As he waited for Higure to listen to him the sitting chuunin would have a genin come up to him. 'Great, another genin twerp.' he thought, glancing at her. When she would ask her question, however, Mashiro's face raged with agitation. Veins becoming visible he would mutter to himself 'Why was I never told about a second one?' He would then punch the ground next to him, putting a large dent in it that shattered around his clenched fist. Looking up at the girl he would speak, with an annoyed tone. "Welcome to the team. What's your name, twerp?" Higure was still not doing as he was told, so Mashiro would take a kunai from his pouch, then throw it towards the Shinsetsu. It would stick in the wall inches from the boy's face.

Perfect Balance Practice :: C-Rank The user has began to practice their own balancing when focusing on strike while only balancing on one leg. Because of all this practice, the user has developed their own personal sense of balance. As a result of this, if the user were to fall from a tree or anything else, they would always land on their feet.
Perfect Balance + Practice :: B-Rank The user is capable of now next to perfect balance. They can easily run on high-ropes, even doing somersaults and back-flips on a narrow beam while running alone without having to exert chakra to keep balance. They are also capable of running at least five feet up a wall before they need to exert chakra.
Insight Rain Rank: B : : Training Description: The user will practice extending themselves into the atmosphere, in a sense. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent in the immediate area. As to where, however, they cannot be sure.
Two-Handed Finesse: Accustomization Rank: D :: Training Description: The practitioner experiments with the distance needed to properly grip and swing their weapon. Although it seems idiotically fundamental, this is an extremely important step towards becoming a seasoned great-swordsman. Finding proper handling allows the practitioner to swing their weapon with more accuracy and power, while creating as little opening as possible in their own defenses.
Rank: C :: Training Description: The practitioner should now have an understanding of some of the basic footwork of Fuu no Odachi, and is beginning to comprehend the necessity of strong steps in addition to strong attacks. However, these steps must be used in more ways than simple offenses. One cannot survive if all they can do is hope to keep their opponent at bay. This training is meant as a means for the practitioner to develop their own method of side-stepping and other such evasive maneuvers, while still swinging around their weapons.
Two-Handed Finesse: Dominance Rank: B :: Training Description: The practitioner has, at this point, become so involved with his/her training that they have not even realized how big a difference has developed since the first time they picked up their weapon. With a little bit of adaption, they will now be able to wield their weapon with one hand, and be capable of performing almost every technique within this style thusly. ( Unless the technique specifies the need for both hands. )

Higure Shinsetsu "W-what do you mean?" | Genin | Konohagakure | Higure of the Leaves | 380/380 | Shinsetsu Clan | Sealer | Sensor | Suiton | Fuuton | Higure whined, catching the scroll that was tossed at him. He was examining it when another Genin approached, telling Mashiro that he was their sensei. He ignored the pair, trying to figure out which to learn first. He jumped when something thudded close to his face and he picked one at random. He grabbed the kunai, using some of the blood still on his hand to write down two seals on the weapon before he tossed it off. Closing his Right eye and placing two fingers over it, he could see everything twenty feet within the seal's range from the kunai. Smiling a bit, he motioned for the kunai to come to him before it drifted lazily across the room to his hand. [Bikan Shiiru - Sight Seal and Seal Creation: Blood Teathering Seal 1/1 Learned!]
Next, he gathered slips of paper and four sets of prayer beads and placed one around each ankle and wrist. Writing using the remaining blood, the explosive tags were ready. He applied one to a dummy and made his hand seal, watching it explode. He made a few more before making a seal with his hand and then being dragged to the floor, weighed down by the beads. [Explosive Creation and Four Limbs Weighting Seal 1/1 Learned!]
Techniques Used: Passives: Tsumetai [ Cold to the Touch ]: The skin of each Shinsetsu clan member is chilled; producing a refreshing, almost intoxicating aura. This aura does not stretch far from one's person, and only the Shinsetsu and those in direct contact with him/her can truly appreciate the feeling. Because of this attribute, humidity is a foreign concept to the Shinsetsu, and only the most extreme of heats will cause those within tsumetai's effect to break a sweat. Additionally, this consistent cold has weathered their skin and innards, providing an internal and external resistance to freezing temperatures, unfortunately, the change in temperature makes them easier to find. Although not exactly topical, it should be noted that thanks to their relaxing aura, the Shinsetsu are considered some of the most desirable lovers in the world.

Kaneko was still nervous, even more so when the man punched the floor, putting a dent in it. She backed up a bit, the man sounded annoyed. He glanced over to where the man tossed a kunai and saw the other genin, a little boy."U-Uh...my name? Kaneko Daishi...o-or Kane if you prefer..."She whimpered slightly, this man was intimidating and maybe Kaneko should of just went for a nap instead of coming.
'Greeeat, another wimp.' Mashiro thought, an idea suddenly sprouting in his mind. Perhaps he wouldn't have to deal with them as much as he thought. He stood up and looked at Kaneko. "Okay, short stuff, you and the twerp are going to train together. I don't want this to be a full on spar, though. Focus on developing your abilites." If he had any chance to turn these two misfits into shinobi, he needed to hone their skills first. Turning to Higure, Mashiro would speak in a clear voice. "You want a chance to become stronger, twerp? Meet your new training partner. I want the two of you to help each other out, hone your skills and learn from each other." Mashiro gave a sly smirk. "I'm sure this is better than training with me, eh?" Mashiro then took the kunai he had thrown from Higure and wiped it off before putting it away. Taking a step back, he hoped that this opportunity would prove to be promising.

Kuzu watched with a hunters eyes as she made a mental note of each move he made and each step he took. How his strikes flowed into one another during his barrage and how he setup his dropkick in the beginning. Catching the senbon between her fingers she smile and stuck it into her mouth slowly, making sure not to stab anything in her mouth with it. Once she had it in position she wrapped her tongue around it and then using small jaw movements aimed the senbon. Taking a deep breath though her nose she quickly spat the senbon across the room at the target dummy. Within the span of a second she was rewarded with a thunk as it sank into the target. It wasnt exactly a bulls eye but hey a hit was a hit. [1/1] Now that she had that out of the way she took up a loose stance in line with the dummy and fanned each of her tails out in a line behind her. Taking a deep breath she slid her left foot forward and tilted her far left tails down to increase her center of balance. Within a second of her tail stopping she dashed across the academy before leaping in the air and slamming the heel of her foot into the dummy sending it skittering away. [1/1] Moving right into the final sect he had shown her she tucked her left leg and rolled to the side using her tails for balance and stability as she cartwheeled back onto her feet. Repositioning her feet she closed in leading with her left and in quick sucession delivered a hard left jab, a right hook a left elbow before placing her hands on the dummy's shoulders and kneeing it in the chest quickly. [1/1] As she unleashed her barrage a small memory flicked into her mind. It was the last time she had seen her parents alive while they were in battle. It was a beautiful and terrible memory as she recalled their limbs engulfed in the signature flames of the yaju. Taking a step back away from the dummy she circulated her chakra throughout her body and concentrated it into her fists, feet, and tails. After a moment they were engulfed in azure flames and the scent of vanilla filled the air. Racing back into engagement distance with the dummy she jumped and slammed her fist into it forcing it back a bit before rolling forward and slamming each tail into it in quick succession. From her back she lashed out with a quick double kick before forcing herself back up onto her feet where she spun in place and delivered a fierce round house kick knocking the dummy over. [1/1] Turning to face her sensei she nodded ready to continue the next set while her limbs were still ablaze.

Kaneko didn't wish to train with her squad member, the boy was small and looked fragile. Besides she trained a lot already, she wanted a mission, something fun to do or she was going to go take a nap."Your a lazy sensei...can't we do a mission or instead of train I can spar the boy? You probably don't even want to train us because you don't know anything..."She commented, crossing her arms and staring at her sensei.
Watching as Kuzu ran through the combination he had done, Viktor nodded slowly, smiling slightly when she added the fire jutsu at the end. When she looked back at him, he said “Not bad, nice addition with the katon jutsu too…I guess we’ll move on to the next stage.” The jounin would then spin and drop down, taking the base out from under the nearest dummy, then launched up with a knee strike, sending the dummy into the air. Viktor would then launch into the air and basically vanish, reappearing below the dummy, kicking it even higher into the air, and grabbing it with his thread to whip himself up into another spinning kick with both legs, sending it even higher and back a bit. Viktor would then vanish again, appearing beside the dummy, where he blasted it with a palm strike at an upward angle, launching it further up. Vanishing again, he reappeared above the dummy, kicking it down towards the ground, then launching himself off the wall back at the falling dummy. Once he reached it, he grabbed the base with his hands and wrapped his legs around the dummy’s torso, slamming it into the ground, launching off of it slightly as it made impact. As the dust cloud from the large impact, Viktor came back down palm first, hitting and grinding the dummy into the floor, making a small crater. Standing as the dust cleared, Viktor dusted himself off and looked back at Kuzu, “Alright then, that was a fun combo, give it a try, Kuzu.”
"But for me, it means Freedom, for it is the source of my Power."
Mashiro laughs. "You say you've trained enough, yet I have not seen for myself." Mashiro observed the spear on Kaneko's back. "The twerp isnt ready to spar yet, I can be sure of that. Perhaps you'd prefer me to spar with you at the dojo? It would give us a chance to learn each others' abilities." The chuunin pulled the left side of his coat back to reveal a sword, tucked away under his belt.

Kaneko raised an eyebrow when seeing her teacher was a kenjustu user also, but he had a sword and she had a spear. It was short range against medium."S-Spar...? S-Sure....whats the rules of the spar? Only weapons?"She asked, having never sparred before and certaintly not against someone of chunin level.
"Weapons only sounds good, but I can't have you injured so I'll need some practice weapons instead. Meet me at the dojo." With that Mashiro threw up some hand signs and created a clone to watch over Higure before stepping out. The clone in the meantime would tell Higure to train more, giving the same disgruntled look as the original had been giving.

Upon entering the academy again, Mashiro's clone would disappear and the original would walk up to Higure. He would then let go of the girl on his back and she would fall to the floor. Becky saw that basically everyone left. She saw her sister sleeping. She kinda laughed, and then put down San. "Come on San, Let's do some training." She lead her away some, and then looked for a fire scroll. When she found it, and opened it, and read it. "Alright. I guess first we need to start at the basics. Let's do Katon: Ichi. What you need to do is focus your fire at the tip of your claw, and form your chakra there. Think of a seal, any seal, and it should work." She looked down, and San nodded, understanding, mostly. It shouldn't be that hard, right? San thought of the seal Fire, simple enough, right? Then formed the fire at her claw. She raised it up abit, and you could tell there was fire. Becky looked happy, and smiled. "Good job San!" She kinda yelled. It make San really happy, and jump around abit. She ran over to Victoria, trying to get praise from her to, and licked her face.
Toria shook her head to the tongue of San. Opening her eyes she sat up, making San slide down onto her lap. She petted her head and smiled softly. "What do you want, San?" She said very tired, she stretched and yawned. Peting San, she picked her up and set her on the ground as she stood up. Standing up now, she shook her head a little more, waking up. ___________________________________________________________
