Amount of tents the group has made: 1
It took a bit, but after a while Amili seemed to get the hang of things. The poles to hold up the tent went in one spot, while the stakes to keep it in the ground were tied up in another and then stuck in the dirt. Camping was certainly physical work, and the Imp could feel beads of sweat dotting her brow as she finished her work.
When she was through, however, she stood back up properly and gazed at the tent she had managed to pitch all by herself. "Not bad," she murmured, "Not bad at all!" With her chores done and out of the way, Amili then decided to go and relax while she had the time. Perhaps she'd even make a few new friends while they were on this trip; only time would tell.

"Reading, and it's Fidel. If you use it again I'm...I'm not going to respond to you at all, I'll assume you're talking to someone else."
He folded the map up, and began pulling out the poles, snapping the ends into long, bendy curves.
"You know, you've been...very rude. I'm sorry if I bothered you before. But I don't think that kind of behavior is in compliance the school's Code of Ethics section, and you're...frankly, you're setting a bad example for the younger students."

Amount of wood the group has: 40
Patches looked a little dejected for all of .1 second and Mahuyah declined her request. But considering the others were willing to wait she would be able to settle on that too. Perhaps that could get something on the bus going after it had stopped. "You're right, we'll get some cute ones once the bus stops!" The rest of their bus right was spent with her looking through the pictures she'd already taken, reading up on her plant guide, and causally chatting with Mahuyah and her new friends. Sometimes she found herself staring out the window as well, trying to get used to the amount of light that was the Above.
The bus came to a stop and immediately everyone went to work on getting things set up for the camp. "Let's all meet back on the bus once we get our tasks done, okay? We'll get that shot then." She smiled and then climbed out of the bus with her backpack secured to her back. She waited to be told what group she be in and her tailed wagged a bit sadly when she got separated from Mahuyah for the time being.
"Awww, well good luck with the tents Mahuyah. It's off to adventure for some wood for me!" She gave her friend a quick hug before seeking someone she knew who was also on the wood hunting team. "Wanna group up Nashira and Nadina? Better safe than sorry~" She was happy Nadina had gotten put into the wood hunting group since it involved a little more exploring than the tent group and she knew the girl missed Above. She glanced around her immediate area to pick up what she could find that would make some good firewood.

Tent Maker Amount of tents the group has made: 1 The hybrid felt the carriage bus lurch to a halt and heard their guide, Claire, instructing them they had made it. More or less anyway. She took this chance to slip away, golden eyes peering back at her seatmate hoping they had not noticed. or maybe they had pretended not to notice. Either way, she felt the sting of embarrassment lessen as they made their way to the campsite. In all honesty, Harley had never constructed a tent. She never went camping in the outdoors and she could not tell if she would have been better at gathering wood than this, but she persisted, trying to erect one of the many tents that her campsite needed. The instructions seemed to be of little use to her. Things ended up in places they should not have and she became a mess of poles. With a huff, she decided to start back at square one before asking someone who was more successful for help.

Tent Maker Amount of tents the group has made: 2 Xerxes opened his mouth, a response on the tip of his tongue. He had almost responded without being prompted or asked a question — an unusual thing for him. Frowning, he crossed his arms over his chest and sunk down into the seat a bit farther and stared out of the window. It wasn’t long before they had reached Above and the driver — or whatever they were — was giving them directions on what they had to do. Some were sent after wood and some, like Xer and his new chimera companion, were tasked with setting up tents. He glanced to Niamh, blushing at her offer to team up with her. Rubbing his cheeks, Xer just shrugged, trying to stay calm and not get flustered. He was, honestly, not used to strangers inviting him to do things. And, for some reason, he found himself following after her. Unlike Niamh, it seemed, Xer had a bit of experience with setting up tents. He wasn’t a master, but he did know the basics of how they worked. As he worked on his tent, Xer found himself opening and closing his mouth several times — wanting to start a conversation but not really knowing exactly how. He finally settled on going with the subject they’d left off on during the bus ride. “I love to explore, believe it or not. That’s why I decided to come on the trip. It was a kind of once in a lifetime type thing. I knew I would of regretted it if I hadn’t of come.”

 Wood CollectorAmount of wood the group has: 50 Samhain was rather glad that they were stopping, since he definitely needed to stretch out his wings and stop sitting on his tails. He hadn’t practically moved them during the drive over because he had wanted to make room for Bebe when she had sat down. So of course as soon as he got off the bus he stretched his wings out. Night here was definitely brighter, but then everything had been brighter in Above. Seeing which group he was placed in, he gave a small sigh. Well it wasn’t as if wood collecting was the worst thing out there. He figured it would be safe enough now with a dedicated task and he didn’t want the mask to accidently fall off. So he took it off and placed it in his backpack which he placed over to the side since he definitely didn’t want to carry it around while, he figured it should be safe, and with that all squared away he started up on his task. Well that looked like a good piece of wood. Before he knew it he suddenly had his arms full of ten different pieces of wood. He could probably carry more but they were getting a bit cumbersome. Time to head back.

 Wood Collector Amount of wood the group has: 59 Somewhere along the way, Thian had nodded off. He jerked awake when the bus stopped, frowning until he realized he wasn't being shaken out of his bed. Right. A class trip. And they were being asked to help. After a few minutes of futile frowning and weighing his options, the demon rose to help, picking up a few handfuls of wood and bringing them back to the campsite.

Tent Maker Amount of tents the group has made: 2  She listened to him as he spoke, and noticed he had even completed his tent! "Oh wow, you're good at that, Xerxes! You'll probably get a bunch done before my inept self manages this one..." She wished she could ask for help, but there were too many to do, so it was best to keep on struggling while he worked on another one. She frowned, and then... managed to take down what she'd done so far by tripping over a cord and falling over the whole mass. "OOF. Gracious that wasn't... very skilled of me..." She blushed red, biting her lip, and righted herself. "Well... Exploration is a great thing to do, and this is a great chance at it." She went back to working on the tent, fixing what she'd just messed up, as she spoke. "Are you planning to be an explorer of some sort when you graduate?" She looked curious with this question, her two colored eyes bright with interest.

Azure was still struggling to find wood after dropping off what he had gathered the last time. he began to wonder off a bit further to look where he had not seen any others at yet making sure he kept his lamp with him while he gathered up some wood, soon he came across an empty hollowed tree trunk that he could easily break up into more pieces of wood, so he broke it down and took what he had found before he made his way back towards the campsite. along the way he found a bit more wood and went to go put it up.

Wood Collector Amount of wood the group has: 78  Aurora put away her water bottle and went back to work. She smiled as she had a much easier time finding wood this time around, she gathered as much as she could in her arms and took it back to the wood pile. She paused there watching the others come and go for a bit. Aurora once again wondered what they would discover on this adventure. Aurora looked around the forest edge and then back to the bus and all the others on this trip. Would anyone get hurt, lost?? Aurora hoped it wouldn't be her but she knew anything could happen on a camping trip so it was best to be ready. OOC Rp welcome, quote if intrested.

Tent Maker Amount of tents the group has made: 3 The chimera gave a yawn and stretched wings and arms as she alighted from the bus. Her sleep went uninterrupted, which now meant she was refreshed and raring to go! And although the sunlight in Above was so ridiculously bright for someone from Below, she still managed to observe her teammates in their attempts to pitch up a tent. "Yaaaaay!" she cheered without a single hint of irony before turning to the imp she first watched. "I totally just did what you did and it totally worked!"

Wood Collector Amount of wood the group has: 87  Bridgette looked around and watched as some of the others started to build tents and things like that. That was nice they would need those to sleep in. She decided to go in a completely different direction this time to find wood hoping this direction would be better. As she walked she looked very carefully for fire and each piece she found she picked up until she couldn't carry anymore comfortably or without worrying she would drop them. She went back to the pile and smiled as she dropped off her bunch of wood. The pile was really starting to grow, which was really good. She didn't want anyone doing this too late into the night since that could lead to people getting hurt or lost and none of those would be good. She was rather happy the pace was starting to pick up and that she had found a lot of fire wood this time around. OOC Welcome to any interactions or Rp just quote if you want to.

Tent Maker Amount of tents the group has made: 3 Harley sighed. There was a piece missing but somehow it stayed up. "Maybe this one... Maybe this one can be used without it!" She felt triumphant in her new discovery before a slight breeze picked up and the whole thing collapsed. Back to square one. Not many had seemed to have completed their own tent, but Harley wanted to help out and maybe they new how to help. "Um..." She tried to not embarrass herself this time. "Excuse me... How were you able to do that so easily?"

Xerxes winced as he watched Niamh trip and crash into her half set up tent. “I’ve had practice. I like to camp. I’m not an expert but I know enough to get things done.” He wanted to help, but they’d been given instructions not to. So instead, he went to gather up supplies for another tent and returned to where Niamh was so that they could talk more. “I’m...not really sure what I want to do. I’ve been toying with the idea of doing something alchemy related, but I’m just not one hundred percent sure yet.” He eyed the supplies for the next tent, rolling his shoulders and wondering just how many he could get set up before they met their quota. “You said you wanted to work with familiars. In what way? Like a vet? Or a breeder?”
