Beastdad was strong. Strong enough to take out a few measly drones! Kei had left their lusus to protect him, but he couldn't simply stand around and do nothing! Not when that sea b***h that marked him was the one attacking! The rebels hadn't even done anything this time, they were just meeting and she came in with murder in her eyes! Not this time. Zariah would never be marked by her again. With the thundering of his blood-pusher in his ears he could hardly hear any slander against THEIR leader. She was a mutantblood.....but she wanted to protect them. More than protect herself, she wanted to protect THEM.

Alifax reared his meteors, but he hadn't quite been expecting the reach of that stick thing to extend so far. He swung wide, and stepped back to regroup. Okay, he definitely needed to plan a bit better.
He shouldn't have actually been paying attention to those stupid dramatics-induced speeches.

Eridia's pumping biscuit stopped the second Lovadad met the leader face to face. Although he parried her attack with his tails that didn't mean he wasn't hit. "Lovedad!" She cried out, clenching her fists. How dare her hurt her father like that?
"Destroy that monster!"

Voscil is "attacking" Kursha!
The sound of explosions startled her worse than the gunfire had. She yelped, terrified as she shied away wanting to run back to town. She could make it..she was faster than any of these trolls she was sure. Breathing heavily she looked around, spying Reemus again she followed him blindly. He was trying to help someone. She couldn't really see, the flash of the explosion had her stumbling around.
In the confusion, a bullet was coming straight for her. Just as she was about to take the shot, her mother's head butted into her knocking her aside. The tiger took a grazing blow, enough to split her flesh open as dark yellowblood dripped from her white pelt. Unphased, she snarled her booming roar of agitation evidence she was livid her troll kit was in danger.

He dealt his blood pumper drop at the sight of the rebel children, they weren't much older than him. How... Could they possibly be rebels? He so wanted to fight but as soon as he tried to to move forward his lusus growled at him. Azrael tried to push forward against the will of his lusus but that just ended up in a solid bite to the troll's shoulder. He let out a yelp." Why can't I just fight with them," his cool mask fell away as he yelled at the draconic creature. 'Because you would get hurt and then where would you be? You could be mistaken for the other side, you neither have a uniform nor a means of identification aside from that symbol. Please Azrael, listen to me or I will spit on you!' Azrael didn't want the stinging substance in his eyes at all, just the memory of his last experience kept him from moving against his lusus. He let out an irritated growl.
"Then what can I do...." He muttered under his breath, 'help the other kids, encourage the ones who are fighting. It's not exactly that hard Azrael,' he let out a sigh and ran a hand through his hair. Encourage them? That was really all he could do, well, then he would give it his all. "Don't let them get to you, you joined this war for a reason, now get going and do it!" He let all his frustration out in his shouts as though these drones were the reason for his rage. "Go! Get up! Fight! Or just die where you are!" He chanted shaking a weapon filled fist.

ZEFFER IS ATTACKING KURSHA AGAIN
Zeffer was relieved as Maneki cooperated with him, ever thankful for his vigor and apparent ferocity. The last thing he needed was to keep a handle on an upset child during a life and death struggle, but Maneki's little battle cry caused a fresh surge of determination to well up in his chest.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!!!" He snarled as he darted in again to swing hard at Kursha's arms, allowing Maneki to cover his flank as he hugged the little mutantblood to his waist. If they stayed in close range, it would be harder for the green b*****d to hone in on them with his gun.

Dictys had started in on it, but obviously eir lusus wasn't inclined to listen to much of anything when their charge was in danger.
Dictys frowned. This was stupid - attacking was what the drones were here to do.

18/20 3/3 regen Offensive Style A novice trinket +1 Damage Enraged, Ganyma continued his beatdown. His push blades went to work. Familiar strands of green blood flew off of their glimmering surfaces, but after a while he was overwhelmed by drones. It was time to fight and claw his way through again. A low huff and he was on the move again, no time to waste. Ganyma deals 7 damage!

Abrila Variga attacks Byakko Mawiya
Abrila continued her attack, but her shovel was a slow weapon, and before she could get another hit in, the rebel commander had moved to attack another opponent and Abrila's entire swing missed. The momentum almost spun her around completely and she stared, dizzy, at the rebels. Er, or what she thought were the rebels. It was rather chaotic.

She didn't know what the story was with her old aquaintence, but she did know this: he was being an a*****e, and this was a situation that required something along the lines of his end.

Maneki slashed at another drone, bouncing deftly from foot to foot. He had to keep them back, away from Zeffer and Byakko. It was harder to fight and he was sure he was going to get exposed as a mutant too. Did it matter? Not really. Just keeping them safe.
As Zeffer went in, Maneki kept to his flank. A drone decided that a little child by an adult posed no threat. The troll attempted to stab Zeffer, but well before he could succeed, Manki slashed at his face and made him stumble back in pain. Snarling, he yelled, "Back off from my Zeffer!"

Luxara is attacking Kursha!
She was letting herself get angry, the red-hot kind. It made her hands shake, and she missed her shot. Luxara gritted her teeth and kept on the move, keeping out of crossfire as much as possible, as well as finding her next opening.

Milieu is Attacking Kursha! Why was it that when things seemed to be going okay, someone had to ******** it up so badly? Why had Kursha changed sides? Was he ever a Rebel to start with?
