Lasarra Post 2 "She is pretty isn't she? But no staring, you know it's rude." She briefly took in the looks of the woman, but didn't look for long. Lasarra wasn't completely comfortable with Obans just yet and she didn't want to cause the other woman to pay more attention to the pair of them then was needed, so it was best to get her daughter to pay attention to something else. She would be able hold a conversation with the woman should Lasseyn's looks get her attention but she would rather not. "Weren't you talking about food just a second ago?" She asked, hoping to get her daughter's attention back on food and off the woman.

Niadra Post 2 There were so many things everywhere, and she really didn't know where to start. She knew she wanted to bring home some spices, her mate loved her cooking and she was sure that if she had something new he would be happier then ever and not so made that she left. But she was kind of scared of being ripped off. How did she know what she was buying was the real stuff? Looking around she noticed an Oban man who looked like he knew about food and spices, if his big belly had anything to say about it. "Excuse me sir? Are you busy? I need some help picking spices and I figured asking a native would be the best way to go."

Nuri 2
"I do..." Nuri responded slowly, after glancing back to see if they were gathering the warriors. Looking back up toward Nadiya and her place in the stands, and listened to her speak with no real emotion on his face. Though his eyes did glance about at the flute in her hands. Yes, it seemed like she might be able to at least recognize Aseara.
"No...no that's not it..." He said slowly, before clearing his throat, "I am actually looking for my wife...she's well known around here as the owner and a dancer at the Red Amaryllis. Maybe you have seen her?"

Ondine Post 2
Ondine narrowed her eyes as the girl seemed to be in a huff, before eying her up and down once more. Yes, she seemed quite interesting, with the color of hair and deep skin, "You aren't from around here, are you kid? "
It was followed by a bit of a grin, before she glanced at Volkarosh and her markings as well, "You know, it's rare I've seen other people with mixed blood...I think I can tell what you are...leaf and ice..I've got a friend with that coloring..."
Glancing toward the kid, she huffed a bit, "But you...you I can't tell...is that hair even natural?"

Saint Sergio @Ceredwyn - adding a bit more to get my second post in Carminer Post 2
Seeing as the girl beside him was a bit distracted, Carminer took a moment to look out at the contestants around him. The colors of all the earthlings, the sounds and the sights, it was such a thrill. Maybe he should attempt to sell some of his wine at the local stands; it was worth a shot especially at the major bars around the area. It was all so many options, but at the end of the day he really didn't feel like he wanted to move too much.
Instead, he just settled to sit and turn back to the wind girl, watching her behavior a bit and just enjoying the feel of the atmosphere around him.

Qoraekai .|. Post 1This was quite the gathering in Qora's opinion. He wished that Irro had decided to come but she was looking into another lead so he came by himself. He had wanted to test his abilities a little bit in the tournament but also it was good to hear all the different kinds of gossip. Perhaps he could even hear a new lead for Irro on different treasures or maybe get some more information on what has been going on in Oba since he'd been gone. Spending the time in Tendaji as he had with Irro made it to where the eclectic amounts of different races didn't phase him in the least. Qora was looking forward to seeing all the different kinds of people and their fighting styles. Perhaps he'd even learn something from them. In the mean time, Qora walked along the various stalls. As always, his mind was on Irro and he hoped he could find something to buy for her here as a little surprise. The stalls were also slightly better for him as it was still during the day and he kept his hood down to avoid looking too suspicious. He didn't want his fair skin burning too much under the hot oban sun. Quote: Qora is open for any interactions. ^.^

Post 2
The fights had started and the majority of the crowd raced to the stadium, trying to get a good look at the action. Those that stayed behind would no doubt catch up later, but there was shopping to be done, and friends to meet up with.
The cheering echoed through the desert air, someone was winning no doubt and the rest of the fights were soon to follow.

Kresimir .|. Post 3At the wind woman's gaze, Kresimir wondered if he should back off. Perhaps he was correct in thinking that this was her employer and she had gotten in trouble because of him. But, Itotia introduced them and then proceeded to ask a question. He would at least answer her question before escaping the gaze of Aseara. "It's nice to meet you, Aseara." Kres said politely, dipping his head once more in respect. She was pretty so he had to think that she at least worked with Itotia. "I am entered into the tournament, yes. It will be my first real battle beyond just sparing with my mentor. I hope I don't make a complete fool of myself. If you watch, I hope you wont laugh at me too much." As always, his words were genuine. The shifter was slightly worried about embarrassing himself horribly but hey, at least it meant he had room to improve at least. "I'm glad to see you out and about, hopefully enjoying yourself." He remarked to her. The past times they had met she was doing things for her job which didn't seem to make her very happy. Itotia had a different air about her this time though so he hoped it was a good thing.

Kelina .|. Post 3"Vepkhia is my youngest one. She's been sort of sickly for most of her childhood so I've found it way harder than I did with my other 4 kiddos." Kelina smiled though, even with Vepkhia's health, that little girl was convinced she could do whatever she set her mind to. Which was something that she and Sauron had tried to instill in her. "She was in a two piece skirt and long sleeved shirt in a dark teal color. She is kind of imp-ish looking and small for a prentice." And for Briella, an albino alkidike. "Is your daughter fighting in the tournament? Perhaps we could try and find out where a majority of the fighters are staging and see if she's there!" Kelina offered.

robot kitten Saki - Since Dem is nearby. V'demhe Post 3She smiled at Eleina. "I'll try to make it back into the stands by then." Getting to see the girl fight would be nice. After all, that way she could make sure nothing happened. Dem also wanted to make sure she got to see Draven fight. He was like a child to her after all. And speaking of the hybrid boy.. When he popped up behind Masika the Alkidike shook her head but was still smiling. "Draven, watch your sister." It was natural for her to refer to her daughter as the boy's sibling since she considered him a son. And then she nodded toward Ziel who appeared next. It warmed her heart to see her little blue darling surrounded by so many friends. Pointing at the water hybrid sitting in front of Masika she gave a look. "You left your mother somewhere in the crowd, didn't you." Then V'demhe was looking around, trying to find Alassiel. Sadly, a sound alerted her that it was time for her to get down to the arena. "Alright.. I'll be back. You lot be good. I don't want to have to hurt someone else when I get back up here." And by that she meant that she would defend any of them if something were to happen. A final wave was given then she was off. Dem trusted Draven and Eleina to make sure her daughter remained safe, as well as Ziel.

Zuri Post 3 It was all happening so fast. First she was tackled and hugged by Nuawahn, then she heard a familiar voice talking to her. With a bright smile Zuri recognized the Alkidike whom she had cooked with so long ago. Really it seemed like ages ago when she met with Volle. She was a different person then, most likely still with her exhusband as well. "You're memory severs you right Volle, it's wonderful to run into you again! I've gotten much better over the years with my cooking. I owe a lot of it to you. I'm actually really excited to bring all kinds of spices back home with me to Zena. My mate will be thrilled for all the new tastes. How have you been?"As she was bumped into Zuri placed her hand on her stomach for a second, offering a smile towards the man who had bumped into her. "Oh don't worry, it was most likely my fault. I've gotten so wrapped up in catching up I wasn't really paying any attention to my surroundings."

Varinia .|. Post 3She and Naevius had been walking towards some empty seats. Vari's eyes kept straying to the opening between all the seating where some fights were currently going on. Some of the attacks made her wince slightly just watching them. There sure were some fierce fighters. It was then that she heard a few voices on their side that pulled her attention. A higher pitched child's voice making a comment. Once she found the source of the voice, she noticed the eyes glancing up at Naevius. With a smile, she tapped on her friend's elbow making sure to draw her attention. Vari herself gave Lasseyn and Lasarra a smile. It was pretty clear they were mother and daughter. She had to search her mind for their race but remembered reading about the other race with dark skin, the shifters. They were one of the inhabitants of the main land that got invaded in the war. It caused her to feel slightly sad but said nothing. a pet dino Varinia w/ Naevius @ Lasseyn and Lasarra

Bisera Post 3 Bisera looked down at his jewelry for a moment, his cheeks coloring a little bit, before he said, "Thank you, that is very kind of you to say." Compliments on his work were always good at making him blush like crazy. It told him that his skill was getting better, especially when it was a stranger that told him that his work was nice. He wanted nothing more then to squeal in delight... but he was able to keep that in, instead just smiling brightly, cheeks flushed. "Hm? Oh! Well, I have traded pieces before for other things that I found myself in need for, supplies and the like, but I haven't straight up sold anything yet." That was still something that he really wanted to do because he felt that it would be the next step. He was about to ask the pretty Water Tribesman if he was interested when suddenly arms were wrapping around him and a dejected Xarnith seemed to be seeking a hug from him. Turning to look over his shoulder he gave him a glance, his eyes going wide as he commented on losing. Lifting an arm up he reached up to stroke his hair, "It's alright, Xarnith, you will get them next time!" He said in a gentle manner, wanting to sooth him since he looked so sad. Turning to look between Xarnith and Vodyanoi before he smiled and nodded, "I think so, though we haven't exactly introduced ourselves yet. My name is Bisera, this is Xarnith, and the perzi is Fractis." He said, feeling they should introduce all of them to the Water Tribesman now that he was thinking about it.

Masika Post 3At learning the boy's name she smiled. "Sakhile. That's a nice name." Masika wondered if it meant anything, like the way her name had a meaning. She was about to ask just that when suddenly there was a hand holding a sweet cake in front of her face. The young hybrid's eyes widened in delight and she leaned forward just enough to take a bite out of the cake and giggle before she reached up to claim it from Draven's hand. It took her a moment to finish what was in her mouth then lick her lips clean but once she did she turned in her chair so that she could look at the older hybrid. "So that's where you went. Muma was looking for you. I thought she was going to start shouting your name and interrogating people." Masika teased him. Then she heard her name being yelled by a very familiar voice. Her antennae gave a twitch and she swiveled around to see Ziel. Wearing a large smile now she giggled. "Hey!" And then her mother was asking, or rather stating, that the water hybrid had left her mother in the crowd somewhere. Knowing her friend, Masika gave a nod of her head as she took another bite from the food she got. Then her mother was leaving and she waved her hand, her mouth too full to say anything. Still beaming from having so many people around her she looked at Sakhile. "Mhm. My muma likes me to meet hybrids. She says it's good for me." Of course Masika knew it was so that she didn't feel bad about being mixed. Her parents always worried that she and her twin sister would question who and what they were. "Have you not met many hybrids?" She knew from experience that Eleina hadn't met too many before now but that was a special circumstance. Then she turned to look at Draven. "Oh, Draven, this is Sakhile. We just met." Her grin staying in place. "Sakhile, this is Draven. My mother kinda adopted him so he's like a brother." There was a nod of her head then she gave her attention to Eleina. "Do you think there are any good shopping places here? I mean there are a lot of people so they have to have good booths, right?" She might not be able to go into the city for shopping but there was nothing stopping her from looking around at the tournament. "What do you think Ziel? After my mom's fight we can all go shopping." Masika motioned to all of them, the boys included. She was never one to leave anyone out.

Naevius .|. Post 3If it hadn't been for Varinia's slight touch and motion, she honestly might have missed the comment somewhat directed at her. Naevius' gaze turned towards the youngling, a shifter if she recalled correctly. "And you're a little cutie yourself." She said kindly. Naevius had never minded kids, being an only child herself she planned to have a few of her own one day. "Are you enjoying yourself so far?" Naevius had fully stopped and began to give the youngling her attention. It was then that she smiled politely up at Lasarra but her smile faltered slightly. "I'm sorry, but have we met before?" Nae's head cocked slightly to the side as she tried to think back. She'd never met many shifters but this one just seemed to stick out in her mind. a pet dino Naevius @ Lasseyn and Lasarra <3
