paper and didn't really change her appearance significantly, but Poe thought it was better to be safe and keep her anonymous as well. He didn't know if he could pull the wool over the eyes of anyone with it, but... oh well! "She's probably somewhere around here, since she's not too big to come inside, is your Ommy big?" he asked.
"Puns are my most favorite thing! How did you know! Wow! Well, all jokes are, and word play things, but I think puns are really fun because you have to be clever to make them, and smart and also they're super punny!" he started, walking to keep up with Mahmud. If he lost track of his voice he would have a hard time getting around. "I spend a lot of time thinking of good jokes so that I can make people laugh, because if they're laughing that means they're happy! Though, not everyone likes them, I guess, because sometimes they just get mad instead when I try to tell jokes," he said.

Quote: A seemingly unrelated topic to building a space ladder but incredibly relevant to your interests proves itself to be useful! Everyone is in awe of your knowledge. Rastin was not amused by all of the attention he was getting about this. Honestly, it didn't seem all that big of a deal. He'd figured out that building a space ladder would probably be a decent idea and everyone had lost their minds over how intelligent he was. The teenager folded his arms and rolled his eyes. He could probably dangle a feather on a string for these people and they'd think he was some kind of magician. Such simple minds, honestly. He paused for a moment, something remembered forcing it's way to the surface. "... you're welcome." he added, almost an afterthought. Another moment. Another bit of hesitation. "Be more careful on stairs." He said. He was about to leave for his dorm when he heard Maku make a low humming sound. Come, come to the nectarAt around the same time, Sephos became aware of an organic buzzing - an insect of some sort? Oh come on... thought Sephos, grimacing. Hivestuck Name: Akkira Kagone Activity: Troll Relations Resources gained: +6 morale Akkira had spent so long listening to the lectures that came from the older trolls around her, talks about what the team needs and how to boost morale among the weary and unmotivated troupes. This wasn't exactly interesting to the young troll as she felt that trolls should just be able to motivate themselves to do whatever it is that they are supposed to. Why were they here if they didn't even have the motivation to move forward? It was just the most insane thing she could ever think of. " Can you believe this? If they aren't here to work, then they should just go home, they're just going to take down the rest of the team," Akkira grumbled, adjusting her haori a little bit, noting that it was just slightly tighter across her shoulders. " Well, some trolls just don't have a strong will or would rather not be working, little one," the young redblood listened quietly to the specter and didn't comment, it. She just couldn't understand how someone could be unmotivated.

Transferring 10 Moral to Facility 3 Moving to Facility 1 CamoDad had been hiding. It was his specialty. Caiden looked all around the science building, searching for his father. Finally Caiden found the reptile curled into a small hideyhole, and had turned himself the same color as the building. "CamoDad!" Caiden said as he neared the reptile. Caiden got up real close to his dad, the reptile was looking a bit off. "Hey Dad?" Caiden started in a voice much quieter than his usual boom. "Are you okay? Is this looking a little too busy and crazy?" CamoDad's eyes swiveled around. "Yeah it is pretty busy... Hey, i was gonna go to this other place, actually a few places, got some errands! Wanna join me?" CamoDad's eyes swiveled again and he uncurled from his spot. "No! Itl be safe! I mean, we are going to go sneak into the other facility or something! Im sure it will be completely safe!" Caiden said with a big smile. CamoDad sighed, this was a lot of... everything. The reptile was not sure he wanted Caiden exposed to all this... everything. With sad eyes CamoDad fallowed Caiden to wherever they were going, listening to his precious innocent boy babble, ignorant to the chaos and corruption around him.

'Ardais' fiddled with her braid a little as she strode through the hub. Trolls seemed hard at work, getting that space ladder going. Not much in the way of lulls in their efforts to prepare. So, she figured she wouldn't feel bad about slipping off to take another swing at Civisect. Luxara hadn't been able to find Etsali lately, but she did know Forera would be around. Raid seemed to help Forera's mood some, so frankly the more the merrier.
As she went on her way, she caught sight of a drone moving stuff along. "Yo! Hey! Where you taking that? Facility one? How about I take this off your hands n' you take a break, huh?" she asked, soon grabbing hold of the cart and bounding off.Quote: Luxara is moving 10 morale to facility 1!
