Tigerlvr_Bailey OMG tell me about it. I've done the same thing with characters haha and like I just sit here like an idiot muttering various names to see how they sound and if they flow or sound totally awkward together. haha and constantly have pages and pages of various surnames or baby name sites open or something xD it's funny because I wanted my character to be French and was going to have her speak French as well as English but I wasn't sure if that would still be a thing and if it would have survived xD Some people still speak Latin today, IRL, and that's millennia old. So, French in 300 years? Yeah, probably! Also, translators. xD

(Maybe that's why first official contact with them went so poorly. Humans assumed they had one language, mistranslated a bunch of stuff, and ended up seriously insulting them.)

Frankly we need to have the space industry privatized, cause companies, no matter how much you hate them, strive for bigger results and profits. Therego, privatized space industry would be the fastest progression of colonization. At least my thoughts. Government's nice for regulation, but not so much on progress.

vader-lifer14 I'll have my AI be on the Faraday. Maybe, later on, the AI could face some kind of malfunction, and turn the ship's systems against the crew. Are you still interested in this? If not, that's totally okay, I just need to know, because someone expressed interest in possibly poaching your position.
