As Paradigm heads back out to search for more fire spirits, she passes by a torch that flutters in the
breeze. Except, there's no breeze. Curiously she eyes the dancing flame until she spots a pair of eyes
blinking at her. They quickly shut, but it's too late. "Another one! Ha!" Paradigm does a gleeful
little dance before clearing her throat and glancing around to make sure no one has seen. It's then that
she spots a pair of tracks on the ground as well. "Hmm, that's odd..."

"Eenie meanie, minie, moe...." She sighs and pokes one of them open. "Anyone home?"
Her expression falls flat as, surprise, surprise -- empty.

Was that the same skunk? Coriole tipped his head a little, eyeing the thing waving its tail like a flag. "No, no," he promised, lifting a hoof like a protesting hand. "I'm not staying. You're fine on your own."

The tree she comes across next is massive. She'd seen it from afar, of course, but it isn't until now she realizes how HUGE it is. A giant hole yawns in the middle of it, and Fable gets closer for a better look.

Gleeful now, Paradigm trots off to find more fire spirits. As she rounds a tree, an owl hoots at her. She
gazes at the large bird for a moment, but it merely continues to hoot at her until she backs off, slightly
creeped out by the reaction of the owl.

A breeze carries the scent of something charred. Fire... and fire meant -- Fire Spirits? She trots in the direction of the scent, and comes across the spirit. She can't help a small smile at its antics, but then notices, beside it, another set of those odd hoofprints. "Oh..."
So... whoever has been leaving them must be near. She heads off in the direction they lead, but soon loses the trail. "Well.... this just becomes more and more interesting."

Nebula was stopped dead in his tracks. Were his eyes deceiving him?! In horror he slowly backed away. This couldn't be the same skunk, right? Right?! Was the animal fallowing him? He run in the opposite direction as fast as he could hoping he won't meet that skunk again.

Stumbling upon a new animal Nebula was grateful it was just an ordinary rabbit and not another skunk or the same one thats been following him.

As the mare continues, a small rabbit hops out of a nearby bush and stares her, wrinkling its little
nose. Paradigm cocks her head and gazes back, but the rabbit merely hops away and leaves her by
herself again.

Leaving the rabbit behind Nebula trotted past an owl. This was the point that he missed George the raccoon and sparrow who's name was not Jack. Those two were more friendly.

She wonders who in their right mind has so much time to make these little doors in these trees. And why. It's so very strange! But maybe this one will prove more interesting than the last few?

Paradigm's steps are sure now, many of the features are things she has already encountered. As she
turns towards the clearing again, her intention to investigate a stall that seemed rather remote from
the others, she comes across another skunk. It begins to raise its tail at her approach and Paradigm immediately turns back around and heads the way she came.

Nothing! Again! Fable huffs softly in annoyance, feeling it for the first time, truly, since this all began. Maybe she should take another stroll in the gardens for awhile. These Fire Spirits are too tricky! And these damned trees-with-doors....
But no. She's too engrossed now. Might as well continue.
