Almost on cue Sason knocks on her door "hey Aurora everything alright? Need me to get you anything?" He ask, assuming she isn't feeling well. After the past week and him returning to his usual strength he definately looks much healthier. His skin took on a darker shade and his eyes shone with confidence. He spoke and treated people with kindness and a power in his voice that actually made some of the maids weak in the knees, not Aurora tho, which he still respected.

As the week went on, Shimo stopped by the warn them that Kahldris was startling to move against Sason. This didn't worry Sason as he had completely mastered his powers once again. His armor and swords and even his armor now had the deep scars that filled his dreams of her. "Let him come and I'll send him back with his tail between his legs" he says with a fire in his eyes that now stays with him even today as he stands outside Auroras door

Damn her mother for being human. Her hand formed into a fist and came down on the porcelain sink, doing nothing to the sink, but sending a pain up her hand. "Gah." Flexing the tingling appendage she sighed, taking another look at herself in the mirror before she heard the knock on the door. It was like he knew that everything was not alright. So she let out a groan from the bathroom that sounded tired and possibly from some sort of discomfort to persuade him of her nonexistent illness.

"I'll be okay. I just need to sleep it off. I'm not feeling so well. It might be the weather." While he knew she wasn't fond of the sun, she had never said anything about it hurting her any. Which it didn't. But since he had no idea either way, she thought it would be the most plausible explanation. And because the cloudy weather had dampened his mood, when it picked up her's, it hopefully would be believable enough that things could go the other way. Now Aurora just had to wait to see if he would buy it.

Thanks to her file when he brought her home, he knew something was up with her that wasn't the weather. He had an idea of what was going on but didn't let on to it "well I hope you feel better, I hear its supposed to rain later today" he says and walks away, stopping Francis at the bottom of the stairs and turning him away. He didn't make it to the kitchen before a sudden darkness covered the estate "bloody basted decided to show himself" he said as Kahls very familiar pressure filled the air. He heard a scream as he turned to see Francis pinned to the ground like an execution victim by a shadow covering his body.

Sason walked outside to see Kahl standing besides one other person, the demon lord of wind, Malator. Like Sason he had dark toned skin and pure white hair, he had emerald green eyes that looked like he was either half awake or bored. His clothes resembled some like like a Chinese shaman ajd he had a pair of small one handed cross bows at his waist. This man was incredibly fast and the most accurate archer to ever set foot on earth. With Kahls ability to make people prisoners to their shadows and Mals shooting it was like they were here for a mass execution "Last chance Sason, return to the demon world or well drag you and every one in this estates corpses by force"

Sason stood there ajd wasn't surprised that Shimo wasn't here, he never did show up when he was needed. Instead Sason simply created a pair of scarred blades and stood his ground "you'll have to drag my corpse back as well then" he said which simply got a smirk from Kahl and a yawn from Mal "figured you'd make this difficult" with that Kahldris sent his shadows to deal with Sason as he stood there smiling smugly

Speak of rain got her attention and a turn of her head. She didn't speak or move as his footsteps retreated down the hall, but moved to her window and ripped open the blinds to see if the rain really would come. The sky was only partly cloudy, the sun still revealing itself, though blocked as well from time to time. The rain would come on her human day, the day where things felt cold faster than normal. Crossing her arms with a huff Aurora saw something else from beyond the glass, or rather a pair of people walking toward the manor. One of them looked a little familiar, and then she placed him, Kahl.

With him came darkness, darkness Aurora couldn't see through with her human eyes. There would be no sensing the demonic energy, and no hearing what was going on without being within a tighter proximity. Fumbling around Aurora found a box of matches and lit a few candles around her room for added light. The candles cast shadows everywhere and against everything. Shaking out the most recent match she heard a scream, this wasn't some friendly visit, or another warning of what was to come.

The bedroom door in front of her, Aurora unlocked it and pulled it open just a little bit hoping to hear what was going on downstairs. Kahl was making threats, and with Sason's reply the threats turned into action. There had been someone else though with Kahl, someone she didn't know. Was he supposed to be some sort of back up? Or did he come just to watch? In arriving with Kahl the man seemed to be on his side, which meant he probably shouldn't be trusted. Usually, with a shake of the hand, she would have been able to decipher that.

The shadows almost immediately vanished as Sasons flames lit up like a beacon in the darkness. "You're not setting a foot in this estate" Kahl simply chuckled and motioned with a simple wave of his hand for Mal to go in "it's the girl, she's his tie to this realm. Do whatever you want to her, rape jer torture her whatever, just put a couple bolts in her head when you're done." Massive bars covered the door just as Mal vanished in a dash, hitting the doors and getting grabbed by Sason "you touch her and you'll burn in hell for the rest of eternity"

Kahl laughed as he finally drew his sword, even in the darkness the sword stood out, absorbing any left over light, his fang of shadows was his plan to end Sasons rebellion against him "you think you can stop us from killing everyone here and dragging your body back with us?" Mal had vanished from Sasons grip "I stopped your attack dog now didn't i?" Sason said confidently, his armor finally appearing around him. Sason would protect his home and her from them as long as he could.

Kahl chuckled "only cuz he let you, mutt. Mal kill her" Mal nodded and vanished, this time becoming one with the wind. Sason screamed and turned to race up stairs. He would deal with Kahl later. "Aurora hide!!" He shouted as he saw Mal standing outside her door crossbows drawn. Ready to kill his target

'The girl? Is that supposed to be me? How can I be the tie to anything?' It wasn't like they would know where to find her anyway, especially if she stayed here in her room. So Aurora continued to stand there, in her navy blue nightdress, trying to envision what was going on downstairs just from what she could hear. The other's name had to be Mal, the one who was being ordered to kill her. Was this man Kahl's subordinate, that he would listen to anything the man would say? Her judgment of Kahl had been correct, he was a b*****d after all.

Hearing Sason call out to her to hide brought her to look back at the crack in her doorway, which no longer showed an empty hall. A figure with white hair stood in front of her, an arrow aimed right between her eyes. Before she could slam the door shut and lock it a gust of wind blew it open, knocking Aurora back onto her butt. Mal took a step into the room, aimed quickly, and let the arrow fly. Rolling to the side and onto her stomach the arrow just missed, sinking into the floor beside her head. Looking at the arrow for a second then over her shoulder at the man she could hear charging footsteps of whom, she imagined belonged to Sason. Her attacker heard them too, as another gust blew past her, lifting her hair up around her, and slamming the door shut behind him.

Picking herself up off the ground Aurora retreated as Mal advanced. She tried to come up with a plan of attack, but had little in way of anything to help her along. Suddenly he stopped, which was good because behind her she could feel the wall, her heels against the runner. "Human?" Mal asked, as though a little confused by it, his eyes running over her figure then back up again, before he gave a little laugh. He strapped the crossbow back to his side, clearly thinking he wouldn't need it, then rushed her. There was no matching his speed, and soon he had both her wrists in his hands pinning her against the wall.

"Get off me!" She yelled, pulling against his grip, as he took a closer look at her. In her struggle she kept his attention high, setting one foot against the wall, then pushing off it, raising it up to knee him in the gut. It was enough to surprise him and let her go with an 'oof'. Running toward the door she almost had the handle in hand when an arrow whizzed by her torso, forcing her to the other side in an attempt to avoid it. The weapon lodged into the door, but not before grazing it's target. A warmth began to spread across her side, and when Aurora reached for that area, her fingers came away crimson.

The pain started to settle in, but she was already breathing heavy, and her heart was racing. The cut wasn't terribly deep, but it was enough to be causing a problem. Mal was behind her again, grabbing a handful of the dull brown hair and yanking her backwards. Aurora put her own hands on his, "Agh!" Attempting to rip away his fingers, before he threw her face down on the bed.

By the time she flipped over he was there beside her, a blade out and pointed in her direction. "You bleed well human, lets see what else you can do."

Sason had managed to break down the door just to see Mals attempt to force her to have sex with him. Almost immediately however Mal had put several bolts in Sason. The shots made him cough up some blood but it wasn't enough to kill him "you won't be seeing anything as long as I'm alive" this made mal chuckle, as he held Aurora down by his grip on her hair "lets change that then, course you could just watch me sample her talents right infront of you." He said running his blade up her leg, slowly drawing blood and working higher and higher.

"Enough!" Sason shouted before he spat up more blood. This didn't stop him as he used his magic to create a chain and shackle around Mals neck and pulled him off her bed "scum like you shouldn't even look at her" he said before Mal stabbed him in the stomach "then that means you shouldn't be allowed to live, being lower than us you dog" Sason growled and quickly tightened the shackle around Mals neck, letting his choke before the collar snapped her neck.

"Aurora...... hide.... please" he said weakly, determined to still protect her after losing so much blood. He had since ripped the bolts out of his wounds and burned them shut, more scars to the collection. "If you want someone dead you have to do it yourself" Kahls voice rang out as he started to walk up the stairs. Sason stood his ground, ready to foght for her sake and for the sake of everyone here "I won't let you kill innocent people for your petty reasoning" Sason said determined, despite being g weak from his wounds

Though she could not see it, Aurora heard the bang from the door to the room knocking against the wall as it gave way to Sason. Just as quickly Mal was shooting towards the doorway and Aurora tuned her head just a little to see the shots land. The hand in her hair pushed her back down onto the bed, and while Aurora tried to struggle against his, scratching at his arm and wrist she stilled instantly when the cold metal touched her leg. One wrong move on her part and the blade would sink deeper into the skin. The sheets muffled a cry when the blade first pierced her skin, and Mal offered to let Sason watch. The pain traveled up her leg, dragging the nightgown with it when he got to the back of her knee.

There was a yank on her hair that pulled her to the side for a moment before it and the blade were gone. Aurora stayed still for a moment not sure she wanted to look up. As Sason spoke she turned in time to see Mal stab him in the gut. Pulling herself up off the bed, her hand wen back to her side, holding the still bleeding wound while blood now also dripped down the back of her leg from the gut there. Weight on that leg caused the wound to hurt more, so she balanced mostly on one foot. Mal fell to the ground, and Sason looked the worse for wear as well, but was still trying to get her to hide. But where?

"But you..." It felt wrong to run away, but she could only imagine herself being more of a hindrance than help right now. The adrenaline running through her body was masking the faint feeling from loss of blood. Her stupid human body just couldn't keep up with this for much longer. Hearing Kahl speak and then his footsteps on the stairs she saw the look in Sason's eyes that reiterated what he had just said, 'hide'. Aurora had few options, and if the fall wouldn't kill her she could have gone for the window as the bars were gone once more. The bathroom seemed her only choice, and while it might be obvious so would standing in the center of the room. Closing the door behind her, Aurora slid down it till she was sitting on the floor, once again only able to hear what was going on outside.

Now that Aurora was in less danger than out in the open he felt a bit better, at least now she won't be caught in the cross fire between the two brothers. Sason took a deep breath and reformed his armor and his dual red schimitars, these appear to have more scars than the rest, as these were weapons close to his heart which meant they took more of an effect from the images of Aurora that filled his jead. When Kahl saw the armor he laughed "that human must be more than just your reason for staying here." He said and quickly launched a kick towards Sason. The kick landed hard and even through the armor it made his new wounds sting "agh" was the only sound that escaped Sasons lips before he grabbed Kahls leg and returned a punch for the man's Stomach.

This fist fight continued outside her door with Sason looking like he'd lose, the wound in his stomach from Mal was starting to reopen and he was losing more blood. "Just die you mungral!!" Kahl shouted drawing his blade and slashing Sason across the chest right over the one given to him by Shimo. The swords abilities hadn't seemed to activate on Sason, grabbing Kahls wrists and holding him in a vice like grip "not as long as I have something to live for" he said with blood running down his chin as he returned Kahls onslaught with a vengeance. If Sason was gunna die he was gunna bring Kahl with him. So once outside and staggered, Sason took the chance and dealt the final blow, a swift blade took off Kahls head, making him fade into a black mist as he returned to realm to regenerate. "Its...... safe!!" He shouted as he collapsed on the landing of the stairs. His fading armor revealed several more cuts on his body as well as the massive one on his chest "Au...Aurora....."he said quietly and weakly, happy he was able to at least keep her safe

The pain was starting to catch up with her, and Aurora was beginning to feel dizzy. On her knees she moved to the cupboard under the sink to see if there was anything that could help. Sure enough there was a first aid kit and with bloody shaking hands Aurora pulled open the lid to look inside. Kahl's voice broke through and she turned her gaze to the door, wondering what Kahl meant by saying such a thing. It was hard to think, like her brain was so focused on what her body was saying that it couldn't process much of anything else. Fumbling fingers pulled at her nightgown, lifting it up until she could grab the fabric with her teeth to keep it lifted and free up both her hands. Placing a wad of gauze against the wound at her side she secured it with a few pieces of medical tape.

She left her leg alone, for while it bled, it wasn't as serious as her side, and she wouldn't know what to do with it anyway. The tiled floor was slick with her own blood. Yet, the sounds of fighting outside were the only things that kept her from slipping into unconsciousness. Things didn't sound good, and Aurora could only imagine what would happen if Sason was knocked out and Kahl was left to have his way with herself and the rest of the staff.

The sounds of the fight retreated, no longer so close, and so Aurora cautiously reached up to unlock the door and pulled it open a crack to find them no longer in her room. Instead the noises came from the hall, but just as soon as she identified that, they were gone. Sason called the all clear and Aurora's hand gripped the doorknob tighter, attempting to pull her up off the ground. Making it only a short ways before her legs gave out, slipping in the liquid beneath her, Aurora tried again. This time she reached for the doorframe as well, rising like a newborn giraffe who was unsure of how to use their legs. Stumbling from one doorway to the next, she kept herself up by using the hallway wall as support until she got to Sason and let herself collapse next to him. This would be his first real look at her as a human, as before with Mal holding her down there wouldn't have been much to see. Her hair was a mess, her nightgown torn and bloody, her eyes brimming with unshed tears that came so easy to her human self. "You did it." Aurora told him, catching sight of his wounds though, she knew the win had come at a price.

Sason reached up and touched her cheek, with a smile on his lips "I said I'd protect you from them and I did" he said before groaning and does his best to burn his wounds shut, making sure to get the big one taken care of first. Even with his wounds closed he's lost a lot of blood. Ajd the only thing that could give him a jump start to recovery is that demon Wine that caused plenty of issues only a week previous. Seeing her tears start to roll down her cheeks he wiped them with his thumb. "Hey don't cry, you're safe and so is everyone else. Besides it's not like I'm going anywhere I'm immortal remember" he said with his usual confident smile. His statement was mostly true, yes he would live forever but if his body "died" he'd return to the demon world for 100 years to regenerate.

He slid back and sat against the wall, holding his chest as the pain from Kahls sword only got worse. He looked Aurora and smiled "you look nice like this, I like it" he says and places a hand on her and smiled "I'm glad this ended without you getting seriously hurt, it makes these wounds completely worth it" he says softly and leaned his head against the wall and closed his eyes for a minute. Despite his pain he had a satisfied smile on his face, all of his work to get stronger paid off. Still he felt weak, oh so weak and so tired.

Opening his eyes he looked at her "I hate to ask this of you but I don't think I'll recover without that wine. I don't want you near me without your demon powers to resist me" he said softly, he still didn't want his powers to affect her like it did the others

His hand was warm, and without thinking Aurora leaned into it. He would be smiling at a time like this, "Yes...yes you did." Without her permission the tears fell from their current place to stream down her cheek. Sason made quick work to wipe them away and console her. "Stupid human emotions." She told him, running the back of her wrist over her eyes to take care of the others. It was good to know that no one else had been hurt, the pair of attackers had chosen only to come after Sason and herself in their onslaught.

About to tell him not to move she watched him settle against the wall and said nothing. As though nothing had happened, now Sason was making jokes. Aurora gave out a scoff, "Nice? I'm a weak, good for nothing human like this. The only hit I landed was a knee to the gut." Looking down as his hand fell over her own Aurora felt a small spark go through her. She had no power to consider what it was or why.As he went on to say it was all worth it to see her well, Aurora shook her head. How could she mean this much to anyone? "Don't close your eyes...stay awake."

We was weaker now than the last time he drank the wine, but Aurora couldn't imagine what it would cause her to do. Even with her wounds, she believed all that would be lost to her the second his incubus powers took over. In his own state, being this close to him, his hand on hers, there was a feeling that wasn't normal to her half-demon self. Aurora nodded, but knew that she would probably not make it downstairs to the wine itself. So it was a good thing she didn't have to. Francis was climbing the stairs, and stopped about halfway up when he saw the two of them. "Wine." She told him, and he nodded, turning back around to fetch it. Looking down the hall to his room she asked, "Should we get you to your room?"

Sason groaned as Francis helped him to his feet while he started to uncork the bottle. He looked at Aurora as he started to drink. Sure his power returned but so did his overwhelming incubus aura. "Stay in your room if you can" he says as Francis leads him up to his room. His aura got stronger with every second until the female staff near him we're over taken with looks of lust and want "hurry Frankie before Aurora starts" he groans.

Finally in his room he laid in bed and had Francis leave but couldn't lock the door "please let this pass smoothly"

When Francis came back she passed Sason off to him. Slowly backing away a her limp. When the first gulp hit his stomach Aurora nearly lost her breath, and continued to back up while they traveled down the hallway. Her room would be too close, and she needed to do something about her own wounds. Half way down the stairs, one hand on the railing, Sason must have took another sip because her knees gave, and for a moment the pain was forgotten. It returned though, piercing through the guise of pleasure and she was able to make it down the rest of the stairs.

Aurora put as much distance between them as she could, heading for the other end of the house where she ran into one of the maids whom she had met on occasion throughout the week. The woman did a double take, as though not at first recognizing her, but realizing she was badly enough hurt to need some help. "Aurora, I didn't know you had gotten tied up in this. Come let me help your wounds."

The woman sat her down in a bathroom and fetched the necessary supplies and thankfully a change of clothing. "Lets get you washed off." The distraction helped, but as Sason drank more, the distance mattered less.

Finished with the shower Aurora pointed to the onyx jewelry she had come to understand played a role with the incubus aura. "Is there some extra of that lying around? He's drinking that wine...and it's getting harder to fight." The maid nodded and reached into a nearby cabinet to come back out with a bracelet and necklace.

"It doesn't take it all away but it will help." The maid handed over the pieces to Aurora before turning to examine the wounds she had. Peeling back the bandage on her side the woman gave a little gasp. It was still bleeding rather strongly. "You've lost a lot of blood. Are you going to be okay?"

"Yes...come midnight my body will go back to normal, and then I'll be fine." The maid didn't look so sure, but the landscape of Aurora's skin should have been testament enough to her ability to stand up against the wounds. Things wouldn't be fun for the next couple of days, but it would heal. After giving her a few stitches and placing new gauze down over her side, the woman carefully wrapped it into place by bringing it all the way around her. It would be more secure than the medical tape, and would add an extra layer to cover it.

Aurora was breathing a little deeper now as the woman asked her to stand so she could get to her leg. The cut there was no longer bleeding, having clotted, but the clots would easily be broken away with the wrong movements. So as a preventative measure the maid applied an ointment and wrapped her leg as well. Finally she could get dressed, the knee length green dress was zipped up behind her and she was done.

The pair moved out of the bathroom and she felt a wave of his aura hit her. It's like it was searching just for her, long tendrils that now coaxed her body, attempting to wrap around her wrists and pull her in. "Thank you." She was able to get out before heading the opposite way. Maybe if she could get outside...Throwing open one of the back doors at the end of the hall Aurora was greeted with a lovely sight. She had come out at the side of the backyard and it was raining. Two more steps and she was out the doorway, the cold water hitting her skin, washing over her. Closing her eyes Aurora stood there, the feeling of light headedness returning.
