Introduction
Noelle is slightly more reserved than her peers, but she is far from anti-social. Most will probably think of her as the most level headed person they know, but no matter how rational she is, Noelle can easily be talked into almost anything as a long as enough positives about the situation are expressed. Otherwise she's a slightly more independent girl and sometimes it takes a bit of effort to find her in order to invite her along or talk her into something. Her favorite place to hang out is in her room, or in the quiet corners of campus among hushed, often studying peers.

Positive Traits.
✵ Level Headed. Noelle is rather rational and it can be hard to get her to play on emotions. The Fallen is very good at acknowledging when she is worked up about something and can make most decisions independently from other factors. She'd probably be a good lawyer if the idea of studying Law didn't terrify her.
Negative Traits.
✵ Distanced. Noelle has distanced herself from traditional Fallen culture despite being interested in sociology. A bit self aware about her actions, Noelle has rationalized that because she has come from the cache and got to accept her race and orphan-state at her own rate, it's okay that she doesn't follow most traditional practices. While she fiercely guards things like her feathers, it's mostly because she thinks it's weird and gross for someone to keep them and not because she's afraid of accidentally appearing to court someone.
✵ Private. To an extent. Noelle is a friendly girl and is not squirrelly about things - she's happy to share her thoughts and emotions when appropriate, but things like her day planner and feathers she guards closely. Noelle is the type that would rather gatekeep and let appropriate people in than display and share herself with the world. If something has gone up on her memento shelf, it's probably for the best you don't touch it.

Room
Noelle lives on Asterion's campus, mostly because it's cheaper and she enjoys being close to the school. In general she is a very tidy girl, and usually is the one to comment when something really ought to be cleaned but that doesn't mean she doesn't make "lived in" messes sometimes. Noelle is very private about some weird things like her underwear drawer or day planner that most would be okay if another girl or friend saw, but most can easily accept that without question.
