Threigze Fionsi Bez truda, ne vitashish i ribku iz pruda. Turn 1
The swift departure from the world of the conscious was nothing new to the young alien girl. However, the sights that greeted her when she 'woke up' were anything but normal. When forcefully removed from the land of the awake, she normally is out of it until the effect wore off, and then its right back to reality. This time when she 'awoke' she found herself on a hill top, surrounded by trees and snow, an as the chill set in she recognized immediately where she was. This was her favorite spot outside the walls of the lab. She remembered it, because sometimes when she managed to escape, she would come here and just lay down, looking up at the stars in the sky.
Sure enough, looking up at the sky, all the stars she had grown to fall in love with, wondering if any of them held her parents, and if they were searching for her even now. 'This is the perfect place for me to fight something,' she thought to herself as she looked about. She knew this area well, and her opponent did not. This was something she could use to her favor. First though, she figured she might as well enjoy it. She may have hated everything about the building not too far from here, but this place was like a sanctuary from there, and thus deserved a little attention, regardless of the fact that is was simply a memory or illusion in her own mind.
There was a shifting in the trees not too far from where she stood, causing her attention to turn towards the tree line. She saw it immediately, being rather difficult to hide a large red robot looking fellow. Her head turned to the side, and slowly a smile worked its way onto her face. "Hey there!" She called out with a wave, clearly attempting to start up some form of conversation. When the thing didn't react or respond, a sort of pout came onto her lips, and she tilted her head slightly. "What? You don't like talking?"
Once again there was no reply, and her pout deepened into a frown. "That's rude you know." As she said this, her hands clenched into fists. They were about to fight to the death, the least this thing could do was talk to her. Wasn't there like some kind of etiquette for this sort of thing? Didn't the guys in the stories always introduce themselves to the person they were about to try to kill? Why wasn't this thing cooperating?
She sighed and shrugged, letting it go, not really feeling like it was worth it to hold a grudge. When she won she would have all the time in the world to get this big red guy to open up, she figured if she could get Nicolai to open up, she could get anyone too. "No worries. I can talk enough for both of us. Let's start this and have some fun!" She shouted before shooting off with a whoop of glee.
Swiftly the feeling of adrenaline filled her body, and she readily turned it to her advantage. Her opponent dashed backwards, continuing to put distance between them as she tried to catch up, and no matter how fast she pushed herself, the thing seemed to have just the right amount of speed to keep them the same distance apart. Unluckily for her opponent, this was something she turned into her advantage, as with a surprising amount of dexterity she vanished from sight. It looked quite mystical, appearing to hop behind a tree only to never appear on the other side.
Her opponent paused in confusion for a moment, looking about for her to resurface. What it wasn't expecting was there to be an explosion of debris from behind it as she burst forth from the ground, screaming in effort as she threw forward her now massive black fist, ready to take the Omega Model's head off in one blow.

Omega ModelTurn 1 100 - (20 - 15 =) 5 = 95% defense chance.
Its mechanical joints seemed to screech for a moment as they stretched for the first in who knew how long. The first thing the Omega Model did was a few stretches and a couple katas to make sure its body was where it needed to be. It knew where it was, and why it was here. It was in some new Baiter wanna-be's mind, and they were about to fight to the death. If the Baiter won, the Omega Model would be drawn in and used like a giant battery. If the Omega Model won, it would take over their body, and with any luck escape.
It just hoped that the Baiter was some kind of terrible person, someone it was easy to hate and or kill, because honestly the core didn't think itself capable of fighting against a kind person. You see, this particular version of this core was actually very shy. It stayed away from everyone when it had been out in the wild world of power hungry monsters, it even stayed away from the ones that were like it, unconcerned with rising in power or strength.
The world sprung up around it, causing it to start looking around with curiosity. Apparently the Baiter had woken up. The landscape gave the Omega Model hope, because the cold was usually equated with mean, and or cruel. This meant that its opponent was going to be scary and mean. So, imagine its surprise when, after setting off to go find what it had been imagining to be a huge, scary man, with a big sword, sharp teeth and glowing red eyes, instead it found a little girl, easily one feet shorter than itself.
It froze in that position, staring out at her from behind the tree, unable to believe its eyes. How could it have gotten such terrible luck? It was going to have to go fight such an adorable little girl? It didn't think it could do that. It didn't think it had that sort of fight inside of itself.
"Hey there!"
The words echoed out across the field as she called out to it, causing it to shift backwards slightly into the tree, freezing up, incapable of moving due to its very near crippling shyness. It hoped she would think she didn't see it, and move to look somewhere else, so it could have time to find a way to be okay with this.
"What? You don't like talking?"
If it could gasp, it probably would have. If it could sweat, it probably would be. She wasn't going anywhere, and knew it was here. What was it supposed to do now? What was it supposed to say? 'Hi little girl, I'm going to try to kill you now'? That sounded awful, even just inside its mind.
"That's rude you know."
Oh great! Now the little girl thought it was being mean! Was this some form of karmic justice for it wishing that it would get some big mean guy to fight? It tried to speak, it really did, it even opened its mouth and everything, but nothing would come out. It simply could not respond, its voice having apparently left it, just to spite it.
"No worries. I can talk enough for both of us. Let's start this and have some fun!"
This caused the Omega Model to quickly peak back at the hill, only to almost sag in relief when it realized that she was nowhere in sight. Apparently it had been wrong, the little girl hadn't seen it, but had instead rushed off to chase shadows more than likely. It allowed itself a moment of happiness. It wouldn't have to attempt to kill this little girl so soon.
This moment lasted way shorter a period of time than the Omega Model would have desired. Without warning the ground behind it exploded outwards in a spray of dirt and snow, and only its impressive coding saved it, allowing it to react much faster to the attack than anything organic ever could have. Its body bent at a literal ninety-degree angle, dodging the blow entirely.
As soon as it was in danger its coding took over like all the Omega Model really was, was just a marionette, designed to kill from the start. "Assault Sequence One activated." The drone like sound of its voice was surprisingly feminine. As a matter of fact, with that fact noticed, if one were to take a look at the Omega Model's form, you would notice it was distinctly different from your average one, in that it looked very much like a female version of said core type. Even its red was slightly more pink.
These words brought the core straight up to attention, ready for combat. It shot forward with a great deal of efficiency, its Gatling gun arm started revving up. Once she caught up to where her opponent would have landed from the missed attack, she threw a punch at the little girl, aiming to push her in a specific direction should the blow land, but more than ready to improvise should she dodge. The next attack would be a powerful downward kick, which would happen when the Omega Model lifted her leg high and brought it down on where her opponent was.
Once this attack had been launched, she shot backwards several feet and pulled forward her fully warmed up Gatling gun and started to unleash a hail of bullets on her position. A few seconds later, she shot forward again and aimed to punch the center mass of her opponent with the burning end of her gun, which she would immediately follow up with a knee aimed high, designed to send her enemy flying. Whether this last attack landed/worked or not, the Omega Model would shoot in close, lift up its human styled hand, and fire out a blast of super-heated plasma, once more aiming for center mass.
Once this attack sequence was finished, the coding inside the core 'let go', to be as accurate as possible. The Omega Model gasped, as best it could, in absolute horror and shot backwards and hid behind a tree. "I-I'm sorry!" She called out as loud as she could, which despite her best effort still only sounded about as loud as a loud whisper.

Threigze Fionsi Bez truda, ne vitashish i ribku iz pruda. Turn 2 100 - (15 - 20 =)1 = 99% Defense Chance.
What happened was, there was an underground tunnel in this area. A long time ago, when Thre first started her escapes and found this place, she wanted to be able to hide from the people who were sent to find her. Her solution? Carve out a network of underground tunnels. Luckily for her, they were still around when this place became the battle ground in her mind, and she found herself happy about that fact. So, when she decided she was done waiting for the quiet core to attack, she hopped down into one of the holes hidden about, swiftly moved to where she saw her enemy.
Up to that point, everything was working as it should have. She launched herself out of the ground with amazing precision, her small fist turned into basically a giant boulder, aimed at the back of the cores head. She was grinning, full of adrenaline, and almost certain she would land the surprise attack. It was not to be, for the surprise was instead on her end when her opponent just bent so completely out of the way.
"Assault Sequence One activated."
Once more Thre found herself pleasantly surprised, her opponent was also a female, making it even more likely that her opponent was waiting for her to attack, and not some sexist.
The moment afterwards she found herself less than pleasantly surprised.
The core she was in battle with was fast. Really fast. It rose to its full height with a snap, and shot at her at speeds that Thre's eyes initially could not keep up with. It was mostly luck that made it so she was able to shift the properties of the side of her face to be able to take the brunt of the blow, the surprising thing was not only did she take the blow right to the side of her face, she wasn't sent flying despite the fact that by all rights she should have.
She had to quickly dodge backwards though, causing her to stumble slightly and fall backwards onto her backside in order to make sure that kick did not land, incapable of swapping where her armor was protecting her in time to deal with the incoming blow. Unfortunately for Thre, she was not honestly combat trained. A lot of her real fighting ability came from her ability to create weapons from herself. So, when faced with an opponent that clearly knew what it was doing, she was rather lacking.
The area was suddenly full of a whirring sound, causing Thre's eyes to widen in fear. She pulled both her arms and legs in front of her body, curling up into a little ball behind them just as the bullets started ripping through the area. The sounds of rocks sending bullets ricocheting, trees being ripped to shreds, and the ground rumbling like thunder with each new bullet that penetrated its surface. There was also a loud clanging noise. Once the shooting finished, the source of the sound became clear. Thre had hardened the front side of her arms and legs to the point that they were able to deflect the bullets entirely.
Unfortunately, such a large scale transformation took a lot of energy and focus, so when the core appeared in her guard aiming to hit her with the red hot weapon, she couldn't block it or dodge it, given that she was still on the ground, so she went for the next best thing, knocking it aside with her medal arms. She received a small burn for her efforts, but ultimately it was nothing compared to what could have been.
The core wasn't finished yet, seemingly unperturbed by the lack of damage it had thus far managed to apply. Having knocked aside the last attack, she rolled backwards up to her feet, trying to get ready to fight back. Luck was still against her though, for the core was on her in a flash, shooting forward with a knee, attempting to knock Thre about. She turned it aside as best she could, the hard outer coating to her arm still in effect and tried to put some distance between them.
This core was having none of that, for as soon as both of its feet were planted on the ground, it closed the space between the two of them in the blink of an eye. Thrusting its arm forward, it fired a blast of something that was glowingly hot. Luck was on Thre's side this time, for she was able to punch that arm away before it could land the attack.
What surprised her the most was when the core suddenly dashed away and hid behind a tree, and then from the sounds of things tried to apologize as soon as she was done attacking and hiding. Thre literally froze in her tracks, her hands half transformed into knives, meaning they were rather odd to look at, seeming more black muss than anything solid. "What did you say?"
"I didn't mean to attack you!"
Her eyes widened further. "But that's what this is for. You're supposed to test me or something, and then become my life long buddy, helping to keep me alive and stuff. Right?" She asked these words and tilted her head. She couldn't understand why the female core wanted to hide and not fight. Didn't she want to partner up? This was supposed to be an awesome adventure right?
When the core didn't answer, Thre got a little frustrated again, but let it go, she didn't know everything yet. She could understand that maybe the core was a little soft, maybe even more so because of the fact that Thre was a young teen, but this was ridiculous. They were supposed to fight, and damn it she would make sure they did. This was the start of her amazing adventure into parts of the world she could never have reached on foot. Mountains she could ski that ordinarily she could never reach. Waterfalls to jump off of, rivers to swim, so on and so forth.
"Look, I know you'll fight whether you want too or not. I saw it happen. So I'll try to make this as quick as I can, okay?" She said calmly, coming to realize that for whatever reason her opponent was not going to fight her seriously without prompt, and apparently she had no problem defending herself. So, her hands slowly finished the transformation into her knife claws, and she made sure to note where the core was. She took off, but not towards the core, instead to the left of where said core was. However, once again she vanished from sight. She hopped behind a particularly thick batch of trees and didn't come out the other side. Once more she traversed the tunnels she created under the ground. Once more, like a weird mole person, she exploded from the ground at the cores feet, and slashed at its leg, trying to slow it down to make it easier for her to line up attacks.

Omega ModelTurn 2 100 - (20 - 15 =) 5 = 95% defense chance.
She had to admit, the little girl had potential. She completely avoided damage from that first assault. It was rather incredible, all things considered. This fact, however, did not cheer up the core any, but instead made it desire to hide away even more. She was going to be something amazing one day, and would not need the power of one little, totally under-powered core. She would replace the Omega Model and move on, after destroying her in this fight.
The Omega Model had anticipated her opponent to take charge, offended at the assault, turning a deaf ear to her apology. As such, she was ready to run when this happened, dodge as much as possible, because the girl seemed strong, but not very fast. This built up tension almost caused her to fall over when the Baiter prospect paused in surprise at the core's apology. It meant it though, it had no control over its own body once the self-defense coding took over. Like a puppet, it was manipulated into perfectly using whatever sequence its mind decided was best for it at the time.
"What did you say?"
Surprise flooded it when it was able to respond, the words coming from its speaker in a rushed fashion. She was not expecting to be able to say anything after apologizing. That took a lot as it stood, but for her to be able to so soon after that explain the apology? It was something akin to a miracle as far as the Omega Model was concerned. She was never able to actually talk to people.
Apparently, today was specifically designed to surprise the core, causing her to wonder if perhaps the goal of the little girl was to kill her via a heart attack. It would be a sound plan, if the robot like core had a physical heart. It had this thought in response to the girls next set of words. She appeared to believe that this was more of a game than an actual life or death situation, or at the very least she wasn't taking this as seriously as she should.
That aside, what truly caused the most surprise, what truly caused the core to stand, slack jawed and wide-eyed, was that this little girl didn't think she was some monster. Didn't think she was supposed to be a tool, or a battery. She thought they were supposed to be friends, and came in anyway. Came in ready and accepting of this fact, and now even seemed a bit upset at the idea that the core wasn't acting under the same pretenses.
For what felt like but a moment, the core contemplated this idea. Could it be friends with a human? Could it be friends with anyone? It always ran away, always hid. Seeing the earnest expression on this little girl... No, this soon to be Baiter, she decided that she could in fact do it. She wouldn't go quietly, if she was going to fight, she was going to fight all out, but that didn't mean she couldn't give some help along the way.
"Look, I know you'll fight whether you want too or not. I saw it happen. So I'll try to make this as quick as I can, okay?"
This statement confused the core for a moment. Did the girl mean to force her into combat? Maybe she understood they had to fight to get out of here after all. This was good, this meant some part of her was actually taking this seriously. Made all the more evident when she used that impressive little underground trick, leaving the core to wonder if she was just that fast of a digger or if there were tunnels under the ground.
Being a combat based robot, she was able to have this thought while easily dodging the upwards attack by jumping to the side, a relative ease. This girl was really slow. Really, really slow. This was a remediable. The Omega Model pulled up her Gatling gun, aimed it just behind the girl and opened fire, desiring to push her into running, but not attempting to miss her entirely. This was how it went from then out, given that the Omega Model didn't like getting in close without reason. She couldn't run away as effectively if they were right there in her face. She fired four more long bursts, sending many trees toppling to the ground while doing so, all in the attempt to make the girl keep her distance, and keep moving.

The return assault came, unsurprisingly, right after she attacked, just like last time. The biggest difference this time around was the fact that the core didn't say anything before beginning to fight. Was that to say that this core had finally decided to take things seriously? 'Fantastic!' Was what shot through her mind as she took off, the sound of bullets impacting everything around her pushing her forward, her body pumping more adrenaline than she had ever experienced before in her life.
The explosively loud whirring from the constantly firing weapon could drown out most sounds, like her feet hitting the ground, or the branches and trees falling down, but for whatever reason she was still hyper aware of every single bullet that passed by her. It was like a never ending spray, and the best she could do was run, for she wasn't even given time to focus or concentrate, meaning no armor. So every bullet that passed right in front of her, brushed through her hair, almost grazed the skin caused a momentary spike in adrenaline, slowing the world down to the point that she noticed every single detail.
It was a hard thing to forget watching a bullet whiz by the tip of your nose, even if it were for a fleeting moment.
She felt so alive! She believed it was all fake, some made up illusion that she just had to outlast so that she could finally be free of that b*****d Cain and his little hench-ghouls. Despite that though, she loved every minute of it. It even started snowing! She loved the snow! It always made her happy. So, when the barrage of bullets finally ended she was more than amped up and ready to attack.
She switched directions to where the bullets were coming from and charged forward with a reckless abandon. Her face was pulled back into a grimace of effort, pushing as much power into her forward movement as possible. With a deep growl of effort, she threw forward her now massive fist, intent on implanting it in the center mass of the robot like core she found herself in contest with.
Whether the attack landed or not, Thre would quickly hop backwards and with a brief grunt of effort, her giant fists would turn into armored forearms. She was quickly learning she would need to work on her timing with that, because this was just abysmal. Against humans it was the most effective tool, being terrifying to see and more of a weapon that most, but against this A.I.? It was subpar at best.
She shook that thought off quickly, it had no place here right now, and instead went on to what she wanted to know. "Hey, so, what's your name?" She asked purely out of curiosity, hoping maybe she could get it to talk to her again. She liked talking, and it was actually driving her crazy that her opponent didn't. Some conversation wasn’t too much to ask was it?

It had to admit it was impressed by her. Yes, she had been intentionally aiming off so as to not hit her as frequently as might have been possible, but despite that there were several close calls. When you could unload the amount of ammo it could unload, with the cone of effect it had, sometimes there wasn't a lot you could do to control it. As though completely ignorant of their existence however, the girl ran through the hail of bullets unimpeded and uninjured.
It was a remarkable sight to be sure.
The Omega Model's specially crafted eyes followed her every movement now, even behind the trees, making sure she didn't try that sneaky little move of hopping into one of her underground movements. What it, surprisingly, wasn't expecting was the young lady charging forward at full speed, with the clear intent of attempting to smash her giant fist into the core's face.
She actually made her speakers make a sighing sound as she literally flipped right over her opponent and her massive fist. It was too predictable. She might as well have been glowing neon colors with how easy it was to spot that attack. So too, must it be true, that it was that easy to dodge the attack. The core merely wanted to do it with some style.
As she brought her other arm up to start firing off searing hot plasma, the little girl brought her up short again by asking for her name. She stood there, plasma arm held aloft, aimed directly at the little girl who would come to be her container. She felt bold for some reason, like she wasn't as shy as she normally was.
"If you beat me, I'll tell you."
She waited long enough to watch a smile cross the girls face, and her to nod before she started back up again. Only before she began she offered a little bit of advice. "You need to be faster. You have a tricky mind, use it." That was it though, for as soon as she was done speaking those words, she started firing heated plasma blasts at Thre's position, once more attempting to force her to move while trying to damage her.
Two blasts in, Thre was out of the range of that particular weapon, so the Omega Model turned to the Gatling gun again, making heavy use of its ability to fire great deals of bullets in short periods of time, by firing small, controlled bursts of firing. The damage was significantly reduced, but the accuracy skyrocketed, she was nipping heels with these rounds.

She found it kind of cute how easy it was to get her soon to be core to pause in surprise. Apparently she didn't get out much, or spent as much time away from anyone as possible. How did she know it was surprise? Not many things could cause someone to pull out of an attack, unless they were having second thoughts or caught off guard. Well, seeing as the core would have no reason to have second thoughts it stood to reason that she was caught off guard.
Did people not normally want to know the names of the cores they were about to fight? That seemed silly. Especially the one that was supposed to become your lifelong friend, always on your journey with you, always at your side. At least, that was how it was explained to her anyway. What really got her was the promise of freedom that came with the job, but that was neither here nor there.
When the core responded she couldn't help but smile, a large happy smile. She finally got the core to talk to her! She was quite happy! Amazed it happened so fast, but combat had a way of doing that, speed things up. Or so she'd been told by some of the other Baiters she had met in the labs, so far things seemed to slow down and get really crazy. Her lips twisted a little when the core told her she needed to be faster. It wasn't that easy, her body was a heavy thing, even for her.
Thre's eyes widened when the hole in the cores hand started glowing as she finished her advice, causing Thre to basically 'yipe' and roll out of the way as fast as she could, before scrambling away as fast as she could to get away from the second follow up shot, looking a lot like a four legged animal that couldn't get traction for a quick moment.
Realizing she couldn't stay too close with that gun firing as fast as it did, but at the same time realizing she shouldn't go too far, she had to quickly come up with a plan. In the time it took for the core to switch weapons, Thre mapped out a path. She took off as fast as she could, dodging behind as many of the trees and bigger rocks that she could find, hoping her plan would work out in the end.
She smiled and she felt Lady Luck's firm embrace, as she came out of cover to the left of the core, just as she finished firing. Thre wasted no time in pushing herself forward as hard as she could, slashing through the air where the core was supposed to be standing, her lower arm transformed once more into those wicked looking blades, intent on injuring the core's leg with her attack, still trying to slow her down enough to make her an easier target.

Omega ModelTurn 4 100 - (20 - 15 =) 5 = 95% defense chance.
The Omega Model had to admit it wanted to laugh at the sound that left the girls throat when she dodged the first attack. It was kind of adorable, enough that even the core, who would ordinarily not notice such details, thought so. As she watched the girl scramble on the ground, almost flailing in a sense, to avoid the second attack the core once more felt the urge to sigh. She was so graceless; how did this child survive this long? Why was she even allowed to take this test?
However, these thoughts were quickly dashed when she seemed to take advantage of the offered advice and changed her whole tactics. She started purposely going behind thicker objects to dodge most of the damage the bullets could do. It was a sound idea. Even better when she made her trajectory clear, turning at just the right place to be able to come out of hiding as the Omega Model stopped firing. It was an impressive use of her head, unfortunately, she was still far too slow.
This became abundantly clear when instead of dodging or blocking the attack, the core turned the momentum against her. She grabbed the arm of her charging opponent, and with some quick and efficient movements, sent her rolling along the ground, none of her forward momentum lost until she came to a rest a few feet away. She was good, but she was too direct. The Omega Model decided to have some pity on the little girl, and charged in to engage in close range. Hopefully, this wouldn't turn out to be as disastrous of a decision as she feared it would be.
She charged forward, her metal feet tearing up the ground as she moved, quickly closing the distance between them with an obvious designed ease. Once inside her maximum effective range, she started to launch her assault. She started with a three hit combo, sending her fist flying towards her opponent's head. She quickly followed it up with a sweeping kick, attempting to take the girl's legs out from underneath her. Quickly, in an effort to maintain as much inertia as possible, she thrust he knee forward into her abdomen area, attempting to send her flying with the blow.
As soon as this combo was finished, the Omega Model dashed backwards for a brief moment, to allow the little girl to get up or re-orient herself, whichever the case may be, before shooting right back in again with a powerful forward kick, intent on planting the large metal object in her center mass, perhaps even be a debilitating blow. It would be something the little one would have to learn to work around anyway, no better time to have her learn about it now. It would follow this attack with another punch aimed at her face, perhaps disorient her some as well in addition to the rest of this potential damage.
It took a moment, as it looked at its arm thrusting forward to meet the girl, whose name she should probably look into learning, and wondered where all this courage was coming from. How was it able to simply ignore years of being in hiding, and thus be able to go all out against this person? Did she seriously have that much of an effect with such a short period of time?

This was getting exhausting. People did this all the time? For a living? She was having problems keeping up when she felt at top shape, and now the fight was dragging on, leaving her feeling drained and out of breath. She wasn't out of shape, per se, she was just a little out of tune. Without the rigorous and nearly constant exercise she got at the labs, whether it be forced or because she was trying to escape, she had lost her ability to plow through this mass amount of effort without a scratch.
Now though, now she could feel the need for rest clawing at the edges of her mind, begging her to allow herself at least enough time to catch her breath. Unluckily for her, the core had no intention of allowing such a thing to be the case, coming relentlessly with those bullets. Then, as if struck with a bout of courage, the core came at her in close quarters.
At first it seemed easy enough to deal with, but then came a glaring issue. It wasn't surprising to be frank, but it was a huge issue all the same. The core was just faster than her. Out and out faster than her, and because of this the core seemed intent on making this a battle of speed rather than attrition. Because of this, Thre was hard pressed to do anything about the incoming barrage of blows from the sudden melee combatant.
The first had been a punch, which was simple to avoid, she quickly got her arm inside the blow and pushed it wide so it missed, mostly by luck. Then, if it weren't for the overly flashy style of the move she might have not been able to do so, she leaped over the sweeping kick, pushing herself backwards with the motion, hoping to put some distance between them, and give herself time to think.
This turned out to be the right move, as the next instant the spot she once occupied was filled with the large foot of her opponent, causing her eyes to widen. That was close. As she landed on the ground, she stumbled a little bit, not quite able to get her footing under herself right away. Once she did though, things became hectic once more, perhaps even terrible. For in the next moment the core was once again in her personal bubble, throwing an attack at her. She watched in fascination as it got closer and closer, the knowledge that she could do nothing about it not really affecting her too much. It was just a big game after all, right?
Then the huge foot implanted itself right in her chest.
The pain was unlike anything she had ever felt in her life. Even the fight against that tentacle monster all those years ago didn't manage to cause her this much pain, but that was probably because Alley had taken the brunt of the damage while Thre dealt out the damage. She lay on the ground, gasping for breath, tears welling up in her eyes, as the image of the core entering her sight registered. She wasn't sure why, but she felt like if she didn't move something terrible was going to happen.
This alone saved her from the follow up attack.
She lifted herself up to all fours and stared at the ground, blinking away the tears and trying to shake off the pain. She had been through a lot, that was too be sure. She could probably see somethings that would make grown men vomit and not shudder once, but pain was always something she hated. No matter how much of it she felt, she never seemed to be able to prepare herself for the next time, and thus it was always nearly crippling when something managed to hurt her to this extent.
She was pretty sure one or two of her ribs broke with that attack. It was with this that she realized this wasn't just some silly game. She rose to her feet after a few moments of rest, which she was immensely grateful for, and turned her gaze to her opponent who reside calmly but a few feet away. Thre's eyes were narrowed, scrunched up more like, as she came to realize that perhaps this was a lot more than just a silly game. This was actually a battle, an actual fight.
The idea that this was that real, that she might actually lose, and have to deal with whatever came with it, likely Cain, caused her to blanch. Now she understood. This core was by some miracle kind, and because of this she wanted to try to help Thre. The core had somehow known that she was treating this like a game, and wanted to help her out. Thre nodded in acceptance of this fact, as if to say thank you.
"I guess I must look pretty silly to you huh?" She said in a slightly dejected tone, nothing like what she would normally sound like. She was in over her head, and the scary fact was, she had no idea how far in over her head. However, instead of really getting her down, it lit a fire inside her, and her dejection slowly turned to determination. She was fighting for her freedom now; no cost was too great.
"Let us start for real now." Thre said with a firm nod, lifting her arms up as they slowly morphed into their massive versions. A smirk came onto Thre's face as she started to actually think about how she was going to handle herself. She dashed forward, as if going for a straight forward assault again, and even she was able to recognize the resignation of the robotic face of her feminine opponent.
However, she could only imagine how surprised the other would look when instead of hitting her, Thre turned and smacked one of the nearest, bigger trees, splintering the base into thousands of tiny pieces, sending it crashing towards the forest floor rapidly. She looked back at the core with a smirk on her face, obviously very pleased with herself. "Let's kick things up!" Once it reached a certain point in its fall towards the ground, the alien girl thrust forward another punch, blasting forward a large portion of the trunk of the tree in another spray of dust and splintered wood.

Omega ModelTurn 5 100 - (20 - 15 =) 5 = 95 - 15 (Stamina) = 80% Defense chance.
The girl turned out to be a lot dodgier than one might have initially figured. She managed to maneuver herself around every one of the attacks in the first bout, quite impressively actually. Turning the intended effect of the sweeping kick into a dodge instead of a set up? Very good indeed. Her balance needed some work too, but that would probably come with time. The Omega Model was not into giving up the advantage when it went back in, and it felt almost sickened when he felt its foot impact with her chest.
Its hypersensitive hearing picked up the fact that she had broken some bones, and it was only because the attack had been pre-decided that it was even launched. She couldn't believe she had just so severely injured the little girl. Yeah, that may have been the point, sure, but the girl had dodged or blocked everything else to this point, it had every reason to think she would have been able to do the same thing here.
It had been wrong.
As it stood there, after its attack and watched her try to recover from its attack, it was struck by the fact that this little girl was probably a lot more naive that previously assumed. Which made the core feel even worse, in fact it desired to curl into itself, and run to hide. Not that it would matter. The fight had to come to a close. It wouldn't be pretty for them to stay in this place for too long. Given the choice between one of them or neither, it would pick one of them any day of the week.
When the girl seemed to deflate, the Omega Model found itself rather sad to see it. So sad, in fact, that the only thing keeping it from saying or doing anything, was the overwhelming guilt it felt for being the one to put the look there in the first place. It appeared though, that this little girl had the ability to pull herself from just about any funk. Within moments she went from being desolate and worried, to determined and ferocious.
She was finally taking things as serious as they were.
This couldn't be better. It pulled itself into a ready stance and prepared for whatever she might send her way, taking this moment to finally wonder just how human was this little girl? The ability to alter her molecular make up at will? That seemed a little out of this world, even to the Artificial Intelligence who was itself from space, and part of a race that could all but alter reality at a whim.
That aside, she couldn't help the disappointment she felt when the little girl charged head on again.
Then everything changed. The Omega Model's opponent changed direction and knocked down a tree with a single blow, something that impressed the core, it couldn't have done something like that with its single fist. Unfortunately, the girl had stopped just too short. Even if she was to stand perfectly still, the tip of the tree wouldn't even hit her. Once again, everything changed. She knew it was coming the second she saw the smirk on her opponents face. An explosion of splinters later, and a huge chunk of the tree was sent flying at the core, who responded by turning it into sawdust with a relentless hail of bullets, and a burst or two of the plasma once it was in range.
All that was left was some smoldering remains that strongly resembled Swiss cheese.
Taking the invitation to kick it up a notch, the Omega Model shot forward again, closing the distance between them like a flash of lightning. This time she led with her Gatling gun, which was still red hot from blowing the trunk of the tree out of the air, swinging it like a club at the girl's arm. She followed this up with an attempt to knee her in the stomach, trying to pull the girl into the blow as best she could. The next attack came from the hand that was actually a hand, in the form of a punch aimed at her other arm, before pulling the arm back and attempting to fire a point blank shot right into her shoulder.
As soon as that was launched, she dove backwards in an exemplary roll, putting more than enough distance between them before she was snapped to full height. Once she had a lock on the girl again, she opened fire, loosing two long bursts of bullets, this time with every intent of hitting her. She might feel guilty about it, but this was what it had to be for now. She would do what needed to be done.

Threigze Fionsi Bez truda, ne vitashish i ribku iz pruda. Turn 6 100 - (15 - 20 =)1 = 99 - 15 (Stamina) = 84% Defense Chance.
The pain in her chest was not an easy thing to deal with. It was burning, and agonizing with every breath, which were coming more and more rapidly as time progressed. It cost her mobility she couldn't afford to lose, and she knew it. So, when she watched the core so easily handle the attack she created, she felt a little worried about what was to follow, and was not disappointed.
The core stood there for a moment, among the burning remains of the tree that she had just destroyed, the flames giving her a very glowing looking, making her light pink seem several shades darker. It looked rather menacing, and Thre couldn't have been happier with that fact. A girl core that could look that badass? No doubt in her mind arose that this was how it was supposed to be. She would get this core, and together they would grow to be the world’s scariest pair.
Suddenly, without warning, the core was inside of her guard again. It seemed laughably easy for her to be able to do that. It almost bothered Thre were it not for the fact that by this point it was a well-established fact that the core was faster. So, instead of lamenting the fact that she couldn't stop the core from getting in close, she chose to do something about it. As the red hot weapon came flying in, Thre punched it. It wasn't enough to do any damage, but it was certainly enough to completely cancel out the attack.
The next attack was blocked in a similar manner, Thre's massive hammer fist smacking aside the attempted blow like a common street brawler. As luck would have it, this threw off the attempt to laser her again. She was almost worried about that if she was honest, she had never dealt with something quite at the level of heat before, and had no idea how her body would react to being afflicted by it. This would explain why she was glad to have thrown it off course.
What did cause her to start worrying was the fact that once again the core put distance between them. "Oh would you just stay close!" She yelled out as she hightailed it away from there, once more dodging the terrifying amount of bullets fire in her direction, aggravated with the fact that she kept having to come up with ways to attack from range or get close. Why did all those other Baiters make fighting look so easy? This was just ridiculous.
As the thunderous sound of bullets being fired came to a close Thre quickly shifted direction, and once she was in sight of the core she raced towards her. This time, instead of assuming Thre was going to come at her head on and getting disappointed, the core was ready for her. Or rather, so it thought. just before she would be within range to smack it good with her hammer fist, she threw a punch. Off the bat it wasn't going to hit anything, that was obvious as it flew towards the ground from having hit nothing. What was not so obvious was that this was the intent.
Her fist impacted with the ground with a thunderous slam, sending cracks in several directions from the point of impact, even uprooting several chunks of the ground. What was most important though, was she sent several large chunks of the ground flying at her opponent. Surely with such a widespread attack she couldn't miss right?
Right?

The Uni-Blaster leaned back and one eye seemed to open further than the other, giving him a confused sort of expression. "Well, obviously the road doesn't cover the whole forest, dude. It would be...like...not a forest anymore if that were the case, right?" It stated, obviously confused by the woman stating that the road didn't cover the whole road. So, she thought it was stupid, huh? She thought that just because it was an A.I. and not a fancy shmancy human, that it couldn't tell what a forest was and what a road was? Cold. That was cold as s**t. "And I am not just a hunk of metal, girl. I will have you know I am comprised of many different alloys and rubbers and plastics and silicones and things. So, like, WHO'S NOT SMART NOW!?" The A.I. bellowed, asserting its point that it was obviously smart. It knew it was more than metal. It thought to. "But...you totally did just call me a hunk. I knew you were into me too." He stated, jazzed that his fantasy cat lady was totally into his unicycle bod. She was a little terrifying in some ways, but at least it was prepared for her attack speed this time. It knew how she moved, and how fast she could move, so it helped a great deal in preparing just how fast it would have to move to match her. Because it was fast, and the Uni-Blaster LOVED fast. Fast was LIFE. LIFE IS SPEED, AND SPEED IS BEAUTY! And if speed was beauty and life, then it boiled down to the sheer fact that this woman was beauty incarnate--and therefore she was the purpose of life in general. MIND EXPLOSION.
After the Uni-Blaster had avoided all of her attacks, it was huffing and puffing, and the girl looked at it like it was a freak. "What? Just because I am metal doesn't mean I'm not allowed to simulate human activity as I tire. Oh, I see. Just because I'm a robot it means I am the terminator and I can run for six years without tiring and I shouldn't have to stop and catch my breath for my gears to cool down or my engine to vent. GIRL, YOU ARE A RACIST." The Uni-Blaster stated, pointing an accusing finger at her. "And I totally forgive you! So let me snuggle in your sexy kitten bosoms!" He was about to charge forward and go for a breast-dive, but the woman already decided she was going to attack the s**t out of him again. As the Uni-Blaster had been attacking her, she grabbed its arm and she swung him over her shoulder, trying to slam him into the ground, but he merely used the stabilization systems in its body to keep itself upright like a cat, and landed on its tire with no problem. "BAM! Stabilizers!" It cheered, backing away from the woman quickly as she threw the first punch toward his face. Then, as the second came, the Uni-Blaster hurled its hand upward and knocked her arm to the side. Then she began to lunge from side to side, avoiding where it was going and it began to lose track of her again. Damnit, why did she have to be so awesome!? Tone down the AWESOME, DAMNIT!
When she attacked again, she flew in from behind and tried to bite the connection between its forearm and bicep areas, the fragile pieces that made up its elbow. And he immediately swung the arm it had used for its previous defense down, hitting her on top of the head when she went to bite, and stopping her from getting close to the elbow join. "No! Bad! Mine!" It yelled, wagging a finger at her as she swung her last attack in, trying to slam her hand into its side, but it revved its engine and zoomed forward, leaving a cloud of black smoke behind it, pooling around her. And as the cloud of smoke obscured her vision, the Uni-Blaster levelled its cannon at her once again and it blasted an explosive projectile directly toward her shin, hoping to damage the hell out of her leg so that she couldn't move as damn fast.Quote: Uni-BlasterB.A.I.T.R Standing: 15 Health: 120/120 Skill: 8 Strength: 11 Defense: 10 Tactical Advantage:Juggernaut: Physical toughening of the body has granted you the ability to take more punishment in battle. Alley raised an eyebrow at the Blaster as it began to try and defend it's intelligence. She didn't see how it was important at the moment, they were in a middle of a physical fight for their lives, not to show their I.Q. scores. What was wrong with this thing. It was acting like those teenagers from those talk shows the scientists let her watch once and a while. Her face twisted into disgust though when it said she tried to hit on it. Seriously? How long was this thing locked up? What was it doing, destroying it's brain with some kind of poison? “Yea, so not what's happening here, scrap metal.” She said, not bothering to change her reference toward it to add all it's other components. That was too much of a hassle for the thing, she was trying to destroy it, not make it feel better. She had a feeling it was going to be this annoying during the whole fight. Better to make it quick then.
Alley watched as it caught it's breath, giving it a look that basically said 'Really?'. It once again began to defend itself, making her almost groan as it tried to actually call her racist. She pinched the bridge of her nose before launching into her attacks, almost not hearing it had just called her. Did it just call her chest a kitten bosom? It thought she was a cat? How insulting. Seriously, the cats at the lab were all psychos. She watched as it landed on back it's tire easily. Well wasn't that annoying, it even rubbed it in her nose. Oh this thing was going to get it, she would make sure of that. “I'm not a cat, you malfunctioning nitwit!” She said between her punches, making a canine snarl as her attacks missed and were blocked. It was blocking all of her attacks, which only showed her how useful it would be once she had it down. She just needed to land the attacks.
She growled at the thing as it treated her like a child, saying she was being bad and that his elbow was his. Seriously, she debated if she could possibly call for a different AI, one that was a little less insane. Once it had gotten free of her, she was surrounded by a foul smelling smoke, blinding her from her eyes and nose. She stood still, listening closely, hearing it's gears as clearly as her breathing. She moved in her direction, avoiding it's shot once again. She was in it's face again, slashing her claws down toward it's cannon arm that was still outstretched. She pulled her other arm up, straightening her hand and shot it forward, aiming for it's throat. Doing the same with her hand, this one aiming for under it's chest plate to cut and snap any wires she could grab. She took a few steps back only to launch back him, jumping up aiming her knee at it's head, hit or miss she was able to get enough lift to fly over the robot and land behind him in a crouch, but she didn't stay like that long, quickly twisting her body back toward it, slashing her claws upwards, aiming at it's back.

She almost wanted to laugh at the little girl's response to her shifting to ranged fighting again. She should have expecting something like that. Variety was the spice of life after all. It was made all the funnier by the fact that the core couldn't tell if she was serious or not. Could she honestly expect her opponent to listen to her? That was just silly.
That aside, the Baiter to be was handling herself very well, despite the nearly constant onslaught that the Omega Model kept sending her way. Dodging and or blocking every strike sent her way, and her avoidance movements for the ranged fire was phenomenally better than it was at the start of the fight. Where before she just ran through the hail of bullets, now she was making sure there was plenty to impact between her and the bullets.
Once more it stopped firing, perhaps out of some desire to give the child an honest chance at winning this. She didn't want to be responsible for killing a child honestly, but would do what needed to be done at this point. She was no longer fighting for herself, which she imagined was the reason in the wild she never fought. Everyone there was out for themselves, only desiring to grow stronger and make themselves the top dog. Maybe that's how she was able to get past her shyness? She was fighting for this little girl, not for her own sake? It was an interesting idea, but a question that could only answer itself with time.
As she kept her gaze on the girl, the robot grew slightly disheartened when she charged head on again. It was just a little sad that the only thing that came to mind for this little girl was a head on assault. If she won, the core hoped she found someone who could break her of that habit. However, for now, she would not make it easy on the girl to win. She would need to earn it by honestly beating the Omega Model. So, she readied herself, arms at the ready to defend herself.
Then the world exploded.
The core wasn't sure what exactly had happened. One moment her still nameless opponent was throwing a punch that wouldn't have hit a stationary barn, and the next moment the core was flying through the air, looking up at the sky in pure shock.
What the hell just happened?
It quickly replayed the memory, and couldn't believe it. The attack that she had initially thought would miss the broad side of a planet, was actually intended for the course it was on. It destroyed the ground in the most magnificent fashion, the destruction was nothing to scoff at, but the most magnificent aspect of this attack was not the carnage it wreaked upon the ground where it landed. No the truly brilliant aspect of this attack was that it was entirely unexpected, and it completely utilized several different truths about the fight to this point to work.
The girl knew that the core would not really bother to move too much, with how easy it had been to that point to handle them. She also knew that something like the tree would only work once, much like this little trick, but in the end it didn't need to work twice. As the core laid on the ground for a moment, six parts in pure shock from the surprising utilization of preconceptions and her own weaknesses/strengths into one amazing attack, a half a dozen in pain from the direct result of said attack.
There was no question about it. The attack hurt. Several large shards of rock impacted simultaneously, giving the feeling of being smacked by a meteor.
The Omega Model slowly rose back to its feet, and turned to look at her opponent, a new respect shining in her glowing eyes. She offered a nod and readied her now heavily dented body to continue to fight. They had now both landed a devastating blow, but it wasn't the first blow that decided a battle but the last. So without much more fanfare the Omega Model was off, though at a noticeably slower pace than before.
It fired off another barrage of bullets to cover its own slowness as it closed the distance, but once it was within range it wasted no time in unleashing a flurry of blows. Two kicks, fired off in rapid succession, one aimed towards her middle, the other aimed high. These were followed by another punch, laser combo, the main goal of this was to cause damage, so they were aimed center mass.
The time for games was over, it was time to fight for real.
