There was only a moment to give the bug man a smile when he answered about his job as a park ranger. Mentally she also had to wonder if he was one of the pain in the butt ones but it wasn't voiced.
Not much was voiced by anyone when the aura in the room stopped and was replaced by something Stibnite could say she had never heard before.
What appeared before them, giving orders, had the young woman frozen in place. Darkness attempting to give itself shape. Something inside Stibnite caused her not to move as she just gazed upon the form. This was their true leader...the maker of their General Queens? This was Metallia.
Where her own body froze, Leucite's took a knee. It was that movement that brought Stibnite out of the trance she had been in. Arms folding across her chest, she had to roll her eyes. This was a part of him and expected now. His sanity had come with it.
But she had to admit, it might have been a bit...embarrassing. Then again, he was a General in her army now. Stibnite supposed that he would not have made that rank for nothing...
At his words though, Stibnite gave a nod. "Of course Sir. I see no better option for my....our...skills." But when he addressed the other General, Stibnite held her tongue. She would not voice that she did not wish to play babysitter to someone above her rank. Raspite she knew could at least keep up. She also knew where he slept at night.

Benitoite
Witherite was not one he'd seen in a while but this was one he'd brought into the Negaverse and so when the figure appeared at his side he nodded his head in greeting, a smile settling on his delicate features. "Doing well, and yourself?" He asked before motioning him to each person in the group and introducing each one in turn, starting with his fellow General. When he ended he introduced Witherite to the group. "You'll be staying with me during whatever happens tonight, understood." He whispered to the other. He wasn't mean, or cold, it was an order but not worded as one. Anyone who knew him would understand that he rarely threw his rank around and ordered things. Rarely did he take on a commanding tone. But when he said something, when he asked something, it was an order despite it's lack of commanding tones.
He'd heard the voice before, once so long ago, and while it was nothing new to him the feel of such chaos was still something which brought the General to his knees - no matter how slow and painful the process was. His right arm came up and his fist rested over his heart as he listened to her. Watching as the darkness tried to take a form, one which kept shifting, he remembered the last time he'd seen that. No....he'd seen her once and heard her twice in the past. Both previous times it was as overwhelming as it was now, this was what gave them their power and this was chaos in it's sort of truest form. When the choices came up he shook his head slowly, more to himself than anyone or anything else. Well, those choices were nice but the third was immediately thrown out as he had no desire to seem weak due o his injuries. He was not about to let them be the cause of him possibly taking the easiest option.
When he stood up he glanced to the taller General and nodded his head. "I've spent a lot of time in the Rift and know it well. It will be good for me to go." He said, hoping no one mentioned his injuries or the limp he had at the moment - he would not be pleased. Having two General's for their little group would also be helpful in case they needed to teleport the three Lieutenants out of the way of anything. He saw people headed off to the designated spots in the room and motioned once toward where he was planning to go.
Looking to Huntite then he flashed him a smile. "I'm assuming you'll be joining us?" He questioned with a tilt of his head, long ashen bangs falling across his face. For someone who was twenty one he certainly didn't look it. His height, made to seem shorter by his uniform, helped him look younger than he was but his soft features really did it as did the long hair. Rather than summon his weapon, and use it to help him walk, he marched himself toward the group forming that would be headed for the Rift. He didn't look back, figuring Witherite and Huntite would be following behind him, one was loyal and the other would likely just follow because he'd told him to.
As he approached he raised a brow as he spotted a familiar corrupted senshi, he hadn't seen him in a very long time. My, my he had gained in rank and he was planning on doing something? He could remember when he'd first met the corrupted senshi that he hadn't seemed interested much in fighting or being involved in this war. Things had obviously changed.
Sweeping his gaze over the others gathering he waited to see if Katya would appear, she was likely to know which way he would go - injured or not.

Lt. Raspite
The young Lieutenant glanced about the group, he listening as things were discussed, and turning his head and his attention to their leader when she spoke. He kept his head bowed low, his eyes on the floor until Metallia finished her speech.
It was only when his General addressed him that he lifted his eyes, nodding to Leucite and smiling. "I will do what I can to be of service to you, General. You know my abilities are your to command, and my loyalty flawless." He considers Leucite a friend, even if in this space he was his superior, he would always first and foremost be family.
He owed this man a lot of things, the least of which the fact he had taken him in, given him a home to stay at. It would be improper of him to not repay the favors that he had been given, and as far as he was concerned where Leucite and Stibnite went, he would follow of loyalty alone.

General Leucite
Once he'd gotten the nod from both Raspite and Stibnite, Leucite was pretty secure that his little group of Lieutenants were more than up to the task at hand. Turning his attention to Benitoite and the two new arrivals, he wasn't sure what the best course of action would be.
Moving closer to Benitoite, he leaned in and dropped his voice so that only the other male could hear him. "No offense, but are you sure that's wise? The Rift is rough even when you're not limping... I don't like leaving troops behind but... You sure you can keep up? Cause we'll have to leave you if you can't."
He didn't wait for Benitoite to reply, instead he pulled away and he gave him a look that basically said it was Benitoite's call but he did not suggest following him and the other two Lieutenants.
"Well, then... Let us be off. Stibnite, Raspite."
He turned then, and headed toward the group mustering to enter the Rift.
A part of him had a desire to learn more of this green-clad lieutenant of Labyrinthite's, mostly because Wolfeite had an inkling he could be useful in some way or another, the way that the others were (not including that fool Aluminite). Now, however, was not the time, nor the place to discover what things Domeykite may or may not not know - nor the time to discover whether the brown-clad Captain on Labyrinthite's other side could be of use, either.
Not when Metallia was speaking to them.
Wolfeite felt the presence of her in his very bones; like liquid Chaos sinking through him. A shiver of anticipation, of hunger - of greed - raced down his spine, mingled with a heady desire to follow her orders, in spite of having no viable reason to do so in the first place. It felt, simply, the right thing to do.
He could get something from this. He could get power.
Wolfeite opened his mouth to say something to Labyrinthite - most likely something akin to a snarl - but someone in front of him swayed, and with a little shriek, came crashing back into him. He gave a short growl of irritation, a gloved hand wrapping around the lieutenant's upper arm as he pushed her up and away from him once more.
"Be careful," said Wolfeite, voice a low rasp, eyes flickering over her.
With Obsidian occupied - mostly with sparring back and forth with Hydra, it seemed, much to Aurostibite's mingled exasperation and faint amusement - it left him free to focus on the arrival of a singular lieutenant whom Aurostibite might have preferred to stay at home this particular time.
"This is not," he said, restraining an urge to smack Kainite,"Batman versus Superman. We are here on Metallia's orders, and we will do whatever it is that she tells us. You would do well," Aurostibite continued, with a pointed look at him, eyes narrowed slightly, "to do so respectfully and carefully. Carefully."
He repeated the last word just in case it needed saying more than once.
(It probably did.)
And, as if on cue, however, Metallia had begun to speak, and it was to her that Aurostibite gave his undivided attention.
It was as though he was listening - watching - feeling - pure strength, pure energy. Aurostibite felt the heady rush of it, the heaviness of her presence, and it made him feel almost a little overwhelmed by the sheer power of it, the intense force of it. Metallia, after all, did not usually speak to them so candidly, not when she had General Queens and Kings to do her bidding for her.
His gaze now flickered to his team.
"None of you are required to stay with me," he said quietly, lifting his head to survey the four of them - Kainite, Hydra, Bloodstone and Reinerite, his latest. "I trust you all to be able to handle yourselves properly, and with the proper attitude befitting a member of the Negaverse," he added, once again staring meaningfully at Kainite most of all, though his gaze did shift slightly to Hydra for a brief second. "I think I would prefer to head to the Cave - if any of you are willing to follow me, I would have no qualms, and it would be a learning lesson for you. Otherwise, I expect you to be able to provide full reports to me with successes listed once we have been dismissed. Think of this as your first training exercise in field experience."
Her fall wasn't as bad as she thought.. taking care to open her eyes gingerly. Before she knew it, she was being pushed away abruptly by a captain with wolfish features. He had mostly cushioned her fall, dispelling her anxiety and fear over Metallia's entrance as well. Even though he couldn't give a fig about her from the way he pushed her away -- his parting words didn't mean he was devoid of all concern. Her teal eyes seemed to be momentarily in shock, unaware of the existence of the hybrid between human and youma before now. His black eyes as well as his marred face, in combination with his wolf ears and tails, cementing the conclusion that he wasn't entirely human. Instead of frightening her though, she seemed entranced by his existence. "Uwaah~" She put her hands together, lacing her fingers while her eyes were aglow with interest.
"May I ask what your name is? I'm Serpierite." Even though she was properly introducing herself to him, there was the sensation that she really, really wanted to touch his ears and tail. But instinctually, she also felt that it wasn't a bad idea to tag along onto the same mission. Considering how little friends she had in the negaverse, her chances weren't any worse with a half-youma, even if it was merely as an acquaintance.
She also caught sight of another animal, a black cat. He was too adorable as well. But it appeared that he was heading a different way. Even though she wasn't foolish enough merely to pick a certain life-threatening mission based on a cat, there was definitely some regret.
She had never pegged herself for the animal type, but there was something too alluring about the animals associated with the negaverse.
... excluding the youma. Considering they were going to a den of youma, Serpierite couldn't afford any like for creatures that would likely kill her.

Captain Zircon
Hearing Metallia's voice was like drinking boiling water after a long drought--it scalded Zircon from the inside out, but still she reached for it with parched yearning, as if it might be her only lifeline. The infinite existed in those dark tones, and she only needed to submit to feel herself as part of something greater, something that surpassed the individual efforts of everyone in the room. Metallia understood, of course the invasion had been a catastrophe, the loss of life unacceptable, their efforts squandered. Zircon knew these truths in her bones, and there was some small part of her that felt validated in knowing that her assessments had been on par with their Queen's. Couldn't everyone else see how much the Negaverse was lacking, herself included?
But there wasn't much time to revel in the smug sensation of having been proved right, not when there was work to do. Zircon's instinct was to head towards the labyrinth, especially watching Schörl and entourage turn towards that particular path. However, despite her pining eyes, she waited patiently for Labyrinthite's instructions, however much she might have ached for the route that seemed safest, that might best showcase the skill set she still had following the accident. The general had been patient enough with her, despite her repeated bouts of disobedience, and to act out of turn in the presence of Metallia herself could only cause trouble for them both.
Still, there was a downward flicker to her gaze when Labyrinthite made the call, and she looked down at her hands, wondering what good she might be in combat if she were to lose her delicate balance and fall. She had sworn to obey, to be the good captain, but sending her to the Rift to fight seemed the opposite of what she considered to be cautious. "If you're sure," she responded apprehensively, eyeing the queue of others who took their stand to fight against the youma. Her voice offered only the slightest tinge of resistance; after all, if her opinions truly warranted any attention, she would have been the one wearing the cape.
She glanced back to the other captain, trying to size up the person that might have existed before those haunting black eyes. At the very least, he had been someone who'd made poor life choices. "Don't try anything reckless down there," the captain quipped, making unsaid judgments with a flick of her tawny eyes. "The Rift is no place to get foolhardy."
With pursed lips, she looked down at her feet and began the painstaking limp towards the growing assembly, determined to make it there on her own strength alone. She fell in beside Moonstone and the biggest captain she'd ever seen, doing her best not to stare. Impossibly large as he was, the man still appeared to be human, which was somehow a small relief in the growing sea of animal parts and demon eyes.
Pyro didn't understand why Haüyne was acting coolly. He couldn't see the change in their face or the way they changed, and his closet dudechick was giving him the silent treatment now? He had been distracted, that was true, but he knew how Haüyne felt about the Queen. Metallia was the one and only, and to tell the truth, strong and amazing. The chaos that flowed through all their veins.
He was thinking really hard about the change in Zircon's shape and the way it was blob until her leg, which was cool and the color of metal in his eyes. She was the same captain he had vied to surpass, and she was the same captain that had thrown him to the ground like he was nothing. If she hadn't been protected by the general and their group, he would've gone over to see if she could do it again, as terrible as it was. He could've offered her the chance of reviving...back as a half youma or something. As Metallia made her orders clear though, drawing his attention away once again.
"Leave me to what? What the hell Haüyne?" He could see her form cartwheeling towards the rift, "Hey! It was dangerous last time we went in together!" Plus they were an easy target for the youma's. Zircon was completely forgotten in need to keep his friend SAFE again.

Half-Youma General Cinnabar
Before her captain could answer her, the voice of their Queen sounded and drew Cinnabar's attention like a lodestone. Her head snapped up, her gaze intense and focused on the spectre that stood before them. The pupils of her eyes shrank to slits in her excitement, and had she been less controlled, she might have trembled with the force of her heart suddenly hammering in her chest.
The start of it was a reminder of how much damage order had done, the lives they had taken, and Cin's lips thinned as she listened. She had done her best to defend the castle... but they had still been beaten badly. They deserved the chastisement, as much as it burned.
But from the ashes, they would rebuild.
Three tasks were set out before them and Cinnabar felt herself perk with interest, her focus sharpening as she listened.
The Rift, the Labyrinth, or the Cave. Three choices, three groups. The Rift would call for fighting prowess, while the Labyrinth would call for problem solving. The Cave offered little to recommend it... and it all sounded a bit like some RPG video game, but who was she to deny their Queen's wishes?
When the shadow stopped speaking and people began to separate into groups, General Cinnabar found herself torn... The Rift was a place she knew well, and youma held no fear for her. She was confident she would do well there, where the Labyrinth was better to left to those like Schorl, who had moved to take her team there.
But... even as she watched, the lion's share of the gathered agents made their way to the side that would take the Rift. Far fewer, less than half the number of either of the others, chose the Cave. It was the imbalance that spoke to her and decided things, in the end.
Cinnabar glanced about for her shadow, but Notcua had left her for the Labyrinth group and she had only Labradorite and Eyrithrite now.
"Well, Ladies, I think its time we chose our groups, hmm?" She said as she offered a smile for each in turn. She nodded as Labradorite offered to follow and she lifted her chin as she look to Eyrithrite.
"I think I'll be going to the Cave. I want to even out the numbers some, and that group could use our help I think. Will you be joining us?"
Lt. Prehnite Prehnite didn't truly consider himself anyone's, except Metallia herself. A free agent beholden unto one, and subordinate unto others. He was happy enough to take orders when they made sense, and to do his own thing otherwise.
It was enough to look between the gathering groups and consider; there were more he knew heading to the rift. Leucite for one, who'd been only a captain last time they'd met, he made an impressive General, someone worth following. Surely numbers would be key there; if the greater dragon Youma that had shown itself during the invasion was anything to go by...
He'd also gotten the chance to see Marcasite work, she was impressive in her own right, obviously taking well after General Xenotime. It was a good enough group to throw himself in with, experienced and ready. It'd make a wonderful learning experience if the hanging promise of 'certain death' wasn't involved. Prehnite always had considered himself a tactile learner..
"If you're willing to have me, then I'm happy to join you." Prehnite smirked and followed after, joining the ever growing group headed for the Rift. Certainly any choice seemed better than the cave.
Once more unto the Rift, dear friends, once more.

Lieutenant Huntite
Huntite had missed the approach of the other Lieutenant(Witherite) at first, having been paying more attention to what the others in the small group were going to do, but when he did notice him he gave him a nod in greeting. With the newest addition he was finally able to learn the others names thanks to General Benitoite's introductions.
His eyes darted between the two General's as they both admitted to having experience in the Rift and a small, unnoticeable smile crossed his face. At least it meant the group had two people that knew what they were doing when they were there. Not that he doubted them in the first place seeing how they were General's and he highly doubted you could make your way up in ranks easily. When Benitoite addressed him he gave a half smile and a nod. "Of course sir." He responded. If he almost frowned at how young the tiny General looked and gave him flashbacks to seeing him and the Corrupt get stabbed? Well only he would know.
When General Leucite stepped over to say something to Benitoite he couldn't hear what it was and even though it made him a bit curious, he wasn't about to ask. He shook his head to bring his thoughts back to the task at hand and fell in step behind Benitoite on the way to the group to the Rift.

The ruffle by Obsidian was unexpected to say the least. But even the generally expressionless captain was not completely emotionless at the sight of his superior. Especially when it was one he thought he'd never see again. Especially in this world, where so much of their comrades died all too quickly. Those who survived were all the more important.
The general was clearly drawn to the other mission, but his speech of mocking sacrifice brought an air of amusement to the group. Raking his hair back with one hand, Raite realized he had forgotten about Obisidian's humor. "That takes out the eeny-meeny-miney-mo, doesn't it?" A glance at Angelite and then back to Obsidian, "Guess I should follow you. I'd hate for you to slip and fall.. or miss the spider." A twitch of his lips was definitely revealing a grin. A rare grin, from the looks of it. Although part of it was to see how much General Obsidian had changed, as well as take a closer look at the skills of his prodigy, Angelite.
Of course, there were a few other interesting people heading towards the cave as well. Perhaps, it would be an fruitful opportunity to see the skills of those he hadn't yet met in the negaverse.
Raite is heading for the cave!

Lieutenant Reinerite
"Nice to meet youHydra" Reinerite said as she reached out to shake the offered hand.
There hadn't been time to do or say anything further however as suddenly there was a voice speaking.
Reinerite stilled, arm dropping loosely at her side at the sound of the cool voice with its underlying tone of hostility.
A voice that she could clearly hear for all that it was was at the tone level of a whisper and whilst Reinerite did not know of the invasion that she spoke off, she gleaned enough to know mentioned senshi and knights were the cause and that the voice seemed to have a task in mind for them - well tasks really - although it seemed that those gathered could perhaps pick amongst them.
Her grey eyes turned from the being that could only be described in her mind as a thing of shadows and towardsAurostibite- wanting his take on the situation - because whilst Reinerite personally thought that she would be better suited to the mentioned cave or the labyrinth, she wasn't sure if her General had other plans.
Given that fighting wasn't exactly something she could call a strength however - well at least not if she was being honest - Reinerite would prefer not to go to the Rift, although she wouldn't refuse if she was told that was where they were heading...
For a moment her attention was distracted by a veritable giant of a man (Titanlåvenite) moving towards who had moved over towards the group forming for the rift because he looked like he would have no problems with combat.
She turned her attention back to Aurostibite as he gave them the choice and thought it over for a few moments before saying simply "I will go to the cave General."
The he looked around the group paying attention to the introductions and trying to remember names because listening to Metallia it was clear they had quite a task ahead of them no matter which direction they took. He tried to commit them to memory like he was taking a photograph, something he did everyday of late while he finished out his graduation portfolio. They all seemed liked theyd stay together.
What Beni said might not have sounded like an order, but Wither understood it for what it was. He intended to stick with Beni anyway.
He noticed the exchange between the two generals, but figured it wasn't really any of his business.
He did indeed follow Beni when he headed toward the rift group. He wasn't afraid of danger and was ready to jump right into the thick of things.
